Trying to resolve my package being on hold and have delivery of said item arrive. ... I was told my package was being delivered internationally (from a seller in Australia), I was then notified by tracking alerts that my package is on hold because of payment? I haven't heard anything since and I am still awaiting my package.
USPS is a US based postal company. I live in the UK and the seller is based in Australia. There is no international help desk or number to call* no way of using their contact forms because they aren't allowing of UK details.
I would like an update on my package and I would like it to be delivered. I have paid the full amount for my item and do not expect it to be halted for delivery without someone personally contacting me to explain this. Delivery and an update please.
I have waited patiently for a response from USPS and I have attempted many times to politely resolve the matter with no avail.
