Help with my US Postal Service issue
The issue in GetHuman-zaven's own words
we mailed out a package on ****** and the customer still hasn't received it. On February *, **** I waited on hold for a usps representative for over * hour. He informed me that the package was in the Palo Alto post office. I than requested at that time that the package be returned to us (sender) and he said we would get it sometime the week of February **th, ****. Today is Feb **, **** and we have not yet received the package. I call your automated system and it says the package was rescheduled for delivery again to customer.?????Help We just want the package returned to asap. Mc Clendon *** Third Ave Chula Vista Ca ***** please assist on the problem.

This is not fixed!!!!! We are still waiting for some answers.....All we would like to happen is for the package to be sent back to us (sender) to fix this big problem!
