I left a prepaid padded package containing an iPhone in the mailbox outside the Middletown Indiana post office on Friday morning, February 8, [redacted], at 6:45 am. When I tried to track the package later that day, there was no information available. The next morning, I visited the Middletown Indiana post office to inquire about my package. A staff member checked the mailboxes to see if it was still there, but it was not. They mentioned that although the package was removed, it was not scanned. I am currently unsure of the whereabouts of my package.

I am writing to report an issue with my postal carrier. Last evening, the carrier left two packages outside in the rain. As a result, the food items inside were soaked and one of the packages was chewed open by an animal. This follows another incident from last week where a package was delivered with a broken seal, items were tampered with and leaking, and one item was missing along with the packing slip. Today, when I arrived home, I found two more packages left outside in the rain. Fortunately, I retrieved them in time. The contents included contact lenses and another food item. This repeated negligence is unacceptable. I have been a resident at this address for over 40 years, and all deliveries are typically brought to my door. I insist on speaking to a supervisor to address and rectify this ongoing issue as I have more food items scheduled for delivery and cannot risk them being ruined. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Sincerely, Debera Todd

The driver arrived at my home to deliver a package. Unfortunately, during the ID check, there was a misunderstanding. After dropping my ID due to her gloves, she seemed agitated. When I tried to put it back in my wallet, she insisted I sign for the package immediately. As I paused to put away my ID, she left abruptly, saying I could pick it up, and drove off before I could reclaim my package. I am now unsure of the package's whereabouts, its sender, or its tracking number. I would appreciate it if the package could be successfully redelivered to my address, and I would prefer a different driver for future deliveries.

I have encountered issues with my mail delivery. I ordered my vehicle license plate on January 2, [redacted]. It was supposed to be sent to my previous post office box [redacted] in Ringgold, GA [redacted], which I no longer have. Despite having a forwarding address on file, the local post office did not redirect it and it got returned to the State tag office in Atlanta. After numerous calls, they resent the plate on January 25, [redacted], but I have yet to receive it. Additionally, I faced an issue with mail delivery of my medication; it was left on my doorstep instead of my mailbox. When I inquired, I was informed it was a substitute mail carrier trying to be helpful, which left me dissatisfied. The post office claims they have not received the plate back and cannot locate it. I suspect negligence or retaliation due to my complaints and I believe further investigation is necessary. My PO Box was [redacted], and my current address is [redacted] Stapp Drive, Ringgold, GA [redacted].

Tracking Number: CJ[redacted]73US I, Bharat, purchased a Tamron 28-75 lens for $[redacted] plus shipping from Focus Camera in November. Upon delivery, I was surprised by a custom duty fee of [redacted] INR that was not mentioned before, so I refused the package. Despite contacting Focus Camera daily for updates, they have been unhelpful. Kevin G. from customer service has offered a refund once the product is returned. However, I recently received a letter from the Indian Postal Service regarding payment. I forwarded this to Focus Camera, but their response was vague. I am frustrated and just want my money back. Can anyone advise me on what to do next? Thank you.

Hello, I am seeking help with two packages that are pending delivery. I have provided details for each below. Despite my efforts to contact USPS, the long wait times for assistance have been frustrating. I urgently require updates on these undelivered packages, which are already delayed. Our local courier's ongoing performance issues make this situation especially disappointing. I am requesting that the packages be delivered promptly today. Package A: Tracking number [redacted][redacted]56 - The tracking indicates an attempted delivery on 2.9.19, which is incorrect. I was at home all day and night, yet no delivery attempt was made, no notice was left, and no mail was received. - The tracking promises a delivery attempt on the next business day (Monday 2.11.19). However, the package was not delivered while I was home all day and night. Once again, no notice was left, although our regular mail was delivered. Package B: Tracking number [redacted][redacted]42 - On 2.8.19, the tracking status was "Held at Post Office, Retrieved from full parcel locker." I was at home all day and night, but no notice was left, and no delivery was made, leaving me clueless about picking up the package. - Following a call on Sunday to start a case, I was assured redelivery on Monday 2.11.19. Despite being home all day and night on Monday, the package was not delivered, and once again, no notice was left, though our regular mail was delivered. Warm regards, N. Banks [redacted]

I ordered a camo dress and black high heels from Fashion Nova, but I never received the package despite the USPS tracking stating it was delivered on Monday, February 11th. I've checked with my neighbors, visited the post office, and contacted Fashion Nova but haven't had any luck locating the package or getting a refund yet. The USPS mentioned they would update me if they find any information. I understand Fashion Nova's position, but I am frustrated as I am unsure where my package could be. The tracking number for the package is [redacted][redacted]20.

My sibling shipped a package from China to the US for me. I was anticipating the delivery at home after keeping an eye on the tracking number and knowing it was set to arrive soon. Despite being home and ready for the delivery, it never arrived. Surprisingly, when I checked the tracking number, it claimed the package had been delivered with my signature. The tracking number is EA[redacted]55CN, but the situation doesn't add up. The system indicated a delivery attempt at 12:16, followed by a reception just 5 hours later. This implies two delivery attempts on the same day. I did not receive the package and after researching local USPS reviews, I found numerous negative comments about their service and delivery errors. My aim is simply to receive my package, and if unsuccessful, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue.

I often receive collectible coins that are mounted on cardboard panels and stored in a binder. The panels are usually shipped in sturdy white cardboard mailers with clear "DO NOT BEND" lettering. Unfortunately, on Saturday, February 9, I received a shipment that had been forcibly bent and squeezed into my mailbox. This has happened approximately six times, diminishing the value of the collectibles. Despite reaching out to my local postmaster in Barre, VT, and even escalating the issue, the problem persists. While the postmaster mentioned speaking to the carrier, the lack of insurance on the shipments means there's little recourse for the damage caused during delivery. Despite efforts to address the situation, including speaking with out-of-state officials, the problem remains unresolved. Frustrated by these repeated incidents, I am left wondering what more can be done to prevent further damage to my collectibles.

I was supposed to receive a package from Maryland on January 24th with tracking number [redacted][redacted]02. When I attempted to contact the Silverlake post office in Texas, the first time the computers were down. On my next try, I was informed of an hour-long wait on the phone, which I couldn't accommodate due to work. Eventually, I spoke to a representative who mentioned that the package was delivered near my mailbox on the 24th. However, I haven't found it. The representative was supposed to check if it was placed in a large parcel box but hasn't followed up since. I'm unable to access my mailbox's parcel boxes since I lack a key. I'd appreciate a call at +[redacted]1 with information on my package's whereabouts.

I recently made a purchase from TeamStores and the item I ordered was scheduled for delivery to 54 Saint Germain St. Apt 5, Boston, MA [redacted] on February 14. Despite the tracking information showing a delivery on that date at 12:51pm, I have not received the package. The package was described as a white poly bag with a machine printed label, small enough to fit inside my mailbox according to the company. I have thoroughly checked around my mailbox and it was not there. I am concerned that the package might have been left on top of the mailbox and subsequently taken by someone else as it was not secured. Could you please investigate this matter further so I can proceed with filing a claim for the missing package?

I am a snowbird living in Englishtown, NJ but spending winters in Boca Raton, FL. I arranged mail forwarding from November 28, [redacted], to April 2, [redacted]. However, my mail suddenly stopped 8 days ago, despite both post offices confirming they have been forwarding it. I visited the Banyan post office in Boca Raton, FL, and they don't have any mail for me either. I am missing important mail that should have arrived during this time. I am uncertain why this happened or where my mail is. Despite officials saying everything is in order, I am at a loss for solutions. My confirmation code for the change of address request is [redacted]. Please assist me in resolving this issue.

I am a resident of Mountain Greens, Lacey, WA [redacted], living in a mobile home park where mail delivery has been a constant issue for over two years. Misdelivered mail, especially packages containing vital medications, frequently occurs, causing distress and inconvenience. Today, I received a package meant for someone else but cannot deliver it due to snowy conditions. Attempts to contact the Lacey Post Office have been futile, with phone calls going unanswered. The lack of response and ongoing mail delivery problems are concerning for our community. I hope to resolve the current situation by having a postal carrier pick up the wrongly delivered package from my home. Additionally, our mailbox area lacks a designated space for returning misdelivered packages, further complicating the issue. This recurring problem not only leads to inconvenience but also financial strain, as illustrated by the costly experience of replacing a missing asthma medication. The assistance in improving mail delivery services is greatly appreciated to ensure the correct and timely delivery of essential items.

Today, a female postal deliverer mistakenly left 2 packages and 7 envelopes at my house when they were meant for a location three houses down the street. Despite contacting the local post office, I couldn't reach anyone to report the error. The addresses on the mail were for [redacted] White Oak Drive, while I reside at [redacted] White Oak Drive. My son noticed the error and took the items to the correct address. Recently, a package sent by my sister with tracking number Lk[redacted]91AU showed as delivered on my porch, but I'm concerned it may have been left at the wrong address. It reminds me of a similar incident when a neighbor from a couple of streets over received my package and had to verify my identity before returning it to me. With the mix-up today, I'm left wondering if the package from Australia was truly left at the right porch.

I sent out a package on January 7, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the recipient hasn't received it yet. On February 6, [redacted], I endured a wait of over an hour to speak with a USPS representative. After finally getting through, I was informed that the package was located at the Palo Alto post office. I then requested that it be returned to me as the sender. I was assured that I would receive it by the week of February 11, [redacted]. Today is February 15, [redacted], and the package has still not been returned to me. When I checked the automated system, it indicated that the package was rescheduled for delivery to the customer. I am confused and frustrated. I simply want the package returned to me promptly. Please assist with resolving this issue. Thank you. M. C. [redacted] Third Ave Chula Vista CA [redacted].

I received only 5 out of the 11 packages scheduled for delivery today. Three packages marked as "delivered" were not received, one is falsely listed as "held at PO at customer request," and the other two packages are still "out for delivery." I would prefer honesty about redelivery timelines instead of false delivery statuses. This issue has occurred multiple times recently, causing me to contact each seller about the missing items. Falsely marking items as delivered is unacceptable and constitutes fraudulent behavior. It is concerning that delivery misinformation is being reported by the postal service. A phone call to address these discrepancies would be appreciated. Thank you.

Issue 1: I dispatched an envelope via certified mail from the Sterling, VA Post Office on February 4, [redacted]. The tracking number is 7[redacted] 0[redacted] [redacted], addressed to Town of La Plata, [redacted] Queen Anne Street, PO Box [redacted], La Plata, MD [redacted]. It remains undelivered as of February 17, [redacted], 13 days later. Despite a notification informing me of a redelivery attempt on February 12, [redacted], it was never successfully delivered. The recipient, Town of La Plata Building Permit Dept, claims no notification has been received, and the package is urgently required. Issue 2: In light of the failed delivery mentioned above, I forwarded another envelope via Priority Mail on February 13, [redacted]. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted][redacted], addressed to Marty Clarke, PO Box [redacted], Hollywood, MD [redacted]. Unfortunately, tracking information indicates the number does not exist, hindering the delivery process. In summary, my attempts to deliver crucial documents for a permit to build a handicap ramp for my elderly parents have been thwarted despite significant expenses and efforts. Contacting both La Plata Post Office and Sterling, VA Post Office proved unhelpful due to system malfunctions.

I am a resident at [redacted] S. Pine Hill Rd., Unit 2B, Frankfort, IL [redacted]. Our community mailboxes have been left open twice in the span of two weeks. Initially, the mailbox was locked, but it was found open again a few hours ago. I have attempted to contact support through phone calls, online, and email with no success. It is concerning that mail is exposed to the elements and potential theft. I kindly request for someone to investigate the issue promptly to determine if the mailbox is faulty or if there is unauthorized access. It is essential to resolve this matter promptly as it is causing inconvenience and potential legal issues regarding mail handling. Thank you for addressing this matter urgently.

Package with tracking number [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] 5, scheduled for delivery on Monday, February 18, [redacted], was initially delivered but inexplicably returned to the post office citing safety concerns in a senior citizen housing building. Numerous packages are routinely left in the lobby without incident. Despite redelivery request submitted online with confirmation number [redacted] for today, February 19, [redacted], uncertainty remains about the resolution. Contact information provided to the carrier from Amazon has not been utilized for communication or attempted delivery to the apartment, seemingly opting for the "Delivery attempted" status and return to the post office instead.

In early January [redacted], I filled out a temporary address change form with USPS. After receiving an email confirmation with code 1[redacted]-0[redacted], USPS indicated that my mail delivery to the temporary address would begin on 01/12/[redacted]. However, USPS made a serious error on the one-page form I received three weeks later. Instead of processing my request as a temporary change as originally requested, they mistakenly processed it as a permanent address change without my consent. The original temporary address change was supposed to be valid until 04/16/[redacted], as per the Jan. 9, [redacted] email confirmation from USPS. This mistake led to issues such as misdirected mail, including my new US passport, and unauthorized address updates to companies and banks. It is crucial that USPS rectifies this error promptly to prevent further complications. Grateful for your attention to this matter.
