My package has been showing "in transit to next facility" for three days now. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]76. I've ordered from this company before and always received my items on time. I'm aware that shipping usually takes 2-3 days, so it should have arrived today. However, when I contacted my local post office, they mentioned that they haven't received it yet. The package was ordered on Friday afternoon, shipped on Monday, and since then, the tracking hasn't been updated other than stating "in transit to next facility." Despite the expected delivery date still showing, it's evident that it won't reach me on time. I urgently need the package by tomorrow. I made sure to order it a week in advance to avoid any delays. I'm worried it won't arrive before the weekend. The post office staff claimed it could take 4-5 days for a delivery from NC to UT, which contradicts the expected 2-3 days. This discrepancy is causing me distress as I rely on timely deliveries from this company.

I am currently waiting for the inspection report from the local post office in Greensboro, NC regarding damaged goods picked up under Confirmation #: WEC[redacted]30 at Replacements Ltd. on January 8th. According to Replacements Ltd., all necessary items were collected on January 4th including packaging, packing materials, and damaged goods for an insurance claim, accompanied by required documentation in PDF format detailing the damaged China pieces and their values. They compensated me for the undamaged items but I am still out $90 for the remaining damaged goods. Even though the items were mailed together on December 6th, one arrived six days later and the other seven days after that, attributing the delay to a storm off the coast of NC, which is understandable. However, the fact that they got separated is concerning. I filed my claim on December 27, [redacted], and have faced numerous hurdles since then. I've been directed online by my local post office without concrete results. Despite speaking to several representatives over the phone, I have only had one person assist me in scheduling a pickup. Subsequent attempts to obtain updates from Accounting failed, with another suggestion to contact the Greensboro PO for the inspection report, which I find unreasonable as a paying customer. I am in need of assistance.

On January 12, [redacted], I dropped off a package at the post office to return some boots but mistakenly left custom shoe insoles inside. When I called on January 14, [redacted], I was unable to stop the shipment. Despite being told by representatives at the Riverside, IL post office that the package had been picked up, the tracking information did not reflect this until January 16, [redacted]. When I visited the post office on Monday and Tuesday to check on the package, I received conflicting information from the staff. I am disappointed by the lack of assistance and the misinformation provided throughout this experience. Tracking number: [redacted][redacted]29

I dropped off a package at the post office on 01/12/19 to return some boots but mistakenly left valuable custom shoe insoles inside. Despite my efforts to stop it, the package was already picked up on 01/14/19, even though the tracking still indicated it was available for 2 days at the post office. I visited multiple times to try and retrieve it, but the information provided by the reps was inconsistent and I felt misled. Finally, on 01/16/19, the tracking confirmed it was picked up by the returns agent. I am frustrated by the lack of assistance and communication from the post office staff throughout this process. I would appreciate advice on how to proceed and information on the shipping agent involved. Tracking number: [redacted][redacted]29

To enhance delivery reliability, rural mail pick-up from mailboxes should be improved, as well as responsiveness to customer complaints. I recently encountered an issue at [redacted] Willis Lane, Reidsville, NC [redacted], where my outgoing mail was not collected by the mail carrier when they delivered my incoming mail. This has been a recurring problem. Reluctant to speak up due to past retaliation after voicing concerns for myself and neighbors two years ago, I personally took the mail to the Post Office on 12-28-[redacted]. The mail was supposed to go out that day, but I'm uncertain if it did. A delay in processing led to late charges on bills. Despite my efforts to resolve these issues, the $22.00 late fee for my PO Box caused further frustration. Considering alternatives to using the Post Office in the future, including canceling my PO Box, is now under consideration. Maintaining a positive view of the US Postal System has become challenging. P.S. I still wonder if my fourth piece of mail reached its destination, making me hesitant to check if my friend received the get-well card. Thank you. Merry M. W.

I recently lodged two complaints against the USPS concerning the station at [redacted] Church Street in Norfolk, VA. The first complaint involved the failure to deliver my "held mail" promptly after the hold expired and the station supervisor, Ms. Vargas, refusing to address this in person. The second complaint pertained to the misdelivery of approximately 20 pieces of mail when my held mail did eventually arrive. Since my local post office closed, mail delivery to my area (zip code [redacted]) has been problematic. I reside on the [redacted] block of 50th Street in Norfolk, which is often overlooked for mail delivery, sometimes arriving well past dark. Contacting the post office by phone is futile as they do not answer, and engaging with the supervisor proves challenging as she avoids customer interactions. Seeking assistance from USPS Customer Service is equally troublesome due to extensive wait times. USPS's lack of interest in assisting customers has left me disillusioned and eager for reliable mail delivery. Several days have passed without any mail reaching my address or those nearby.

Hello, I made an error by sending my package to the incorrect address. I mistakenly addressed it to [redacted] Sam Houston Ave instead of the correct address, [redacted] Sam Houston Ave. My package should have been sent to [redacted] Sam Houston Ave in Huntsville, TX [redacted], where my apartment is located. I realized my mistake when I did not find the package in my mailbox, although the tracking number indicates it has been delivered. The correct address is [redacted] Sam Houston Ave, and I need assistance in resolving this issue promptly. My tracking number is [redacted][redacted]84. To rectify this situation, I recommend verifying both my contact information and the recipient's details. It would be beneficial to contact me via phone and email to confirm the accurate shipping address before dispatching the package. To ensure a swift resolution, efficient communication tools should be utilized to prevent unnecessary delays. I am eager to have this matter addressed promptly to retrieve my package in a timely manner. I suggest bolstering the customer service team for faster issue resolution during peak periods and implementing efficient communication methods to streamline the process for all parties involved. Thank you for your attention and support. Jennifer

The delivery for LATASHA in Mansura, [redacted] was attempted by UPS SurePost. They couldn't get a signature, so please check for a note or contact UPS for next steps. The tracking ID is 1Z09X68AYW[redacted]4. The package was transferred to USPS for final delivery on January 22. It went through various carrier facilities before this point from Commerce City, CO to Alexandria, LA. Keep monitoring for updates based on your local time zone.

I deposited an envelope with my [redacted] property tax bill and check in the RH wall box at the Louisville, Ky. main Post Office on Gardiner Ln. The envelope was placed in location ID [redacted] before 8 PM on 12-29-[redacted]. However, the inner door was locked early, and I noticed cars using the drive-up boxes with a later pick up time. Despite ensuring the envelope was not visible and well inserted, I received a letter on January 10th stating my taxes weren't paid, increasing the amount due to $[redacted].00 from $[redacted].20. The missing envelope contained a 6.5" x 3.75" check with a bill stub from "The City of Hills" addressed to P.O. Box [redacted], Louisville, Ky 40[redacted]. I added security tape to the upper rear corners and my return address, [redacted] Bainbridge Row Drive, Louisville, Ky [redacted], on the upper left corner of the envelope.

Today, the delivery person from Amazon arrived at my home. Unfortunately, the delivery experience was unpleasant. When I requested for the box to be left on the walkway, the box was dropped or thrown with force, causing a loud thump. Upon inspecting the contents, I found the cereal box crushed, the bag of pretzels had split open, and there were pretzels scattered everywhere. Despite the bubble wrap used inside the box, the items were still damaged. I have raised a complaint with Amazon about this issue. The delivery person exhibited rudeness and unprofessional behavior. I am also encountering difficulties with USPS in Monterey, CA, as the wait time for a phone complaint is extensive. Additionally, another delivery scenario involved a large box being placed in a mailbox that was too small to retrieve the item, highlighting a need for improved delivery practices and customer service training.

My wife paid $25.40 to ship a package overnight, with a signature required for delivery. The package was returned to the Kingston, PA Post Office as it was not accepted at the Edwardsville, PA address. Despite multiple attempts, she couldn't reach Kingston, Wilkes Barre, or Luzerne Post Offices. After calling the helpline on January 16 and speaking with Valerie from Farmington, a case was opened. Valerie contacted Kingston, where it was mentioned that the package was returned to sender due to an expired forwarding order. Despite no forwarding order being in place, no further updates were received. Following up on January 30, the helpline claimed the case was resolved. Kingston mentioned procedures were followed and stated the package would not be returned. Allegations of theft arose, as the package contained an alarm clock, activated phone SIM card, and $70 cash. Despite wanting to let it go due to the small sum involved, the lack of resolution prompted further action. Contact via email and phone was attempted with no success. Seeking an update, Pete Broskey requests further communication regarding this matter.

Our delivery service has been inconsistent lately. On Monday and Tuesday, the carrier didn't complete the route, and due to weather, there was no delivery on Wednesday and Thursday. This has caused a backlog of mail for Friday. Unfortunately, living at the end of the route means we might not receive mail for a whole week. Our carrier is great, but it's frustrating when he can't finish due to being pulled off the route. I suggest that if a route isn't completed, it should be the priority the next day. Calling the office hasn't been helpful as the mailbox is full, and visiting in person hasn't resolved the issue. It's crucial that this issue is addressed to ensure consistent mail delivery.

I recently checked my package status showing it arrived on Monday the 28th. Despite the tracking saying a “Notice Left” on Tuesday the 29th, I haven't received my package. This recurring issue of packages marked as delivered but not actually reaching me is frustrating. I've noticed USPS vehicles in my area without receiving my items. Attempts to contact the local USPS office and the general USPS number have been unsuccessful. In the past, a package was misdelivered to a nearby address, highlighting a systemic problem. I hope this situation can be resolved as it's becoming exhausting to constantly chase down packages that should have been delivered correctly. The tracking number for this package is [redacted][redacted]64.

I sent a Christmas gift, an Apple iPhone Xs Max, to someone I met online claiming to be in the Army in Lagos, Nigeria. After sending it, I realized it was a scam. The person asked for money for pickup charges at the post office in Lagos, and I suspect the iPhone was sold instead. I've tried contacting USPS and customs but haven't had any luck. Now, the person is asking for more money for a visa and flight ticket, claiming to have another man. I feel deceived and want to warn others about this. My name is Andrew A. from Taos, New Mexico.

I am seeking assistance in locating a package sent by my father on January 30th from Greenville, NC. He paid an additional fee for expedited delivery within 3 days and the package contains sensitive documents. Today marks the 9th day since shipment, and the tracking indicates it has been in transit for the past 4 days since leaving Jacksonville, FL on Feb. 4th. I find this delay unacceptable and frustrating. The package's final destination is Savannah, GA, and then to me in Statesville, NC, yet I will find an alternative carrier other than the US Postal Service for the remaining delivery. Here is the tracking number: [redacted][redacted]. Thank you for any assistance provided.

I received a notification that my package couldn't be delivered today because the address is vacant. I completed the form indicating who would be receiving mail at this address, so I am confused as to why it's marked as vacant. We moved in on the 28th of January, and I am eager to receive my package today. It was supposed to arrive on Wednesday as part of a 2-day delivery service, and now it's already Friday. I would appreciate guidance on how to contact the post office to arrange for me to pick up my package with my ID tomorrow.

I have been waiting for a package since its original delivery date of 02/07/[redacted]. This is the second time my local USPS carrier decided not to deliver my package on the correct date, leaving a notice claiming there was no secure location to leave it, even though I was home when he could have simply knocked on the door. I contacted my local USPS office immediately after he left my area, but they were unhelpful and seemed indifferent to my concerns. I rescheduled the delivery for the next day, asking for the package to be dropped off in the backyard to avoid any excuses for non-delivery. Unfortunately, it is now 6:47 PM, the redelivery date is unknown, and I still haven't received my package. I'm frustrated with the lack of timeliness and customer service attitude from my local USPS official.

I purchased a sweater on February 4th, [redacted]. Three days later, I tracked the package using the USPS tracking number provided. The tracking information stated that the item was delivered on February 7th at 10:30 am to a Mailbox/Mailroom at my location. However, upon checking my mailbox that evening, the sweater was not there. The following day, I visited the front office to retrieve the package, but it was not available. I am unsure if the delivery date is accurate or if there was an issue with the delivery location. I would like to know the current status of the item I purchased.
