Case number DE********Hello, my name is Jade. I mailed vital documents on Nov ** to Belgium via Richmond, VA. I paid $** for *-* day delivery. The package left Virginia Dec * but wasn’t received until Dec **. I was told by the customer service agent that I am entitled to a refund as the service for which I paid was not honored. I received an email stating “We are pleased to have been of assistance to you in determing the disposition of this article.” *It’s obviously a generic message* but I am upset that no further action has been taken in escalating the claim and granting my refund. *The delay has caused a tremendous setback and I would appreciate a reply please. *I attempted calling but have not had any luck there. *Thank you,*Jade*J*****@***.com
