My order had a shipping label created on 12/12/18 in Hacienda, California, and my package arrived at the USPS Regional Facility in the City of Industry, California on 12/14/18. Then, on 12/16/18, it arrived at the USPS Regional Facility in San Antonio, Texas. However, now it is back in California. I live in Texas, so I am confused why it has returned to California. I was expecting the delivery on the 16th, but I received a notice saying there would be a delay. Today, it has departed from the USPS facility in the City of Industry, California. I am unsure of where it is going next. I've been unable to reach anyone on the phone for clarification. I urgently need this package by Christmas. My tracking number is [redacted][redacted]33. I would greatly appreciate a prompt response. Thank you sincerely, Barbara.

For months, there have been ongoing delivery issues with the local post office, which even made the news. I recently tracked a package that was marked as undeliverable despite being on the delivery truck. Despite my efforts to provide clear instructions to the post office, the package was falsely marked as delivered late at night, even though my security camera showed no one near the mailbox at that time. Upon contacting the post office again, I attempted to schedule a redelivery, but the package was still missing. Our usual carrier, Larry, confirmed the error. Despite his helpfulness, the post office advised me to stop requesting redelivery and assured me the package would turn up eventually. I am puzzled by the lack of customer service and the inability to pick up the package in person. The problematic situation remains unresolved, leaving me concerned and dissatisfied.

Two weeks ago, I sent my passport to the Japan Visa Department in New York for my upcoming trip to Japan. I was informed by the visa officer a few days ago that my passport was on its way back and expected to arrive by 8pm on Friday. However, when I checked the tracking, it was still in New York. I inquired at the post office in Newark, DE, and was told I could only wait. I am concerned about the delay as I have already missed my flight. Now, I am eager to know the current location of my passport so that I can arrange to pick it up myself tomorrow. My trip has been postponed, and I have important plans during my visit. Could you please assist me in locating my passport and provide information on how to contact the delivery person? Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Two weeks ago, I sent my passport to the Japan Visa Department in New York for my upcoming trip. Recently, the visa officer informed me that my passport was on its way back, with an expected arrival time of Friday at 8 pm. However, when I checked the tracking information, it indicated that my package was still in New York. I contacted the staff at the post office in Newark, DE, who advised me to wait for further updates. I am concerned about the delay and how I can retrieve my passport in time for my rescheduled flight on Saturday at 7:30 am. Although I have already missed my original flight, I am now focused on locating my passport promptly so I can prepare for my trip. I kindly request assistance in confirming the current whereabouts of my passport to arrange for its collection tomorrow. This trip is essential, and I need to ensure I have my documents in order. I would greatly appreciate any help in determining the passport's location and facilitating communication with the delivery personnel. Thank you for your consideration.

I was supposed to receive a package on Saturday, December 21st, but it was marked as "delivery attempted." There were no notices left, and my family was home when the USPS carrier came by. I suspect there might have been an error with the delivery attempt code. Despite this, the package was not actually delivered. I kindly request for the product to be held at the facility for me to pick up on Monday morning, as the late evening delivery time doesn't work for me. The package contains gifts that need to be given out on Monday evening. I understand USPS is busy, but I find it frustrating to receive a false scan with no actual delivery attempt or notices left. Thank you, Brittnie C. Tracking Number: [redacted][redacted]55

Four packages were shipped from Greenville, RI on December 13, [redacted], with an expected delivery date of December 19, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the packages have experienced delays and have not yet reached Florida. These packages contain Christmas presents for my three grandchildren, ages 2, 3, and 5. I paid a significant amount to ensure they arrived before Christmas. I am disappointed with the service and communication. The postmaster's suggestion to send the packages by ground service did not work. I am hoping they will be delivered by the 24th, so all three grandchildren can have their presents. The packages stayed in NJ for 4 days, causing further delay. I am eager for a response on how the delivery will be arranged for the 24th. Thank you.

I was expecting my package delivery today. However, a notification was sent at 12:09 PM stating "delivery attempted, No access to delivery location." My workplace where it was being delivered was open, and there were people present to receive it. I contacted USPS at 12:30 PM, but was unable to speak with a representative after going through the automated prompts. I opted to have my package taken to the post office for pick up today. The automated system specified that I can collect it at the [redacted] W 36th St post office in Minneapolis on or before January 3rd. Subsequently, at 1:15 PM, I received a text about "Redelivery scheduled." I seek clarity on whether this implies delivery to the post office or another attempt at my workplace. If it is for the post office, will I receive a notification when it's ready for pick up? Can I expect it to be available before the post office closes today? The confirmation # given for post office delivery is: USR[redacted]2. The USPS tracking # for my order is: [redacted][redacted]15. Kindly advise on the next steps and the expected timeline for receiving or picking up my package today. Thank you.

I recently shipped a package with EMS Express from Russia to the US. When the package reached the Chicago distribution center, it was incorrectly delivered to a different address with a different ZIP code and city. The package was promptly returned to me without giving the recipient a chance to rectify the situation. This is frustrating as it will incur extra costs for me to resend the gift, and the recipient will be without the Christmas present. I hope USPS can investigate why this happened and reimburse me for the additional shipping expenses incurred due to the error. The tracking number for the package is EE[redacted]75RU.

I shipped a package on 12/10, and it arrived at the Greensboro facility on 12/15. However, the tracking information has not been updated since then, stating it's in transit to the next facility for 12 days now. I'm concerned about its whereabouts. I've opened a case with the reference number #HQ[redacted]71 nine days ago but still haven't been contacted. I'm frustrated that I can't reach customer service as calls get dropped. I need to know when my package will be delivered. This situation has affected my Christmas negatively and is completely unacceptable.

I recently discovered that the new home built next to mine has the same numerical address as mine, [redacted], but with an added "A" at the end. Despite speaking with my mail carrier and a customer service representative at [redacted] on 12/17, the mix-up persists. The local post office and city Planning Department have been unable to resolve the issue, directing me to the local office for my zip code. Despite providing documentation and instructions from the main post office manager, the local post office supervisor insists that there is no problem with the address in the system. I have been unsuccessful in reaching the AMS department directly. I urgently need my address corrected to [redacted] Way Street. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I am having trouble locating my package sent by Vista Vapors Inc. from Minnesota to Serbia. The tracking number is LJ[redacted]59US. The package journeyed from Minnesota to Saint Paul, Chicago, Jamaica NY, New York, Abu Dhabi, then Belgrade, Serbia, and now appears to be heading back to Jersey City. I have contacted USPS with no success, confirmed with the shipper that it left the USA, reached out to Serbian customs and local post office, but no one seems to have information on it. I am unsure why it is being sent back to the USA and would like clarification on its whereabouts and if it will be delivered to Serbia.

Dear Madam/Sir, Please find all relevant information attached. We attempted to file a claim online with USPS but were unable to access the claim form using the provided tracking number. To claim a damaged DHL parcel from Germany to the US with missing items, it is necessary to report to the local post office. Unfortunately, on December 22, [redacted], an employee at USPS [redacted] Santa Barbara Rd, Elkridge, MD [redacted] turned away my daughter, the recipient, and refused to file the claim or accept the damaged parcel. We are now submitting this claim via email to begin the process of holding DHL accountable for the damage and loss, as well as the impact on our German au pair's Christmas in the USA. We hope to receive a prompt response and initiate the search process. Best regards from Germany

A Priority Mail Express package was incorrectly delivered to Guildford, Connecticut, instead of the intended destination in Framingham, Massachusetts. The correct address is: Attn: MICHAEL PARKER, Therapro, Inc., [redacted] Arlington Street, Framingham, MA 01[redacted]. The package originated from Albany, NY. We urgently require the package to be promptly delivered to the correct recipient and a full refund for the shipping charges. Please contact us at [redacted] and ask for Kate Gladstone or Andrew Haber. Thank you.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with a misdelivered package. The package was sent to my neighbor's house instead of mine, and my neighbor informed me they dropped it off at the post office. However, after contacting the original sender, they have not received the package. I spoke to a supervisor at the post office who believes the package was returned, but I am still without it. I am unsure of the next steps to take, as I suspect my neighbor may not have returned the package and the supervisor is not resolving the issue. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I am inquiring about the location of my package with tracking number [redacted][redacted]70. Every time I call 1 [redacted], the line disconnects with no chance to speak to anyone. My package was due last week, and I am concerned about the late deliveries at 7:30 pm. What can be done to resolve this issue? Unfortunately, we are experiencing problems receiving mail addressed to Robert and me. Despite filing complaints, there has been no resolution. Additionally, someone has damaged my mailbox, leaving it bent. This vandalism has affected mailboxes on White Rock Road in Conroe, Texas [redacted]. I have tried calling USPS Conroe TX, but no one answers the phone. The lack of customer service and assistance is frustrating. I would appreciate a prompt response and support to resolve these issues effectively. Thank you, Arlene Wilder

I submitted a Hold Mail request starting from 12/18/[redacted], planning to collect it on 01/03/[redacted]. However, when I got back on 01/02/19, there was mail in my box. I returned it to the post office and requested my held mail but was told it didn't include that day's mail which was supposed to resume on the 3rd. I didn't receive any mail that day as promised. When I inquired at the post office, they had no explanation. After showing my ID, a staff member brought out a significant amount of mail not previously given to me. The inability to identify these mistakes is worrisome. The manager, who was expected to be in on Saturday the 5th at 10:00 AM, was not present. When I returned on Monday, the manager was still out. The supervisor was unhelpful. This occurred at the Coral Springs Florida post office on [redacted] W. Atlantic Blvd. Since then, I have not received any mail from the carrier post my return. Additionally, I found mail for another address in the held mail I collected.

I shipped a package through Mercari a week ago. Yesterday, the tracking status showed 'out for delivery,' but it now says 'package return requested.' I did not request the return, and neither did the customer nor Mercari. My payment depends on successful delivery, so I urgently need this issue resolved. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted][redacted].

I had a fall at the Hebron KY airport Post Office on Jan 2nd. I injured both knees, my right wrist, and now my ankles are swollen. After visiting the ER and taking time off work, I completed an accident report at the Post Office. However, I am struggling to find a paper or online claim form for my injuries. Despite asking for assistance from Post Office employees, I was directed to locate the claim form online. Unfortunately, I have only been able to find forms for lost, damaged, or misdelivered mail, not for injured patrons. I am in need of guidance before considering legal action. Sincerely, Patricia

I encountered an issue with a FedEx Smart Post package delivery to my new address. Despite receiving other mail and packages, this specific one has encountered an address problem. According to the tracking details, on January 8, [redacted], the package arrived at the USPS Regional Destination Facility in Indianapolis, IN Distribution Center. The status on January 9, [redacted], indicates it's in transit to the next facility. I'm seeking assistance in either arranging for a package pickup or requesting a redelivery. I'm puzzled by the address problem since we receive mail regularly. Is there a representative I can communicate with to address this matter promptly?
