I sent a Priority Express package on Saturday morning, expecting it to arrive today. However, there have been no tracking updates since it was accepted. I tried reaching out to customer service but was on hold for nearly 2 hours without anyone picking up. I initially thought the label was created but the item was not actually shipped, but the tracking shows it was indeed accepted. I wish USPS could clarify if an acceptance scan means they have possession of the package or not, or if it was never shipped at all. After contacting 5 different post offices today, I received conflicting information. The package's accepted status only appeared a few hours ago, leading me to believe it may have been misplaced and then located. Tracking number: EE[redacted]85

I need assistance with tracking my USPS package with tracking number [redacted][redacted]60. The package, which contains my passport and was shipped from the Canadian Embassy in New York on December 7, [redacted], has been showing as "in transit to next facility" for the past two days. I visited the local USPS office in Squirrel Hill, Pittsburgh, PA [redacted], and was told that a case had been opened on my tracking number, but I did not open one. I am concerned about the whereabouts of my package and when it will reach my residence in Pittsburgh, PA. I appreciate any help or information you can provide.

Our mail for December 4 has not arrived. Informed Delivery showed 11 pieces of mail scheduled, including 5 important ones. Talking to neighbors who also didn't receive mail, I contacted the local post office. They claimed the Informed Delivery site is unreliable and carriers don't deliver after dark, which contradicts our usual experience of receiving mail after dark. Moreover, November 19 saw no mail delivery due to a sick carrier with no substitutes, which is unsatisfactory. On November 27, mail mix-ups occurred with neighbors, a prevalent issue not just in our neighborhood but in surrounding areas too. The situation is frustrating, leading me to consider alternative delivery services to avoid mishaps, especially with Christmas packages. Your assistance in resolving these recurring mail delivery challenges would be greatly appreciated.

I require assistance completing a domestic claim for a missing package with tracking number [redacted][redacted]26 containing "Casino Royale Nights" by DUA Fragrances valued at approximately $55, scheduled to be delivered on Dec 3rd. Our household did not receive mail on December 4, even though Informed Delivery indicated 11 pieces, including 5 important ones. Several neighbors also reported missing mail. The local post office claimed the delivery times on Informed Delivery are unreliable and that mail isn't delivered after dark, which isn't accurate as we've received our mail after dark before. This isn't an isolated problem; mail wasn't delivered on November 19 either. One peculiar incident involved our neighbor receiving our mail while we received mail meant for another neighbor, causing confusion among all of us. This ongoing issue affects not only our neighborhood but surrounding ones as well. It's frustrating, and I'm considering having Christmas packages sent to a store due to the unreliability of the postal service. Any suggestions on how to resolve these recurring problems will be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I reached out to USPS last Friday after finding my package left on the street in front of my building. I was assured that they would investigate and that I would receive an email. It's been a week, and I have yet to hear back on why my package wasn't delivered inside my apartment. USPS has access to the building and my contact information is available on the intercom, so there was no attempt to contact me. This is a first-time occurrence, and I'm concerned about the reasons behind it. The company kindly agreed to resend my items, which I have yet to receive. I want to ensure that future deliveries to the CA [redacted] area will not be left unattended on the street. I have paid for these items, and one of them is no longer available, so it's important that my packages are delivered securely. Leaving packages on the street is irresponsible, as they could easily be taken. I am requesting an explanation for this incident and information on the steps that will be taken to avoid such problems in the future.

I am concerned about a letter I received with no return address but addressed to me personally. The envelope has a "Peace Rose" stamp and an inked stamp from a post office. The sender knows details about my life but did not mention their name. I am worried about the content of the letter, as they mention threats and that I live alone. I have tried to search for my current address, but it only shows my parents' address. I am concerned about the consistent delays with my packages from San Antonio to Houston. The tracking information only shows that they are in transit with no expected delivery date. This has been a recurring issue with all packages, including one that was stuck in the Dallas Station for 2 1/2 weeks. Only one out of three packages arrived, and the others were eventually picked up by the shipper at the same station. I used to have good experiences with the post office, so I am confused by what is happening now. Today, there was no delivery in our neighborhood, and one of my neighbor's chihuahuas got pepper sprayed by the mailman even though they were behind a fence. I am anxious to know the status and estimated delivery time for the two packages with the tracking numbers [redacted][redacted]97 and [redacted][redacted]16.

I encountered an issue with tracking number [redacted][redacted]68. A delivery attempt was supposedly made on Dec 6, citing "No Access to Delivery Location," which is incorrect as my gated apartment complex is accessible to mail carriers daily. Subsequently, a hold request was placed, and the confirmation number received was USR[redacted]4. Despite visiting the post office on December 8 to collect the package, the clerk claimed it was unavailable without even checking. Attempts to address this via @USPSHelp on Twitter proved futile as promised calls were never received. Finally, after numerous messages, a response from ^S.H. on December 14 mentioned an alleged insufficient address causing the package to be returned to the sender on December 12. The poor service experienced led to professional consequences due to the mishandling of the situation. Additionally, tracking numbers [redacted][redacted]61 and [redacted][redacted]06 state these parcels were delivered to a locker, but upon inspection, the locker was empty, leaving me frustrated and without the items I was expecting.

I am worried about a first-class package that has not been delivered today, which marks the 5th day in transit with USPS. It originated in Raleigh NC and departed Fayetteville NC last Friday. Typically, packages from there reach Jacksonville NC, where I am located. This delay is troubling since the package contains my source of income, which is crucial for my job. Over the last two weeks, I've received two notices from our mail carrier claiming she couldn't deliver due to an issue with opening my gate. Hello, I ordered a product from the US at the beginning of November, and was notified of its arrival in Poland by the 18th of November. However, I have not yet received my parcel, and I am unable to locate any information about it on your tracking page. Could you please provide me with the current location of my package? I have experienced multiple disconnections while waiting for a live agent from the system (total of 6 times). I sent a PRIORITY package to FORT GORDON, an army base, which operates differently from regular mail delivery. The package needs to go through several steps of division before reaching the recipient. Despite sending the package in time, the tracking information does not show its current location, causing concern as my SON will be leaving before it arrives. I have been unable to reach a representative over the phone for the past hour. If I can locate the package, I might find another military mom who can deliver it to the base before my son departs. My package was sent from Ithaca on November 28, [redacted]. It traveled to Rochester, then Newark, then Jamaica, NY. On December 7, [redacted], it left the USA and is on its way to its final destination through the USPS network. It has been 21 days since it was shipped. Sender is A. Pettaway at [redacted] Chestnut St. Apt J 12, Ithaca, NY [redacted], and it was addressed to E. Pettaway at Plot [redacted], Woodhall, Lobatse, Botswana. I would like USPS to provide me with an email regarding the current location of the package.

I dropped off a package at the post office in Kennewick, WA on 12/12/[redacted] for delivery to my in-laws in Punta Gorda, FL as our Christmas present. The package was addressed to Bob & Mary Stromberg at [redacted] Jones Loop Road, #77, Punta Gorda, FL [redacted]. However, I discovered through tracking that it was mistakenly sent to Winston-Salem, NC (tracking #9[redacted] 1[redacted] [redacted] 16). According to the note from the post office, it was forwarded due to an incorrect zipcode entered by the Kennewick post office. I have followed the steps to file a claim for my package, but I have not received any updates as promised within one business day. It has been four business days since then. I checked with the local post office in Jacksonville, NC, where the package was supposed to arrive, but they mentioned it might still be in Fayetteville, NC despite being scanned as departed over a week ago. I am frustrated that after paying for first-class or priority mail with a guaranteed delivery date, my package is late and potentially lost. I have been receiving emails on how to further protect my package, but I believe it should have been handled properly from the start. I believe my package may be lost in the mail. There was an attempt to deliver it to a city near mine, to a full receptacle, even though I live in a different town where deliveries are left at the front door. I received an electronic note informing me of the failed delivery and allowing me to request redelivery, which I did. However, there have been no updates on my package's status since December 18th when I requested redelivery.
