It is now past the time when any previous USPS delivery has ever been made at this address. I presume this means that again redelivery confirmation via ***-ASK-USPS with second redelivery confirmation code was ineffective and Russel has chosen to not deliver my packages, again.**Please reschedule delivery for package:*Parcel from Hungary Tracking Number: RR*********HU *to be delivered to me tomorrow, ** December ****. *As Dina at ASK-USPS did with the previous redelivery rescheduling. please request that the carrier come to my front door for my signature. Please note that I was not the person that made that suggestion. USPS representative Dina added that note without me requesting it. Obviously Russel doesn't have to answer to USPS.com.**I will be inside my home. I will not be standing outside next to my mailbox for the duration of the * hour window when a carrier MAY or may not be bringing my package. *Forecasted temperatures for tomorrow during this time start at ***F, only reaching a maximum high of ***F at **:**, and dropping down to *** before **:** in the evening. *It is wrong that USPS expects me to stand on the sidewalk waiting to sign for packages when they can't even be bothered to let me know where they are after they have entered the country, and most importantly, when they are out for delivery. USPS cannot guarantee the time the carriers should reach my location on this route, so I have to waste the full day wondering, waiting, watching, and hoping, between * am and **:**.*USPS will not provide customers with tracking information for international packages, even though if I call ASK-USPS, they can tell me where international packages are when they are in the country.*Additionally, my confirmed address is "not (eligible?)" for the USPS "Informed" program that I don't remember the name for. My address is verified during the process of applying for that service, but after clicking, instead of success I was told my address wasn't qualified for the service. I don't remember the exact words.*If I lived in the front property Russel, and every other carrier, would be required to come to my door and knock to get my attention so I answer the door, then ask for my signature. *Just because my front door is "far away from the street" doesn't mean I don't qualify to be a USPS customer, does it?**Live plants from Hungary, in the city since ** November.**Deliberately ignored redelivery on ** December, a Saturday, with forecasted below freezing temperatures for Saturday night (***F).**In post office for Sunday night's below freezing temperatures (***F).**Ignored second scheduled redelivery with redelivery confirmation number from ASK-USPS, and with another phone conversation with Jordan Station supervisor who said he would schedule it to be taken out the next morning* ** November. It wasn't delivered today, and tonight's predicted temperatures show a low of ***F, ** below freezing.**Please start another case regarding this carrier, Russel, and other supervisors and employees who continue to intentionally prevent delivery of my property:*by ignoring multiple redelivery confirmation numbers, *by ignoring my repeated discussions with this Jordan Station's supervisors who claim they will personally, or via a carrier, arrange for my packages to be delivered the next day,*by ignoring the Supervisor's instructions on packages supervisors say they have arranged to be delivered the next day to me, as they have told me they would do.*and by ignoring USPS secondary notification procedures scheduled for the *th day of all held items
