I need assistance with an order I made for a friend. We both ordered items from a website, and the owner has already shipped them. However, when tracking the package on the USPS website, it consistently shows "Information Available Soon." Despite contacting the provided phone number and entering the tracking number, the automated system does not recognize it. I am aware of the wildfires in California, where the order originated, but this issue occurred even before the fires started. The destination for the items is North Carolina. I am seeking help to resolve this situation. Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated.

I have a query regarding an order I made for my friend from a website. The owner of the website has shipped the items, but when we track the package on USPS, it constantly shows, "Information Available Soon." I have reached out by phone, yet the recording implies it's an invalid tracking number. Despite the California wildfires and the delay they may cause, the tracking issue existed even before the fires started. The recipient is located in North Carolina. Could someone assist in identifying and resolving this issue? Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have a question regarding an order. I placed an order for a friend on a website, and the items have been shipped by the site owner. The USPS tracking number provided always shows "Information Available Soon" when checked online. I have tried reaching out by phone but the tracking number is deemed invalid. Despite the fires in California, where the package was sent from, this issue occurred even before the fires. The delivery destination is in North Carolina. I attempted using automated services and contacting a representative with no success. I was promised a resolution within an hour, which has passed. Can anyone assist in resolving this matter promptly?

I have not received the package I was anticipating, despite the tracking number provided ([redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] 8) showing an attempted delivery on 11/9 at 8:47 AM. The carrier claimed they left a notice that the package couldn't be secured and returned it to the post office for pick-up. However, I was home at the time and no notice was left. Living in a secure building with a history of USPS package deliveries, this explanation does not add up. After going to the 140th Street post office to retrieve the package, it could not be found amidst the chaos and complaints of others facing similar issues. The facility's disorganization and shortage of staff are unacceptable, especially during the busy holiday season. I expect prompt delivery of my package to my address (Deborah Brown, [redacted] W. 139th St. Apt. 2-F, New York, NY [redacted]) and clarification on the mishandling. I require accountability and professionalism, traits my father, a retired postal carrier, exhibited throughout his career.

It has been three weeks since I filed a claim over the phone with USPS regarding the broken lock on my mailbox (Claim #CA[redacted]99), and I have yet to receive a new lock. I visited my local post office on Monday, October 29th to hasten the process. After filing a form and surrendering my mailbox key, I discovered that the local post office closed the case incorrectly alleging they had contacted me, which is untrue as I have no call record or voicemail from them. After reopening the case over a week ago, I was informed by someone from the main post office in El Paso that they would attempt to fix the lock with WD-40. I am currently still waiting for updates, have no new lock, and no keys even if they lubricate the lock. This situation is frustrating as the local post office still has my keys. I am seeking assistance to ensure my lock is repaired promptly so I can access my mail without relying on the erratic mail delivery schedule.

Good Morning, I need assistance regarding a shipment of two small reels of fiber optic cable from Fibreactive in Swindon, UK to Cortland Cable in New York. The shipment was booked through Parcel to Go with tracking number P2G[redacted]5. Parcel to Go informed me that the packages have arrived in New York and have been handed over to the US Postal Service with tracking number [redacted][redacted]. I urgently need to know when the delivery will reach Cortland in the US as it is crucial for our customer. I am willing to pay extra for expedited delivery if needed. Here is the tracking link for reference: [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance. Regards, G.U. Sales & Marketing Manager Fibreactive Ltd

I wish there was a direct telephone line to speak to a live customer service representative rather than dealing with automated systems. I am concerned about a package I have that seems to be headed to my old address despite updating it last year. It's a valuable package worth over $[redacted], so I want to ensure it goes to the correct current address. If there is a direct number to reach a real person for help, I would appreciate having it. Thank you.

I recently moved from my parents' home and updated my mailing address by filling out a green vacant form at the post office a week ago. Despite confirming that my doctors, agencies, and online orders have sent mail to the new address, I haven't received any mail yet. As a person with disabilities, it is crucial for me to receive important documents like lab reports and legal papers. I diligently check both my old and new mailboxes but only find sales papers. I'm concerned about where my mail is going and how I can ensure it gets delivered to my current address. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

Subject: Urgent Assistance Needed for Priority Express Item # EE[redacted]40US Good day, I have a pressing matter regarding a Priority Express item with tracking number EE[redacted]40US that was to be delivered to me, Robert (Bob) McMillen, at [redacted] Batchelor St, Toms River NJ 08[redacted] by 3 PM today. It is a special gift for my daughter's birthday celebration, and I am desperately seeking your assistance to ensure its timely arrival. Given my proximity to the Post Office and my readiness to collect the package at any moment, I implore your cooperation in resolving this issue expeditiously. Warm regards, Robert (Bob) McMillen

Hello, I sent a package from Poland to the USA on October 25th with tracking number LX[redacted]03PL via Poczta Polska. In the USA, USPS is handling the delivery. However, the system shows that the item was returned on November 15th due to an incorrect address, specifically stating "insufficient Address WACO, TX, [redacted]," even though the address details were complete. The provided address was for Nicole Gomez at [redacted] Rambler Drive, WACO, TX [redacted], United States, which was attached securely to the parcel. On November 18th, the package was departed from USPS Regional Destination Facility in COPPELL TX DISTRIBUTION CENTER. I kindly request that the parcel be returned to the correct recipient, Nicole Gomez, at the provided address above. Best regards, Violetta Omelkova

Hello, On October 30th, I dispatched three Priority international mail packages to Bogota, Colombia, containing Christmas presents. After tracking the packages, I noticed that two of them (LC[redacted]99US and LC[redacted]85US) were collected the same day I handed them in at the post office, which seems unusual. The third package (CW[redacted]26US) purportedly arrived in Bogota on November 5th; however, the Colombian postal office claims they never received it. I am requesting a trace on all these packages and would also appreciate a copy of the reception confirmation slip in Colombia to file a claim in Bogota. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter is highly valued. Best, J. Olivo

I am inquiring about the delivery status of a package under the name of Maha Ibrahim, scheduled for delivery yesterday from Colourpop Cosmetics via USPS with tracking number [redacted][redacted]26. I received a notification stating that the postman was denied access to the location, although I am staying in a hotel with a 24/7 open lobby at this address: Maha Ibrahim [redacted] Lexington Avenue New York City, New York [redacted] United States All of my previous deliveries to this location have been successful without any issues. USPS will be reattempting the delivery, and I want to ensure its successful delivery this time. Can you clarify the situation and provide me with prompt feedback? Thank you.

Recently, I've become aware of concerning issues with the postal service. The [redacted] customer service line has an average hold time of over an hour, and I personally waited for 2 hours, which is extremely frustrating. They seem to intentionally have long hold times to discourage complaints. Our regular mail carrier was changed last month, and the new one seems very unprofessional and makes us uncomfortable. Despite our efforts, the post office ignored our requests to bring back our reliable previous mailman. When I tried to address these problems with Lynn at the Long Beach Spring Street location, she was dismissive and disrespectful. When I attempted to escalate the issue to her supervisor, Bridget Williams, I found it nearly impossible to reach her due to her constantly full voicemail. When I finally spoke with Bridget, she was unhelpful and refused to consider any changes. Trying to reach Ken Stavely, Bridget's supervisor, also led to dead ends. It's clear that the current postal management is unhelpful and rude, showing a lack of concern for customers. I believe privatization may be the only solution to improve this situation, and I have even informed my congressman about the ongoing issues with the postal service.

I recently placed an order, but unfortunately, the sender made a mistake with the address, causing the package to be sent to an old work address. Since my name was on the package and not the business name, it was considered undeliverable. Prior to the package arriving in Omaha, NE, I tried to arrange a delivery change over the phone, thinking it was taken care of. Today, I received notice that the package is being returned to the sender due to an incorrect address. I'm eager to prevent this return and willing to pick up the package from the local post office myself, but I was informed there is no assistance available in this matter at the post office. I'm requesting help to either hold the package at the local post office for me to collect or have it redirected to my home address. The tracking number for this shipment is LY[redacted]19CN.

I requested the post office to hold a package for me in Denver, Colorado while I was out of town, but now it seems that the package might be missing. Tracking shows it as completed, but the package is not at my residence. I've been trying to reach the post office for almost a week without any luck.

Package #[redacted][redacted] shows as delivered, but the delivery address was closed, and no one was available to accept it. No postal notification was left either. I need assistance in locating my package. I would like it held at the [redacted] post office or a refund for the $50 spent on a pair of boots from JustFab. Please find my package and inform me once it's located. Contact me at [redacted]. It's unacceptable to leave a package at a closed business without anyone present to receive it.

I recently received an email from USPS regarding a delivery attempt for my package. However, I find the situation quite perplexing as I reside in a standalone house with easy access. The email mentions a delivery attempt on Sunday at 7:06 pm, but I was home during that time and did not hear or see anyone trying to deliver a package. Additionally, there was no note left on my front door as the email claims. It seems like there may have been a mistake with the delivery address or the delivery person might not have attempted the delivery at all. I kindly request USPS to reattempt the delivery of my package. Thank you for your assistance. Tracking ID: [redacted][redacted]06. - R.H.

I need help confirming the delivery address of a package I posted this morning at the post office. I filled out the correct address on my handwritten label, but I suspect there was an error when the postal worker entered it into the system for me to verify. Due to rushing out (I was running late for work) and being scatterbrained, I didn't catch the mistake. Since this is a time-sensitive delivery, it's crucial to ensure the package reaches the right destination with the accurate address in your records. I couldn't find this information on my receipt or through the tracking number, so I'm seeking assistance. I already left a voicemail for the post office I visited, asking them to verify, but I have not received a callback yet. Thank you for your help.

My parcel was mistakenly sent to the wrong country. I posted a package from a USPS office in Silver Spring, Maryland on 11/19/[redacted] to my brother in Co. Cork, Ireland, using Priority Mail Express International. I was surprised when I received tracking notification on 11/26/[redacted], stating that the package had reached a processing center in the UK. Upon inquiry, I found that the USPS employee had mistakenly entered the wrong destination address into the system, changing Co. Cork, Ireland to Coventry, Great Britain and Northern Ireland. As Ireland is distinct from Great Britain and Northern Ireland, my package is now in the UK. The tracking number is EZ[redacted]62US. I am requesting either redirection to the correct address, return to the US with a full refund of postage, or a refund of postage and assistance with an insurance claim for the package contents valued at $[redacted].
