Tracking Number: CC[redacted]21TW As an e-commerce retailer, I sent a package to a buyer in IL, [redacted] from Taiwan. However, the recipient informed me that the package arrived damaged, with one part of the item cracked. After contacting Taiwan Post, they advised me to instruct the buyer to file a claim with USPS for inspection. I have requested the buyer to provide the case number once the claim is filed, but they mentioned that it may take up to 2 weeks for USPS to complete the process. I am seeking assistance in understanding the detailed procedure for handling a damaged package shipped from Taiwan in order to work towards resolving this issue with my buyer. Thank you, Ryan

Hello, I am writing regarding my order tracking number #[redacted][redacted]25. On October 9th, I received an email stating my package was undeliverable as it was sent to [redacted] instead of [redacted] due to the delivery person's mistake. I contacted customer service immediately and was advised to request redelivery online. However, as of today, November 1st, I still do not have any information about the whereabouts of my package despite my numerous calls. Each representative I spoke to provided conflicting information and instructions. One representative provided me with the post office number for [redacted], but they were unhelpful and rude. When I called again, another representative informed me that I can't request redelivery for an undeliverable package. After contacting them, I received an email on October 13th stating that the package is being returned to the sender. Unfortunately, there have been no further updates, and the situation has been ongoing for over a month. I kindly request assistance in locating my package and providing me with an update as the current situation is unacceptable considering the error was on the delivery side. Thank you.

Dear Customer Service, I want to express my disappointment with a recent USPS delivery from Amazon. Despite the label clearly stating “MAIN HOUSE,” the carrier left the package just 12 inches from our sidewalk, making it an easy target for theft in our neighborhood. This was a stark contrast to our usual carrier who goes the extra mile to deliver items safely to our front door at the main house, which is significantly further away from where this package was left. The USPS tracking number for this delivery is 9[redacted] 7[redacted] [redacted] 16, with a delivery date of 10/24/28 at 16:58. I urge USPS to remind their carriers to pay closer attention to delivery labels and exercise more common sense to prevent such careless mistakes in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, MJ Karpan

I visited the post office in Niles, IL [redacted] to request mail forwarding on October 2nd. After receiving a confirmation letter with a wrong name, I contacted USPS at 1-[redacted] to correct it. Despite multiple name change requests, I have not received my mail as of November 2nd. A supervisor at the post office suggested waiting 14 more days and paying bills over the phone due to the name error. After facing unhelpful customer service, I took matters into my own hands online. This experience has been disappointing, and I intend to file a complaint. My name is Marinela Busu, seeking a resolution. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am frustrated with the inconsistencies in the delivery status of my package. It was supposed to arrive at my post office today for delivery with Amazon, but now it shows it's on its way to the next destination. I am upset because I took the day off work based on the tracking information provided, which has now changed. I would like a phone call to discuss this matter as my previous package arrived damaged, and I do not want a repeat of that experience. I am aware of the challenges with USPS, but it is the only option chosen by the sender. I have had $2,[redacted] worth of damaged goods in the past two years, and it's becoming frustrating. I would appreciate a prompt response and someone to reach out to me today regarding this issue. Thank you, CJ.

I placed an order for Priority boxes online over a month ago, and they have yet to ship. After realizing this a few weeks back, I placed another order, but those haven't arrived either. It's frustrating that the shipments are taking so long, especially as I rely on these boxes for my online selling on Poshmark, where I handle multiple orders weekly. I'm not sure what the delay is at the distribution center and have attempted different ordering methods without success. Initially, I ordered a variety of boxes together and then tried individual orders for each box type, yet still no progress. I hope to find a more efficient way to receive these essential boxes soon.

I contacted the support phone number, but the call kept returning an "invalid response" message when I tried to connect to an agent by pressing 1, which eventually timed out and ended the call. My reason for reaching out initially was to inquire about a package expected for delivery yesterday, fulfilled by Amazon using USPS. Unfortunately, they reported difficulty accessing my door, despite my gate code being clearly labeled and all other delivery services having no trouble reaching me. Our complex also has a parcel locker that was unused in this instance. There's no notice in my mailbox indicating an undeliverable package, leaving me unsure of how to locate my items. Amazon directed me to contact the post office for further assistance.

Hello, I am based in the UK and purchased an item from a US retailer that was shipped via first class with USPS on October 15, [redacted]. The delivery address is as follows: 2 Melrose Villas Chesnut Avenue Hull HU52RL The tracking number provided by the US retailer is UA[redacted]36US. The item ordered is protective eyewear. The last update on the tracking was on October 22, [redacted], indicating that the package was at the Chicago International Distribution Center. I discovered that Parcel Force handles USPS shipments in the UK. I contacted them via email regarding the tracking number issue. Parcel Force informed me that the tracking number is invalid, but I have verified it on the USPS tracking website. I am becoming increasingly worried about the status of my package. Your assistance in locating it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Philip W.

Hello, I recently had a package processed for return to sender on Friday. I spoke with the local post office today, and they confirmed that the address on the package was correct. They seemed unsure about what happened and indicated that the package should have been delivered. The local post office worker mentioned that he was attempting to recall the package for redelivery, although I am not quite sure what that entails. I provided the tracking number for reference: [redacted][redacted]56. During my conversation with the local post office worker named Mike in New Caney, I noted that the only discrepancy on the package was the misspelling of the street name from "Pine" to "pine." However, he reassured me that despite the minor error, the location remains the same. He indicated that the issue was due to an error made somewhere along the process.

Hello, my name is Lu. I need to report an issue with Chicago ISC. My package arrived there on October 29, with a promised delivery date of November 1. It's now November 6, and my package is still at ISC. I contacted USPS and visited in person, but no one could provide any information. Employees mentioned that Customs is holding my package, yet I haven't received any notice from CBP. CBP stated that they cannot track packages without a detention notice. ISC is a USPS facility, not CBP. If the tracking number indicates the package went to CBP but has no record of leaving, USPS should assist in coordinating with CBP. CBP may detain packages due to various reasons like lack of documents or trademark violations. Once requirements are met, CBP will clear the package. I'm uncertain about the situation with my package at ISC and seek guidance. Thank you.

I am disappointed with the recent delivery service from USPS. My package, which was due two days ago, has not arrived yet. Despite no attempted deliveries or notices left, the package remains undelivered. USPS has caused me to lose a few packages in the past due to their negligence. This recurring issue is affecting my business and finances. I observed a USPS driver leaving a note without even having the package, which is unacceptable. USPS must improve their service or consider hiring more responsible individuals. Other delivery services have shown more dedication to customer satisfaction than USPS.

I have attempted to reach the Platt Springs Rd. Post Office, the distribution facility and customer service center for the US Postal Service, but no one has answered the phone. I have previously lodged complaints online regarding receiving mail meant for someone else in my mailbox. Today, I received yet another such piece of mail, addressed to Anna M. Colongerena at [redacted] Lanier Ave., West Columbia, SC [redacted], while I reside at [redacted] La Habra Ln, West Columbia, SC [redacted]. I am concerned whether the mail carrier has poor eyesight or struggles to read the addresses on the mail. I worry that my mail may also be getting delivered to the wrong address. I would appreciate it if someone could look into this matter, identify the mail carrier responsible for my route, and address this issue promptly. Thank you.

I shipped a certified mail on October 15th with Tracking Number: [redacted][redacted] heading to Los Angeles. However, USPS mistakenly sent it to Jamaica distribution before routing it to NY distribution, and then back to Jamaica multiple times. Unfortunately, the tracking information has not been updated since November 1st. It contains crucial personal identification documents that I urgently need. The intended address is for the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in Los Angeles, addressed to: Education Division, Zhang Shujuan, [redacted] Shatto Place, Los Angeles, CA [redacted]. I am seeking assistance in locating the current whereabouts of the mail and confirming if it is on track for delivery to Los Angeles.

Tracking Number: [redacted][redacted][redacted] I was expecting my package to arrive on November 7th, but no one came. Despite receiving a notification that a notice was left, no one approached the door, and I didn't find any notice. I rescheduled for the 8th, but again, no one arrived, and there's no update online regarding an attempted delivery. My father even took time off work to be there, but the package never arrived. After waiting on hold for 35 minutes with customer service, the music abruptly stopped, and no one answered. I am incredibly frustrated now and just want to locate my package. Since there was no note left, I would like to know the package's whereabouts to pick it up myself. It seems evident that USPS is not making any effort to deliver my package.

Several packages were delivered to my address at [redacted] Cottage Place, Apt P, Greensboro, NC [redacted] on November 10, [redacted]. I, Kevin J. Vuillemot, am having difficulty using the website and am unsure why. Two packages fell from my postbox, and I kindly request the mail carrier to be aware of this and put them back in the box. Due to it being the weekend, I am unable to contact any USPS representatives. I also had to reschedule a package but am uncertain when the postal carrier arrives. I give permission for all packages to be left in the rental office as I cannot wait by the mailbox all day. I need help resolving these issues as I have the tracking numbers and emails confirming the package deliveries. I am not complaining, I simply want clarity on delivery times and methods. The website was not functional for me.

On November 9, [redacted], I received an email about a failed delivery attempt for my package with tracking number [redacted][redacted]53. Despite rearranging my plans to ensure I was available, no one came to deliver the package. I subsequently requested two rescheduled delivery attempts, one on November 10, [redacted], and another on November 13, [redacted] (confirmation number CAR[redacted]4). Unfortunately, both attempts yielded no result. The lack of delivery and the difficulty in contacting USPS for assistance has left me frustrated. I have tried contacting my local post office and USPS by phone with no success. I even reached out to the merchant for the necessary sender information to complete a USPS form, but they did not provide the details needed. Due to my situation, I'm seeking advice on how to ensure a successful delivery of my package, as the USPS driver needs to be aware of my availability and specific needs for delivery to be made to apartment 9D.

I have a query regarding an order. A friend and I both made purchases from a website, but the USPS tracking number provided states "Information Available Soon" whenever checked. Despite attempts to contact the owner of the website, the tracking number seems invalid. We are aware of the California wildfires but encountered this issue before their occurrence. The items are destined for North Carolina. The tracking number in question is [redacted][redacted]4. Can anyone assist in resolving this matter?

Missing Package, Tracking Number: [redacted][redacted][redacted] I am filing a formal complaint regarding the continuous delay in the delivery of my package. This is the second time I am facing this issue despite writing a detailed explanation. The package has been in transit in Sunnyvale, CA, my hometown, for 12 days without being delivered. It was supposed to reach its destination on 11/9, but despite us being available all day and having designated parcel boxes, it wasn't delivered. Following a redelivery request for 11/10 that wasn't fulfilled, the package remains undelivered as of 11/12 with the tracking status stating "in transit" since 10/31. The contents of this package were intended for my son's journey to Europe on 11/6. If alternative delivery methods are pursued, additional postage fees and customs charges will apply, whereas initially, they fell within my son's duty-free allowance. I am deeply disappointed with the service and demand the immediate delivery of my package. M. Raulefs

I mistakenly dropped off my pre-paid package at a USPS instead of a UPS location in Gainesville. After realizing my error two days later, I returned to the post office where I was informed that it was given to a UPS driver. However, when I contacted UPS, there was no scan of my package. I suspect that someone at the USPS facility has taken my package. I escalated the issue to a supervisor who was unhelpful and questioned my credibility by suggesting that they couldn't confirm I dropped off the package there. I am disappointed with the lack of resolution and accountability for the missing package.

I am facing an issue with a package delivery. The package with tracking number RE[redacted]7US was scheduled for delivery to my address at [redacted] Ramona Lane, Woodstock Maryland [redacted], on November 2nd. Despite tracking its progress, the package has been held at the Jamaica NY facility and then sent to the Baltimore Facility. I was expecting the delivery this week but was surprised to learn that it is now being returned to the sender after allegedly being refused at Randallstown, which is confusing as I have been home awaiting the package. I am frustrated by the lack of assistance from the Postal Service in resolving this matter.
