The issue in GetHuman-svehlekc's own words
On May **, **** I mailed a package to *** Robinson Lane, Wilmington, DE from Grafton, WI and was given the tracking ***********************. At the time there were strange messages that it went from Cedarburg Post Office to Grafton to Delaware and back to Grafton. I called the Grafton PO and they told me the entries were in error and the package was in Wilmington, DE. I called the PO in Wilmington DE on **** and they said they had the package and it would be delivered the next day. Now, * months later the Buyer is saying he never received the package and when you look up the tracking number it states, "Label Created, not yet in system"., so, I can't prove he received it. What happened to the messages that were out there previously? In May I could look up this tracking number and it showed it was moving., now nothing. Who would have taken off the messages? How can I prove that the package was indeed delivered.
