I have encountered problems receiving packages at my office address in the last 6 months, even though the Tracking Number says they were delivered. The issue started when a package was placed in the wrong mail-slot and only found later near my mail-slot. Now, another package marked as delivered on October 1st according to the Tracking Number hasn't shown up in my mail-slot. I submitted a "Missing Mail" request on the USPS website with Search ID "[redacted]". There seems to be a recurring problem in our building with mail being wrongly delivered to different suites. I'm concerned that my package may have been misplaced by the carrier. I hope that by highlighting this ongoing issue, some improvements can be made to ensure correct delivery of packages. (P.Y. I purchased an item from www.society6.com with an estimated delivery date of Saturday, 10/13. It was shipped through DHL Ecommerce and then transferred to USPS on 10/11. Despite the estimated delivery date passing, I have not received the package. According to the USPS tracking information, the item was forwarded to a different address in NEW YORK, NY at 12:49 pm on October 11, [redacted], due to forwarding instructions or an incorrect address or ZIP Code on the label. I confirmed that my address and ZIP Code were correct, and I did not request any forwarding instructions. Unfortunately, the tracking page does not offer guidance on how to resolve this issue or specify the "different address" to which my package was forwarded. I am looking for assistance on how USPS can resolve this situation promptly so I can receive my package. Thank you.

I placed an order on a website with an estimated delivery date of Saturday, Oct 13. The item was shipped from Raleigh, NC through DHL Ecommerce and then transferred to USPS on Oct 11. Unfortunately, I did not receive the package on the estimated delivery date. Upon checking the tracking information, I discovered that USPS forwarded my item to a different address in New York, NY on Oct 11. The reason mentioned was either forwarding instructions or an incorrect address or ZIP Code. I have verified that my address and ZIP Code were correct and I did not request any forwards. The tracking page does not offer a solution or specify the forwarded address. I am concerned about this issue and hope that USPS can resolve it promptly so I can receive my package. I sent a card with money to my son-in-law from Webb City, MO to Basehor, KS last Tuesday, Oct 9. When I went to the post office counter, they said it needed additional postage, which I paid. The clerk assured me it would be sent out that day. The normal mail time between us is 2 days, but the letter took 5 days to arrive and was opened with the $[redacted] missing. I suspect the employee who assisted me may have taken the money. I want the post office to be aware of this incident. The card was not tampered with when I sent it, so there was no reason for it to be opened. I hope this information reaches the Webb City, MO postmaster.

I sent a package on 9/21/18 from Bowling Green, KY via Priority Mail to my grandchildren's previous address. Despite their active change of address, the package was tried for delivery on 9/22/18 at 11:43 AM to Miss Eliza Mae McQueen at [redacted] Woodmont Blvd, Nashville, TN [redacted], which is the latest tracking status. I've spoken to three individuals in Bowling Green, the latest being the supervisor, who mentioned the package might be on a shelf or in a bin at the local post office due to the tracking issue. Unfortunately, I've been unable to reach a live customer service representative for further assistance beyond the supervisor. I need help beyond their level to resolve the issue with the Nashville post office.

I am currently attempting to locate a missing package that appears to be in transit to its next facility. Despite being received at the Jersey City NJ Network Distribution Center on October 14, the package has remained there for 20 hours without any updates. Concerningly, the package's route from California to Philadelphia and ultimately to New Jersey isn't aligned with its destination in Wisconsin. I have encountered long wait times when calling Customer Service numerous times, which I find unacceptable. I reside in the [redacted] zip code area and consistently experience poor mail delivery service. My mailbox often contains mail addressed to others, and my mail has been delivered to neighbors. This is a recurring issue that has not been resolved despite discussions with the post office staff. The situation is particularly chaotic at the Elroy station. I am seeking assistance from someone capable of investigating and implementing necessary improvements to address these ongoing problems. The current state of the mail service in this area is simply not acceptable.

I am reaching out about the poor customer service I experienced both online and in person. My online corporate account has been unable to print labels, forcing me to handwrite them at the post office; a process I find unprofessional. When I visited the local post office at [redacted] S Ashland, they claimed they couldn't print shipping labels, insisting I handwrite them instead. I urgently needed to ship items, especially one box with tracking number EE[redacted]76US needed by Friday, leading me to opt for Express Mail despite not being informed of the box's weight beforehand. The inability to print labels from my account, the misinformation given at the post office, and the refusal to weigh the box caused unnecessary expenses. I did not receive a package that was marked as delivered on October 8. I only noticed this a few days later when I decided to track the package. Unfortunately, I was unable to reach out earlier due to the long wait times on the phone. The tracking number for the package is [redacted][redacted][redacted], and it was sent by Endicia from Skin1. I have looked around my property and couldn't find the package. My husband and I were at home during the supposed delivery time but did not hear or see anything. Can you please investigate to see if the package might be lost or if there is another explanation for its absence? Thank you.

I am inquiring about a missing package that the tracking information indicates was delivered on October 8. However, I did not receive it. The package was supposed to be delivered to [redacted] Vernon Springs Trail, Atlanta, GA [redacted]. I only noticed the discrepancy in the tracking a few days later, as I was out of town. Both my spouse and I were home at the supposed time of delivery and did not hear or see any delivery vehicle. On July 11th, a package was sent to my home address. I had left a note on my mailbox asking the delivery carrier to leave it over my side fence in the backyard. Unfortunately, the carrier did not follow my instructions and left the package on the porch, making it visible to potential thieves. To make matters worse, the carrier left my gate wide open, increasing the risk of theft. My neighbor across the street captured the incident on camera, which led to an investigation with my bank, CHASE. The company I purchased the item from didn't take responsibility for the loss, even though I needed the item by a specific deadline. I am holding USPS accountable for the $49.50 I lost and the additional compensation for the stress and inconvenience caused by the incident. My tracking number is [redacted].

I dispatched a parcel through UPS the previous Thursday, and it’s been a week without any sign of it. I was informed by a postal worker that the delay might be due to using UPS instead of another service, after spending hours on hold and visiting the main post office for help to no avail before shipping it. The package was supposed to arrive overnight on Thursday, departed the facility, and has not been delivered yet. It contains crucial medication that I urgently require. I am experiencing ongoing issues with mail delivery in our neighborhood. The postal service carrier from the Juliette GA Post Office consistently puts our mail into the wrong mailboxes. As a result, I have missing mail dating back to 10/12/18, including important documents like bank statements and utility bills. Despite notifying both the Juliette GA USPS and the Forsyth GA USPS in the past, my concerns have not been adequately addressed. I have attempted to contact the Forsyth GA USPS manager, but my calls are never returned. On the day my mail went missing, I observed that the carrier did not stop at my mailbox, which is concerning. I seek a resolution to this ongoing problem to ensure accurate mail delivery for our neighborhood.

Hi, I sent some work equipment that I no longer used on August 21, [redacted], for $12.15 at 1:45 pm. Unfortunately, I have lost the tracking number, and now I am being charged $[redacted].00 for the equipment. The company has agreed to refund me if I can provide the tracking number. I visited my local post office at [redacted] Bill France Blvd, Daytona Beach, FL [redacted], and the supervisor promised to assist me but avoided me for 3 weeks. When I returned, a new supervisor informed me that they can only access records up to 30 days back and advised me to contact customer service to locate the tracking number. I have the debit card information used, the mailing address, and any other details needed to track the shipment. Can you please assist me? I am in a difficult situation as a parent of 3 children with financial responsibilities, and the $[redacted].00 refund would be extremely helpful. The items I returned were computer equipment like a keyboard, Chromebox, and mouse.

The supplier only provided me with a UPS tracking number. UPS mentioned that the package was initially shipped domestically by USPS, and UPS handled the international shipping until it reached local services. My name is M.K. I am extremely disappointed with USPS services. I have been tracking my packages since last Monday, and the response remains the same - "Label created, not yet in the system." I expect my tracking information to be updated promptly. I have already contacted the seller, and it is concerning that the tracking is not available. Additionally, the phone services are inadequate; I attempted five times today to speak with a representative but to no avail. It is frustrating that after paying, there is no human interaction available for support. This lack of customer service is unacceptable, and I will not be using USPS for future orders. I will be reporting these issues to BBB as I am highly dissatisfied. I have been trying for over a week to resolve this matter, and I insist on a call back to locate my two missing packages. If this matter is not resolved, I will seek postal services elsewhere.

On May 17, [redacted], I sent a package to [redacted] Robinson Lane, Wilmington, DE from Grafton, WI with tracking number #[redacted][redacted]01. Initially, there were confusing tracking updates stating it went from Cedarburg Post Office to Grafton to Delaware and back to Grafton. After contacting the Grafton PO, I was informed that the entries were incorrect and the package was indeed in Wilmington, DE. Following up with the Wilmington DE PO on 5/22, they assured me they had the package and would deliver it the next day. However, presently, five months later, the recipient claims non-receipt of the package, and when checking the tracking number, it shows, "Label Created, not yet in system," making it impossible to prove delivery. I'm puzzled about the disappearance of the previous tracking messages. I need to establish how the package was successfully delivered.

As a property manager and resident of 44 Hart Street, Brooklyn NY [redacted], in apartment 1, I have been noticing issues with the mail delivery lately. Even though my mailbox is clearly labeled, I keep receiving mail intended for Jacqueline German, Rodney Hilton, Andrea Hull, and Barry Burden in my mailbox. This mix-up has been ongoing, with my mail often ending up in other mailboxes. Additionally, mail for 44 Hart Street has been delivered to incorrect addresses like 44 Pulaski Street and 46 Hart Street. It seems like there is a consistent problem with the mail carrier not paying attention to the addresses on the mail before delivery. It's becoming quite a nuisance having to rely on neighbors to redirect my mail. I hope this can be resolved soon to avoid further inconvenience.

I reside at [redacted] Genesee Drive, Naperville, IL [redacted]. Due to my frequent absence, my outdoor mailbox tends to fill up until I can empty it. This has never been an issue with the mail carriers until recently. On October 11, a handwritten note stating "Box Full" was left on my door. Upon my return the next day, I found the mailbox empty, without any information on where the mail had been taken. Despite contacting the Naperville Post Office via email, I received a generic response stating I had 10 days to retrieve the mail. When I visited the Post Office within the designated timeframe, my mail was nowhere to be found, and I was promised a callback that never came. After multiple attempts to reach out, I was informed that the mail was likely returned, even though I had tried to collect it within the specified period. Hello, I dropped off a prepaid box at my local post office yesterday around 3 PM Mountain Time. I handed it to an employee working there. I just checked the tracking number now, and it is showing that the box has not been checked in by the post office. I tried calling but could not find an option to connect with a person. The postage is for prepaid 2-day shipping, so I was expecting it to be processed promptly. Is it common for it to take this long for the post office to check in a box? This is my first time doing this, so I am unsure of the usual process.
