I was trying to contact a live person to find out if there was a mistake on the system as to when my package is to be delivered. The sender reported they paid extra to have it delivered by tomorrow ********. ... A package is being shipped to me and the sender stated that they paid extra for it to be delivered by tomorrow(Saturday, ********). However, as I track the package it says the estimated delivery is Monday(********).
The items being delivered are for an event occurring tomorrow ********. It is very frustrating that I have to communicate through an automated system that doesn't give you the options to talk with a live person. I received * calls and they were the same automated systems I contacted before. The first call went straight to a survey.
This situation could have been rectified if a live person was available to either provide more information or direct me in the right path.
I am new to this system and I was expecting a live person to contact me to assist in resolving this issue. However, no one did.
I have called several numbers and have utilized GetHuman and have gotten no HELP.
