I recently ordered a replacement key for my mailbox due to losing mine. I was informed it would take 6 weeks to receive the new key. After putting my mail on hold and waiting the 6 weeks, I received a call. When I went to collect my mail, I inquired about my keys but was asked for my receipt, which I've misplaced due to my medical conditions. The individual at the post office checked the work order and advised me to return the next day when the manager would be available. Unfortunately, on my last 4 visits, the manager was not present. My attempts to contact the post office via phone have been unsuccessful, with no response or voicemail available. I even reached out to the postmaster without a response. Dealing with chronic pain and limited finances, I urgently require a refund of $50. I hope someone can assist me with this matter promptly.

I made a purchase on the 21st, and it was shipped to the post office on the 25th. Since then, the tracking shows no movement. I ordered from another company the next day and have already received it, but this one is still in transit. I am concerned as it usually doesn't take this long. This package took days to even get a tracking number. I've ordered from this company before, and it didn't take this long. I just want to get my package. I have experienced issues with my mail being returned due to incorrect addressing. After inquiring about this, I was informed it occurred at a mail center, but a former postal employee indicated it was returned from my local post office. This has happened twice, causing me to miss important bills and receive past-due notices. Feeling misled by the conflicting information, I intend to file a formal complaint. I am awaiting a response. My daughter mistakenly sent a package to my old PO Box, and despite my efforts to cancel the order, it was already on its way. When I requested the current Post Office to hold it for me, they refused and mentioned that the package would be delivered to the new box owner. This situation leaves me worried that I might lose the money spent on the package. I closed the PO Box after my husband's passing and inadvertently missed updating this address. I find it unfair that someone else could potentially receive my mail just because the address wasn't updated. I can verify my identity with my SS# and driver's license, but it seems concerning that my mail could be taken by someone else. As I am aware from my father's experience working at the post office, taking someone else's mail is illegal. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Tara.

I am frustrated with USPS. Tracking information shows package delivered, but it's nowhere to be found. This isn't the first time mail has gone missing or been misdelivered. Waiting on hold for an hour is unacceptable. I've lost faith in USPS and avoid sending anything important through them. The lack of accountability and reliability is concerning. Hopefully, this issue gets resolved soon. Time to care for my dependable carrier pigeons and reliable horses. Good service is key, just like in the Pony Express! 😁

I have encountered an issue with mailing first-class letters insured at my local post office, which claims it's not allowed. However, the Postal Service website permits this service. This discrepancy has been a problem for me since moving here a year ago. I've been mailing in this manner for over 30 years without any issues. How can I inform my post office of the correct procedure if the website is accurate? I've noticed that the Domestic Mail Manual ([redacted].1.4.1) is not entirely clear on this matter, which leads to confusion with my post office's stance.

Dear Sirs, I am reaching out regarding an issue with a registered mail sent from Belgium to The Netherlands through Deutsche Post. The envelope, with tracking number RX[redacted]14DE, was supposed to be delivered to me at Emmakade 1, Boskoop, [redacted] VC, The Netherlands. However, it has been mistakenly transported to the USA as indicated on both USPS and Deutsche Post websites. I recently left a voicemail expressing my dissatisfaction with the poor service from USPS. I have had multiple issues with missing items and unhelpful attitudes from their employees. It's frustrating when essential items are not delivered as expected. I believe USPS needs to hire more competent and attentive staff who take their job seriously. The overall service quality and attitude of USPS employees have been a long-standing problem, and I am relieved that there are now alternative options available for mail services.

I have not received my packages as they were mistakenly placed in someone else's mailbox. My address is 16 Village St, Poland, Maine [redacted]. I was expecting parcels from Amazon to be delivered to my mobile home, where there are lockers and a key is placed in our mailbox. Unfortunately, the key was not in my mailbox, leading to the delivery of the packages to the wrong recipient. This has occurred multiple times with the new mail carrier. Recently, I also received a soggy package left in the rain, causing damage to the $40 diaper bag I ordered.

I have a package available for pickup from Le Tote. Typically, I receive two packages monthly at my home address. This time, however, the parcel is not at my residence. I would like to know why it wasn't delivered to my house. I tried visiting the post office closest to me, but they didn't have it. The package is at the Overland Park post office under zip code [redacted]. However, there are multiple post offices with the same zip code. The tracking number for this package is [redacted][redacted]20. Despite calling three post offices, none have answered. I have been on hold with the [redacted] number for over 47 minutes without reaching a representative.

A package with tracking number [redacted][redacted]34 had a delivery attempt on October 6 at 4:42 PM which failed. I rescheduled the delivery for October 9 but it did not arrive. Another delivery attempt was made at 1:33 AM on Tuesday, even though my dog was indoors at the time, so they could have entered the yard. I cannot personally pick up the package as I don't drive and a rideshare would be expensive. Unsure whether to reschedule, I have a delivery scheduled for October 15 as well. I would like the packages redelivered either to me or to [redacted] S. Cortez St. If that's not possible, I may have to let them be returned.

I have been attempting to contact USPS Customer Support regarding a package that arrived at the Houston post office on September 26th but has not progressed further. While I have received acknowledgment emails, I have not received any assistance for over a week. Instead, I received survey requests for help I never obtained. As a business shipper, this delay is affecting my finances. The package deviated from its intended route, and the lack of help is unacceptable. I submitted a claim for a broken warmer, which was rejected by the post office citing issues with the seller's packaging. Despite receiving a denial letter offering to return the item, the post office is holding onto it. I reached out to Brenda Burke at the Ada, MN post office with no response. It's frustrating to not have my property returned when the claim is denied. This experience with a company I rely on for my business daily is disappointing. Delivery challenges to my PO Box have resulted in returned business debit cards, impacting my finances. I hope for a prompt resolution to this issue I've been dealing with since July.

I visited the Post Office at [redacted] Piscataway Road in Clinton, MD on Tuesday, October 9, [redacted]. I paid for a two-day delivery for a package addressed to Brandon Campbell at [redacted] Barker Cypress Road, Apt. [redacted], Cypress, TX [redacted]. Although the Postmaster warned me the package might not arrive in two days, she processed the transaction around 5:15 pm. I do not have a receipt or tracking number, but Brandon Campbell needs to sign for the package upon delivery. I anticipate receiving a statement on my Credit Card showing the payment. Last week, on the 6th of October, I purchased an item from the United Kingdom, and it was sent to New York's Queens USPS Regional Facility. The package was received on the 8th, and since the 9th and 10th, I have not received any updates. The tracking number is RU[redacted]07GB. I live in Puerto Rico, so I find it concerning that the package seems to be delayed, as it should not take two days for a plane to reach Puerto Rico from New York. Hello, I am from Puerto Rico. I purchased an item from the UK on the 6th, and it was sent directly to New York Queens Regional Facility. This facility has a reputation for issues. They claim to have sent the item on the 9th and 10th, which seems unusual. Despite constant flights from New York to Puerto Rico, the item has not arrived. I am puzzled by the delay, as a flight should not take more than two days. I am concerned that the package may have been redirected to Florida due to Hurricane activity. I am eager to locate my package and ensure it reaches Puerto Rico as expected. The map shows Puerto Rico clearly, so there should be no reason for it going missing mysteriously.

I have experienced ongoing issues with the post office regarding my mailing address. Despite my multiple moves and filing for mail forwarding services, my mail is consistently being directed to incorrect addresses. Despite assurances from the postmaster in Trinity, NC, my mail is still being wrongly delivered to [redacted] Auman Rd and [redacted] Old Meadowbrook Rd instead of my current address at [redacted] Meadowbrook Dr. I am increasingly frustrated by this situation and seek assistance to ensure that all my mail and packages are correctly sent to [redacted] Meadowbrook Dr., Trinity, NC [redacted] as intended.

My name is Pamela McNeil. I reside at [redacted] Turnaway Lane, North Chesterfield, VA [redacted]. Lately, our neighborhood has been experiencing late mail deliveries, sometimes as late as 8:30 pm. The carrier seems to miss picking up all the mail, as one package was left behind in our mailbox. There have been incidents where the carrier only delivers part of the mail, requiring me to walk to the truck to collect the rest. Additionally, packages are thrown onto the porch instead of being placed there carefully. Despite addressing these concerns with the branch manager and customer service, no significant improvements have been made. We are frustrated and seeking a reliable mail delivery service that respects our parcels and adheres to a timely schedule.

I receive my newspaper via US mail from Tuesday to Saturday. Last Friday (Oct. 5), I did not receive my paper, leading me to believe it went to a neighbor. On Saturday, Oct. 13, I found my neighbor's package and mail at my door, indicating that my mail is likely going to someone else as well. As I live quite far from my neighbors, who are receiving my mail and paper without returning it, I suspect substitute drivers are causing the delivery issues. I urgently need my mail, as we operate two farming businesses and receive essential bills daily. The current situation with the mail delivery needs to be rectified promptly.
