Hello, last week on the *th if i am not mistaken i bought a item from the United Kingdom. They decided to send the item straight to New York's Queens USPS Regional Facility. A place which is know for having problems. They received the package in the *th and i have not received any information of any kind only stating that on the *th and **th they sent the package (weird that it was sent two times no?). I live in Puerto Rico not in the North Pole i am not Santa Claus, it is very difficult for me to believe that a plane carrying mail and travelling at plus ***MPH takes two days to arrive in Puerto Rico unless they decided for some weird reason to send it to Florida so Florida can send it to Puerto Rico which would be a terrible act of not only judgement but common sense since we all know that a hurricane hit Florida. The tracking number is RU*********GB. All i want to know is where is it? Is it lost? Did Elmo take it? Did Tupac take it to the grave? Puerto Rico is not that hard to find it's on the world map not only that but there are constant flight's to and from Puerto Rico and New York. I hope you can help me please. I just want to know what happened that is all.
