Get a correct answer to we’re my package is and not beat around the bush or act like y’all don’t care it says delayed so the USPS thinks I should just mark it as a losss ... My package was lost and the last thing it says was delayed at carrier facility. By USPS. Wanting to know where my package is and why I haven’t gotten a call or email about the inconvenience your company caused
They don’t realize the frustration because it’s not there time or money that was lost
I would just like for someone that actually takes pride in their job to go the extra mile to figure out where my package is.
Have never filed a complaint with the company and gave them * days to come up with a resolution, yet never happened.
Called every mail carrier to check. Yet the order says is big letters, shipped with USPS and package delayed at carrier
