Help with my US Postal Service issue
Did that get it fixed?
Waiting to see if GetHuman-ricnatmo fixed the issue with our suggestion.
The issue in GetHuman-ricnatmo's own words
I ordered a * pk of diabetic socks for my Dad on Monday, September *rd. As of today he still has not got his socks. Today is Friday, September **th. When I set up to receive text for tracking the package yesterday, it showed that the package was sent to Pennsylvania and then last night it shows it was bouncing all over Illinois. On Saturday, Sept *th it was still with UPS, but it showed that they had transferred the package to USPS on that day. So I called Sears (ordered the product at Sears online) and they looked up the tracking * for USPS for me. So I tracked it on your website and set it up so I could receive updates on my phone. So I wonder if my ** Father will get his socks anytime soon. This is so ridiculous. I don't understand why this is so hard to do. Tracking * I have for USPS is **************************.
Just get the package to my Dad. It's really not that difficult to figure out! Why do I have to actually tell you this, seems pretty obvious to me. I can't really believe you ask this question.
How can I fix this if the package I ordered over ** days ago is bouncing all over the place and not even close to the city and state that it belongs in. I have been waiting for your customer service to call me back, I suppose I will get the same questions from them. How about fix the problem yourselves. Since technically this is your problem and in essence now is my problem (or my Dads). Totally ridiculous!
I have an issue with US Postal Service too
