I am disappointed because a package from Germany sent by my sister was returned unopened with no explanation. It was supposed to arrive at my house but was sent back to her on July 31, [redacted], marked as unclaimed and unable to forward. Customs did not inspect it, so I am puzzled about the reason for the return. My sister invested money in sending it, and I was eagerly awaiting its contents from home. This experience is disheartening, especially when postal services are expected to deliver with care. Many people, like myself, anticipate receiving packages from loved ones which do not materialize. I kindly request assistance in identifying the issue and resolving it. I have images of the package if necessary. Thank you in advance. - Disheartened Customer, D. Nieto

I had a very disappointing experience at the Shady Grove post office in Gaithersburg, MD. The representative I dealt with was rude and refused to weigh my package, insisting that I move each item onto the scale separately. She had short dark hair, wore glasses, and lacked basic customer service skills. She also raised her voice multiple times during our interaction. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a US post office. I hope that the staff member receives additional training to improve her customer service. This issue needs to be addressed as this behavior is unacceptable and seems to be a recurring problem.

Tracking Number: [redacted][redacted]92 I am in the UK and purchased items from fashionnova.com while in the US, having them sent to my hotel. I anticipated delivery 2-3 days post-order but the tracking indicates a delivery time of 8 pm tomorrow at my hotel. Regrettably, I depart at 7 am, unable to receive the package. These are crucial items for my sister's 21st birthday, and I would like assistance either redirecting the delivery to my UK address or arranging for return to Fashion Nova. I have attempted to reach customer service via phone for over an hour and also sent an email without response, leading to significant dissatisfaction.

My mailbox was hit, so I moved across the street. Upon checking, I found no rules or laws prohibiting this. I even asked the mailman and was told there would be no issue. However, it has been a week now, and I have not received any mail. The post office in Stem, NC [redacted] now claims they do not service that side of the road, even though my neighbor's mailbox is on that side. I am starting to believe this may be a serious offense regarding mailboxes. I am waiting for crucial documents from my insurance company, and I have not received any notification about them being held at a post office I cannot access without transportation, especially with three kids, one of whom is disabled. This situation is incredibly frustrating, and I am unsure how to handle it.

I did not receive a check from Vanguard that was sent to my address on Shotwell Avenue in SI, NY around August **, ****. Despite Vanguard sending another check, I did not receive that one either. Vanguard claimed my address was incorrect, even though I have been living there for over ** years. They suggested it's a postal issue. After they sent a notification to a second address on file, it was also returned undeliverable. I have confirmed my address with them twice, yet I still didn't get the check. I'm wondering if the post office held the returned mail and where I can retrieve it. - Margaret F.

Tracking Number: [redacted][redacted]48 I was expecting a package to be delivered to my PO Box in SAN FRANCISCO, CA [redacted] on September 6, [redacted], at 7:30 am, according to the online status. However, I did not receive any notification when the package was scanned by USPS, and it's not in the usual places it's left for me. I checked with the building maintenance and the office, but the package was nowhere to be found. It's frustrating that this has happened multiple times, and the latest text notification of delivery is also incorrect. I believe the package might have been stolen or was never delivered at all. Please investigate and reach out to me promptly before I proceed with a claim.

My mail has not been collected for weeks. Despite the local post office being open, they are not answering calls. When I tried the 1-[redacted] number, I faced a 49-minute hold time with no luck reaching anyone. Even the online complaint form is malfunctioning, preventing me from submitting it correctly due to missing information fields. It's been frustrating as there seems to be no service or assistance available. The carrier is not picking up my mail, which is clearly visible from the street wedged between the mailbox and the wall. Even though the mail is easy to spot, it's often left behind. It's disappointing that postal workers seem reluctant to perform their duties promptly.

The tracking information indicated that the package was delivered at 1:44 PM yesterday, but when I arrived home around 10:30 PM, I couldn't find it in the location specified by the tracking update or by the door where mail is typically delivered. In the past, packages from USPS were placed in or near the mailbox, not on the front porch by the door. Despite searching extensively, I couldn't locate the package last night. However, this morning, I found it on the step leading out of the house where I usually place my cane. While I am relieved to have received the package, I am dissatisfied with the delivery process. Can packages that do not fit in the mailbox be held at the post office in the future, with a pickup notice left at the house? This incident caused unnecessary stress, and I hope to avoid a similar situation in the future.

I am inquiring about my order (tracking: [redacted][redacted]21) from Amazon that was due to be delivered on September 9, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the USPS email claimed there was an attempted delivery, yet no notice was left. I was actively monitoring from my apartment window and did not see any USPS personnel. The email mentioned my items were left at the Gardena Post Office [redacted] at my request, which is inaccurate as I never made such a request. I would like my current package and all future deliveries to be left at my apartment door #[redacted] at [redacted] Crenshaw Boulevard, Gardena, CA [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance.

I recently made a purchase from ROMWE in China. Despite providing a new shipping address, they ended up using my previous address from a past order. I have the tracking number and see that the item is waiting in Jamaica, NY, according to USPS. ROMWE mentioned they can't alter the address at their end. I ordered three winter coats for my grandchildren in Chicago, and unfortunately, the package got stuck going to my old address in Florida. I'm hoping that once the package reaches NY, it can be intercepted and the address modified accordingly.

Hello, I would like to report an incident that occurred at the USPS office located at 2 Massachusetts Ave NE, Washington, DC [redacted] involving an employee with the last name Miller on Monday, September 10, [redacted], around noon. During my visit, Miller attempted to charge me $20 more for shipping a book and displayed rude behavior towards me. She did not allow me to explain that the shipment qualified for media mail and insisted on the higher price. Despite my efforts to clarify the situation politely, Miller was dismissive and made negative remarks. Feeling uncomfortable and intimidated, I left, only to discover later that she had indeed overcharged me. Upon my return, Miller's attitude did not improve as she became visibly upset, raised her voice, and belittled me in front of other customers. She also refused to accept the package, claiming I had altered the address without prior notice. The entire experience was distressing and uncalled for, and I believe Miller's behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. I hope that appropriate action can be taken to address this issue.

In the past month, two businesses contacted me to verify my address in Springfield, MO, due to returned mail. After contacting USPS and opening an investigation, I learned that my mail is being forwarded from Springfield to Austin, TX, where I am temporarily working. Despite having the correct Springfield address, I was unable to reach the mail center there to inquire about the forwarding status. The phone number provided led to a continuous busy signal. It's frustrating not being able to resolve this issue as my important mail should at least be delivered to my Springfield address, regardless of any forwarding. I am eager to check on the status of my mail and see what I might have missed during this time.

I have been eagerly awaiting a package with tracking number [redacted][redacted]79. The scheduled delivery date was Saturday, September 8th. Although the mail carrier typically arrives at 1pm, the package did not arrive. Upon contacting USPS, I was informed it was delivered at 4:20pm, which is not accurate. Despite waiting until 6pm near my mailbox, the package never showed up. Today, I spent 4.5 frustrating hours on hold trying to reach USPS customer service without success. The automated message kept indicating a 36 to 1-hour wait time. I am disappointed by the lack of responsiveness. If possible, please help locate my package as I believe it may have been incorrectly delivered to another address. Thank you. Contact number: [redacted].

My $[redacted] rent check was stolen from the mail. My roommates and I sent our rent checks in a USPS box, and our landlord's doorman confirmed that he did not receive our checks. We have confirmation that at least two of the checks have been cashed and have filed a police report. I paid using a USPS money order, but I no longer have the receipt, so I cannot file a "Lost Money Order" report for a refund. Contacting USPS is my only option because I do not have the receipt, but I do have most of the serial number from the long form receipt from my Postal Service branch. The total amount stolen from all our checks is $[redacted]. Most of my roommates managed to get refunds or cancel their checks through other means than USPS. I want to work with USPS to get my $[redacted] refund since the theft seems to have happened while in USPS custody. Thank you.

I took Sunday off from work, and they claim the package was a temporary delivery due to the rain, but nothing arrived. I cannot pick up the package as I have no car and lack the strength to do so. I need the package redelivered to my home. The package number is [redacted][redacted][redacted]. The confirmation number for today is USR[redacted]0. I expect the package to be redelivered tomorrow, September 12. I'm willing to come downstairs to help carry it, but I can't go inside the post office to get it myself. I believe the rain prevented the driver from delivering it due to its weight. Please redeliver the package to me. I can't afford to take another day off from work. Thank you for looking into this.

I utilize USPS for shipping on my ecommerce site. A test item weighing 1 pound shows a shipping cost of $6.70. Yet, when adding another 1-pound item, the charge jumps to $14.40. Surprisingly, with 3 items, the cost skyrockets to over $24.00. Logically, two 1-pound items (totaling 2 pounds) should warrant a similar rate of approximately $13.60 for priority mail up to 70 pounds. My settings have the offline rates enabled.

I received a notification that the package was delivered on 8/21/[redacted] at 12 noon. I was home that day and didn't see any mailman come by. The USPS manager said it was delivered on my street but doesn't know where. The seller won't refund me as USPS claims it was delivered. This is the second time this has happened to me recently. I'm on disability, always home, and can see my porch from the windows. Neither I nor my neighbor, who is a postal carrier, got any regular mail that day. Now, I'm out of money due to this error. How can this situation be resolved? Sincerely, Mark A. Vitelli

I sent a package from Fremont, California to Fort Worth, Texas which arrived severely water damaged. Despite some books being protected by plastic covers, 19 of them were ruined, totaling $[redacted].10 including tax. These books were meant for mothers in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) on bed rest. The package was intact when I dropped it off, but upon arrival, it was wet and damaged. The facility blamed their machine for the damage, but I believe if it hadn't been dripping wet, the items would have been unharmed. I have photos of the damage available. I shipped the package with good intentions and never expected it to be mishandled to this extent. It seems as though it was treated as if it had been thrown into a lake.

I shipped a package from Fremont, CA to Fort Worth, TX which arrived with severe water damage. Unfortunately, some books were ruined, while others in plastic were salvaged. The total value of the damaged items amounts to $***.** with $**.** in tax, totaling $***.**. These books were intended for use in the NICU by mothers on bed rest. The package was intact when I dropped it off, but upon arrival, it was wet and damaged. According to a received letter, the damage was caused by their machine. I have photos of the damage available to send via email. I shipped the package in good faith and am disappointed by how it was handled, as it seemed to have been soaked as if it were thrown in a lake.

I recently ordered a package from Lime Crime, and typically, it takes 3-7 days for it to arrive after being shipped. However, my package has been delayed. Lime Crime mentioned a possible delay due to Labor Day sales, but it has now been almost 10 days since shipping. I checked the tracking on USPS, and the last update showed my package at a facility in York, PA on September 10th at 7:30 am. It has been nearly two weeks in transit, and I am unsure if the hurricane is affecting it. I am concerned about the status of my package and the reasons for the extended delay.
