I have been trying for nearly three weeks to have two very heavy boxes removed from my front porch, with no response. Every time it rains, the boxes get wet as they were delivered to my home in error. I have contacted USPS multiple times, but still no action has been taken. If USPS continues to ignore this issue, I will take matters into my own hands. I received a notification about my package delivery that stated it couldn't be delivered on August 25, [redacted], at 9:57 am in CANADA due to the addressee not being available. The tracking number provided is LX[redacted]76US. However, I've been at the address listed, Sea To Sky Air, [redacted] Government Road, Brackendale, BC, V0N1T0, all morning, and no delivery was attempted. I haven't received a notification or a call asking for directions. I'm confused about the attempted delivery and would like to locate my package.

I am currently tracking a package sent via Thailand EMS, with tracking number RR[redacted]51TH, which is now in the USPS system. Upon reviewing the delivery history, it appears that the package has been shuttled multiple times between the USPS Facility in San Francisco CA [redacted] and the San Francisco CA distribution center without reaching me. The package contains a dress intended for my upcoming wedding anniversary photo shoot on Aug. 29th, making its prompt delivery crucial. I sent a certified return receipt letter with a personal check on 7/9/18, but it was never attempted for delivery or received by the recipient. The carrier did not leave a notice. It was returned to the San Jose Main facility on 8/1/18 and then was sent to Sacramento, followed by Fort Worth and Dallas, Texas, before coming back to San Jose and getting redirected to Coppell, Texas. The original letter was intended to go from San Jose [redacted] to San Jose [redacted]. I am confused as to why my certified letter was not delivered and why it cannot be easily returned to the sender.

During my mom's prolonged health recovery, we changed her mail delivery to our address from her condo. Her mail stopped arriving in early July [redacted]. Despite updating her address to the assisted living community, she still faces issues receiving important mail, receiving mostly unwanted items. It seems her mail might be piled up at a local post office in Fort Myers, Florida, as very little mail has been delivered in weeks. Despite multiple tries, we haven't been able to resolve this. I recently moved last week and accidentally shipped my Amazon package to my old address. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]7. I arranged for mail forwarding from my old address to my new one. However, the package appears to be held at the post office in my previous town instead of being forwarded. I've made multiple unsuccessful phone calls today after being on hold for an hour each time before getting disconnected mysteriously despite having a strong LTE signal. I have been eagerly awaiting my delivery since Sunday. Despite leaving a note for the driver to call me upon reaching the gate of my apartment building, I have not received any calls. Instead, I receive automated messages stating delivery attempts were made. Even when I was outside during one of the supposed attempts, there was no delivery person present. This inconsistency is frustrating, as other packages from the same day arrived without issue. I am disappointed by the lack of effort to deliver my items promptly and the difficulty in reaching a live person for assistance.

I was expecting a package to be delivered on 8/22, but nobody rang the bell for the delivery attempt. I rescheduled for the 23rd, but it never arrived. I've been trying to contact customer service for days, waiting on hold for over two hours each time. After a long hold on 8/27, I was informed the package is at the post office. However, when I went there, I was told it was out for redelivery. Despite signing up for alerts, the status keeps changing with no clear delivery date. My neighbor saw the delivery person on 8/22 not even attempt to ring the bell. The post office staff can't locate the package, and customer service just repeats the online information inaccurately. On August 4, [redacted], a microphone was sent to my address, but I never received it. After contacting the post office, they confirmed that the package was delivered, signed for by someone, and closed the case. Despite this, I have not found the package and suspect it was stolen. I sent a package out through USPS on Friday, but I mistakenly sent it to the wrong place. I was supposed to send it via UPS instead of USPS. The package contains concert tickets valued at $[redacted] each, and I can't afford to lose them. When I received an email that there was no tracking movement, I realized the error. The USPS office couldn't assist me as the tracking is for UPS, and the label doesn't have my information, only the buyer's. I contacted UPS, and they directed me to USPS customer service. I am a business owner experiencing ongoing issues with my mail delivery. Despite multiple complaints, the problem remains unresolved. Our mail carrier has not visited our business for three days and does not sort the mail into the designated slots for the six businesses at our location. Sometimes, all mail is placed in a single box, with the carrier citing lack of time to sort it properly. This situation is critical for my business, which relies on timely receipt of checks. This week, I updated my address with USPS. I was expecting a package from a different carrier, but it ended up being handled by the Post office. The package reached my old address, but delivery was withheld due to an "address error." I attempted to schedule a pick-up from my local post office today, but the package is still out for delivery. It seems like they are planning to deliver it to my old address based on the zip code, even though USPS has my new address. We still own the property, so I prefer the package to be left at the door for me to pick up. I want to avoid the package being undelivered again without the chance for me to intercept it.

The USPS Regional Origin Facility in Ybor City, FL, Distribution Center seems to have issues with missing packages, like my insured priority eBay package with tracking number [redacted][redacted]49. Scheduled for 08/13/[redacted] delivery, it never arrived. I've had trouble contacting them as their phone number leads to a dead end, complicating matters further. To address these shortcomings, USPS authorities must pay attention to negative feedback online about problematic facilities. Their current reporting process seems outdated and disconnected from reality. Switching to a more efficient E-Commerce-based system that streamlines processes using tracking numbers would benefit everyone. This would simplify order tracking, claims, and refunds for customers dealing with missing or stolen packages scanned at distribution centers like theirs. It's time for USPS to adapt to a more customer-friendly approach.

The row of mailboxes located outside our homes has been repeatedly vandalized. I reside next to a gated condominium complex, and my mailbox is the only one in the row that does not belong to a unit within the gated community. The condo association plans to relocate all the mailboxes inside the gated area, including mine, and then charge us to access our mail within the gated premises. I have two main inquiries: 1. Is it legal for the condo association to impose fees for accessing our mail within their property? 2. Are we allowed to install a mailbox on our property to receive mail directly, thus eliminating the need to enter the gated community? I have been attempting to reach the local post office since this morning at 9:30. After trying every listed number with no success, I contacted an [redacted] number and spoke to a helpful lady after waiting for over two hours. Unfortunately, she could only provide me with one of the same numbers I had already dialed. Following a trip to the post office in person, where I was given the same unhelpful number, my questions remain unanswered. Regarding the Desert Foothills Post Office at 85[redacted], I wanted to share my concerns about the access to the building from River Road. The speed limit is 45 mph, but many drivers go 50 mph, making it challenging to spot the post office as it is situated below the road level. The entrance signs are closely positioned just before the turn, leading to unintended entries into neighboring business centers. This issue causes confusion and requires drivers to maneuver back into traffic to reach the post office. Even though I am familiar with the location, misjudging when to slow down due to traffic can still lead me to the wrong entrance. I suggest installing a sign a quarter mile before on the eastbound, south side of River Road to alert drivers about the post office entrance and prevent confusion.

Hello, I recently made a purchase on eBay and was expecting delivery on September 2nd. On August 31st, I received a notification that my package was out for delivery. However, after waiting all day, I later received an alert stating that my package was awaiting scanning.
