I had ordered a package from Amazon who had it shipped to the USPC (I triple checked it made it to you guys because it was it was delivered by you on your web site.) It was said, very specifically, it should have been delivered last Saturday, August **, at **:** and placed in a bigger locker by your carrier at that time. However, no key was left, instructions, or word from inside my apartment management team about where the package is. Was is placed in some other locker? The tracking number is: ********************** going to Alex Bozek at ***** S IH**, Austin Texas *****, apt ****. I want my package and all fingers are pointed at you and your carrier for it missing. What do I do? I've tried calling you , but the wait time is well over an hour to speak to a live person. Please call either ***-***-**** or ***-***-**** for Alex or Nicole.
