Firstly, your "customer service'" solutions are incredibly difficult to use and not helpful.**I had a package that was supposed to be delivered to New York on Tuesday and has been bouncing around in Illinois for three days. There has been no attempt to send it back to me (the sender). I was advised by the USPS agent at the office to request a package intercept. I chose to attempt through the website because your automated number is useless. I was told by the USPS website that the package is ineligible for package intercept. I need someone to get this package either back to me or preferable rerouted to the original address it was intended for.
