Dear Concerned Customer Service, I arrived home last Friday, July 20th, at around 5:15pm and discovered a concerning issue with a package I was expecting. The ring I ordered, intended to be my wedding band, was found outside my mailbox in poor condition. The package was damaged, and the ring was exposed and bent out of shape. The situation is distressing, and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. I have taken photos to document the condition in which the package and ring were found. Your prompt attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, B. Ottinger

To Whom It May Concern, I arrived home from work on Friday, July 20th around 5:15 PM, eager to check the mail for the second ring I had ordered online. The rings, one for my future husband and the other my wedding band, were long awaited. As I approached the mailbox, I noticed a small white envelope next to the post. To my dismay, the ring that should have been inside the package was lying on the ground three feet away by the road. The ring was partially out of its bag, misshapen, and the white bubble wrap meant to protect it was faded and weathered. It is unsettling to think how long the package had been left in such a state, but I am grateful it was discovered. I am reaching out for assistance in resolving this matter. I have photos to support my account. Sincerely, Brandi Ottinger

I have noticed that when requesting a delivery hold, it does not seem to affect Amazon packages delivered by USPS. Several times, items scheduled for weekend delivery are left exposed, risking theft or weather damage. I wonder why a hold request does not cover Amazon packages by USPS. I contacted our carrier, who advised reaching out to the Manager of the local post office. Despite following this advice, I have yet to receive a response. Thank you for addressing this concern.

I am extremely frustrated with the mail forwarding service. My name is I. Coletta, and I requested my mail to be forwarded to 3 Regency Plaza E804 since June 1st. It is now July 25th, and I have yet to receive any forwarded mail. Despite visiting the post office in Providence [redacted] for assistance, I was informed they lacked the necessary forwarding information. I attempted to contact the Boca post office at [redacted] on multiple dates, but now they do not answer the phone correctly. Even after calling the [redacted] number, I was left waiting for 50 minutes, contrary to the advised waiting time. I am eager to receive a prompt resolution to this matter.

I am extremely frustrated with the difficulty in reaching a live person to address my issue. The first call indicated a 50-minute wait time, but after waiting for 1 hour and 10 minutes, I had to hang up. When I called a different number, it redirected me to the same line with another 50-minute wait time. FRUSTRATING! I'm sending an email as a last resort. The tracking number in question is [redacted][redacted]73. During our move, my son changed our family's address, causing the package to be undeliverable. I need to know if it was returned or available for pickup at the Post Office on [redacted] Timber Creek Dr, Murfreesboro, TN [redacted], but I couldn't reach anyone. FRUSTRATING! Regards, J. Cantrell

I am concerned about the delivery of my package. I believe one of the mail carriers may be intentionally withholding it. I've had negative encounters with this particular individual before, where he has been disrespectful and uncooperative. Following a previous confrontation, he now avoids coming to my door and instead leaves packages in the mailbox or leaves a note without attempting to deliver. Today, despite the tracking indicating delivery, this mailman claimed not to have my package. Upon contacting the local post office at [redacted] Connor Street, Bronx NY [redacted] at [redacted], the staff member I spoke to sided with the mailman and was unhelpful. I feel frustrated by this situation and hope to resolve this issue promptly.

I believe one of the mail carriers has not delivered my package intentionally. I've had previous issues with this individual who is disrespectful to residents in my building. After confronting him about not allowing me to sign for my sister's package, he no longer comes upstairs. He either leaves a package in the mailbox or a pink slip without ringing the doorbell. Despite the tracking showing expected delivery dates being accurate in the past, today my package was not with him, which is suspicious. I contacted the local post office at [redacted] Connor Street, Bronx NY [redacted], at [redacted]. Unfortunately, the lady I spoke to was unhelpful and took the mailman's side, not even attempting to assist me in tracking the package.

Hello, I reside in Azerbaijan. I utilize the freight shipping services of Camex, a company with a warehouse in Delaware, USA. I regularly send packages from the UK (Royal Mail) to Camex in the USA via USPS. Despite my tracking number LP[redacted]46GB showing delivery on July 24, [redacted], Camex claims they did not receive it. They mention the package was not delivered to their premises, contradicting the tracking information. This indicates a potential misdelivery. I seek assistance in locating my package. Can you provide a document signed by a Camex employee upon delivery to their facility? Apologies for any language errors.

After reading about the incident involving a postal service worker in Missouri, I became concerned when I saw a postal van parked near my home for an extended period. This was unusual, so I approached the van, only to find it empty. When the worker returned and asked about my actions, I expressed my worry and learned that they had been advocating for air conditioning in their vehicles without success. The lack of basic comfort for these workers is disheartening. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with the contact information for the relevant authorities who can address this issue. It's a matter that should not be overlooked. Thank you for your attention to this.

I have been struggling with mail and package delivery issues for many years. Despite filing several cases with the USPS and saving all my case numbers, the problem persists. The latest case, CA[redacted]69, was filed recently, but little has changed. Despite speaking to the local postmaster without receiving a case number in April [redacted], and encountering the same unhelpful responses from the local USPS, the problem continues. I even requested a Postal Inspector outside of my local USPS to investigate the current case as a last resort. I have been in the same location for over 20 years, and the lack of resolution is frustrating. I believe it is time to escalate this matter and speak to a supervisor to finally address this ongoing issue.

I placed an order for a package, which was initially shipped by DHL. The estimated delivery date was supposed to be August 1st, just two days ago. It was tendered to the delivery service provider on Monday, July 30th, over four days ago, but there have been no updates on USPS tracking since then. I've been eagerly waiting for updates, but unfortunately, there have been none. The lack of communication with consumers is frustrating. I am scheduled to leave on Monday night and I am really hoping my package arrives before then, as indicated.

I received a notice in my mailbox on July 30th regarding redelivery, but despite rescheduling online and multiple attempts on July 31st and August 1st with confirmation numbers TOR[redacted]78 and TOR[redacted]4, I still haven't received my package. The tracking has been unavailable both times. After a lengthy call on August 3rd, the representative informed me that the package is at the Adams NE post office. I urgently need it as it contains my medical device critical for my diabetes. A new tracking number, NJR[redacted]4, was given for redelivery scheduled for August 3rd, but the package was not left as instructed. The frustrating situation continued with no successful resolution after speaking to a representative and spending hours waiting on hold. The package was due on July 30th and I'm concerned with the repeated issues and multiple tracking numbers. I have all confirmations and notices and will likely need to request another device from Lifescan. The experience has left me worried about future shipments. Thank you for your attention. Kathleen H.

I moved over a month ago and set up a PO Box temporarily during my transition between permanent addresses. I was told it would take a couple of weeks for the setup process, so I requested my mail to be held during this time. Concerned that the mail forward might cancel the hold, I opted for a month-long hold to ensure my mail's safety. In mid-July, I submitted the mail forward request, which was to be processed within 2 weeks. However, it has been a few weeks, and I have yet to receive my mail, which has now been over a month. I have urgent items that require attention within a limited timeframe. Throughout this period, I have been unable to determine the location of my mail. Knowing this information earlier would have allowed me to retrieve my mail promptly. Now, I am uncertain if my mail is still being held or in transit, especially since I received an email indicating my mail hold was ending. If my mail is at the location, I would need to make a special trip during working hours to collect it. Alternatively, having a specific arrival date would be beneficial.

I frequently place orders on Amazon. Weekday deliveries are fine, but weekends always bring issues. Whenever I have a Sunday delivery (which I prefer to avoid), it never arrives. Despite the address being unchanged for over 50 years, the system seems unable to direct it to our regular intelligent delivery driver. This results in me having to go through unnecessary steps to arrange for a redelivery. The automated system redirected me to an "agent," where the wait time exceeded 2 hours. Local office calls go unanswered, and the website repeatedly encounters errors when I attempt to use it. Tracking number: [redacted][redacted]05

I am experiencing discomfort with the current delivery driver who brings my packages. His behavior makes me feel discriminated against and unsafe when receiving my orders. The delivery person, an older gentleman who drives a Ford Taurus wagon, displays rude behavior by throwing packages towards me and honking incessantly until I collect them from the road. This makes me fearful and embarrassed to continue ordering online. I am hesitant to walk to the road due to safety concerns, especially because he refuses to come closer to my driveway because of my dog. It would greatly relieve me if a new delivery person could be assigned to my area, as I have never witnessed this individual stepping out of his vehicle to deliver packages. I feel the need to take legal action if this situation persists.

I recently sent my passport and other documents to Canada for a visitor visa application using priority mail. Although the staff said it would arrive in 3-5 days, it has now been three weeks, and the USPS tracking shows it's still in transit to the next facility. The tracking indicates multiple departures from NY Jamaica International Distribution Center but no progress. My tracking number is [redacted][redacted]47. My passport contains crucial documents, and I need to know its exact location and why it hasn't reached Canada yet. If possible, I would like it to be returned to me promptly. Thank you.

Hello, I have been patiently waiting for my package with tracking number [redacted][redacted]69. It's been over a month, and the status still shows "in transit." There are crucial documents in this package, and I was promised delivery within two weeks from the shipping date, July 2nd. However, it has been more than a month now without any progress in tracking. I kindly ask for urgent assistance to speed up the delivery. Additionally, I would like a refund for the shipping fee paid since the package has exceeded the expected delivery timeframe. Please investigate this matter promptly and contact me regarding any updates on my phone at [redacted]. Thank you.

I am a person with a disability and I require mail to be delivered to my door. I submitted a letter from my primary care physician on July 10, [redacted], and it was successfully faxed on that date. Despite my efforts and communications with the local postal service regarding mail delivery, I am facing difficulties. I have a case number with the postal service: CA [redacted]94, and have contacted them by phone twice. My address is [redacted] Carter Road, Buford, Georgia [redacted]. During a recent visit, my mail carrier declined to deliver mail to my door citing various reasons such as legality, potential job loss, and overtime. I was informed to place an official mailbox at the end of my walkway as a solution. However, the carrier claimed to his supervisor that he was allergic to bees, which is not true. This situation is distressing me, especially as I will be turning 76 next week. I have sent a follow-up letter from my orthopedic doctor emphasizing the need for mail delivery to my doorstep due to mobility issues. I rely on a walker and occasionally a wheelchair when outside my home. It is discouraging to face challenges accessing my mail, and I feel this matter should not be so complex. I am considering reaching out to my congressman, legal assistance, and media to address this ongoing issue that is causing me distress. Thank you for any support you can offer. - Margie C. Klein

I keep receiving mail at my address, but it's addressed to individuals who have never lived here. The mail is intended for my ex-husband and his girlfriend. I want to ensure their names are removed from any mailing lists linked to my address. I'm uncertain how their names became associated with my address in the first place. The only legitimate residents at my address are Susan M. Kent, Rachael A. Kent, Louis A. Kent, and Benjamin Draper at D1 Lydon Lane Apt #9 or D1-9 Lydon Lane, Halifax, MA [redacted].

I recently sent a package from a Washington, DC post office to a residence in Falls Church, VA, only 8 miles away. I made a mistake in the house number, inputting [redacted] instead of [redacted]. The package was meant to be delivered on August 7, but to my surprise, when I tracked it the next day, it had been sent to a distribution center in Wisconsin. I paid to have it redirected back to me, the sender. It's baffling why it ended up in another state instead of being returned locally. The process is now delayed, and it's frustrating that I have to pay again for reshipping. I hope to understand the reason for such a drastic detour.
