shipped a pkg via usps, tried to track-"no status available" This happens EVERY time a vendor makes me return an item via usps. Why can't the govnt get their act together and actually figure out what software it takes to track a package and then DO IT PROPERLY. UPS does it, FedX does it, DHL does it, why oh why can't usps do it????? I would not choose to use usps, but some online locations MAKE you use them if you have a return. Have been on hold now for * hour and * minutes waiting to talk to a human. Come on people we are not a third world country, it is no wonder the usps is costing the tax payers billions of $$$$ a year. Inefficient, inept and antiquated.

usps did nothing to fix or to be helpful. I contacted the vendor directly and they fixed*helped with the problem. Warning, do not use usps to ship anything if you want accurate tracking information!!!!!!!!!!!!!
