I have yet to receive my package from Fashion Nova which I bought back June **st. It is now the *th and still no package, and I bought * day shipping. I am frustrated due to the constant updates I am getting saying my package is still in California and tracking updates show how it’s been going back and forth between two facilities of you all. All over a packing label I believe. The first time it was shipped but said that I had an insufficient address. Well now it’s been back in California since the **th. A representative has already stated that my address is valid and he’s not sure what happened. I’m not either and neither is Fashion Nova. They cannot even find the package. This is one huge mess and I need assistance NOW!
