The USPS has seemed to loose my package. I ordered a package and it went to the USPS. The wrong address was on the package. However, the package did arrive to the post office and the tracking shows it as being delivered there. I was able to update the shipping address with the USPS and the made arrangements for the package to be delivered to my correct address. The tracking info just says "package held in full parcel locker". so i went to a post office and the lady told me it was at the other post office. So i went to the other post office where the tracking says it is at and where the other post office told me to go and the lady that works there could not locate the item in the "full parcel locker" she did however, have a picture of the item, so we know it arrived at that post office. The package had updated tracking info saying it would be delivered to my house on ***.. well *** has come and gone and the tracking has not updated and the item never arrived to my house.
GetHuman759848 did not yet indicate what US Postal Service should do to make this right.
