I was denied a flat rate envelope that looked slightly bulky but not reconstructed or damaged in any way. The Pacoima post office manager was shown the USPS website DMM notice: Proper us of flat rate containers and still denied the package. I was told by the clerk Andre, that those are her rules and they abide by them. I took the package to another post office and received it just fine. *Please inform your staff of proper procedures and make sure they understand it. They are very clear. This is clearly a comprehension problem . This is my local post office and I need a resolution.
