I just wrote via this service, but gave the wrong email. It is *****@***.com (not pelicanbayfoundation).*My concern is this:*I mailed a certified letter on July *rd from Seattle, Washington to Los Angeles, California.*It was to arrive on the *th. Tracking states that on the *th, *th, and *th, it was in transit. No history is available after those dates.*Today is July **th.*As I stated to the postal employee who took the envelope from me to mail it, this is a time sensitive financial matter.*I have called various postal numbers as well as toll-free numbers, to no avail.*I called ***-***-**** and the phone rang for about * minutes and then disconnected.*Please locate the envelope.*I cannot replace the contents of the envelope.
