The issue in GetHuman-jpotokar's own words
I live in West LA and mailed two parcels last Saturday morning. One is going to the UK, so was sent with International Priority and the other parcel is domestic Priority, going to Nebraska. That parcel was expected to be delivered on this past Monday. The international parcel went to Bell Gardens and was last scanned on Monday night. Since then nothing. And this should have been to the airport by now. The domestic parcel should have arrived by Tuesday, yet still doesnt even show having arrived in NE, and its now Wed night **Why has no scanning been done and why are these PRIORITY parcels not moving? Can someone help here?**The international tracking number is CH*********US.**The domestic Priority tracking * is: **** **** **** **** **** ****Thanks for looking into this. Bell Gardens seems way out of the way from LAX, where these parcels would be departing from.**CAn someone there check the * tracking numbers and verify that they have passed thru your facility and are on their way? I paid extra $$ for Priority yet this is slower than Ground Service.**Best regards,**Jeff Potokar
