I purchased a mattress from Mattress Firm in Meyerland, Houston. They left me a message two weeks ago about a delivery, but I was away at the time, and they didn't confirm if I would be home. When I called, they had no record of an appointment, then rescheduled for today from 3:00 to 4:00. However, they later changed it to 7:00 to 8:00, which is not convenient. I've now rescheduled for next Sunday from 11:00 to 3:00. I already paid for the mattress and can't lift it myself to set it up. This experience has been frustrating, and I am disappointed; it's unlikely I'll shop with them again, especially since I had to hire help in anticipation of the delivery.

I am a senior citizen experiencing severe back problems and I purchased a Stearns and Foster mattress that I urgently need. However, I was informed that delivery would take 3 to 5 weeks. My current air mattress is leaking, exacerbating my back pain. When I requested to cancel due to the long wait, I was told it would incur a $[redacted] fee. I am disappointed with the service provided by Anna and others who are unyielding about the cancellation. I cannot afford the $[redacted] charge and I am seeking a refund or a quicker delivery.
