went on internet for a car in june **** I was approved, internet dept called me back because I'm on a set income, I was told I qualify for * programs, I told them I have no cosigner nor did I want one, I choose to stand on my own * feet, I believe the lady I talked to was cathy, and I told her have to see when my ride is available,s she said just call her, I also let her know I don't drive, but I have a driver she said that was find, called her on June **, **** let her know I was on my way now the dealership Nissan of Duarte address **** Buena Vista St. Duarte, CA ***** Phone number (***)***-**** Dealer Name Eric Johnson, lied to me put it in my fiances name I called fianc* co Santander Consumer USA, let them know my name is not on the contract and how did that happen, I also informed them that how did that get approved on my income under his name plus last week I called I informed them that a deposit of $*,*** was taken off my card she asked me to hold on there was nothing of that on any paper work and that automaticly goes to the dealership I have never heared of anything like that she put me on hold again to do a little more checking sbe said my name was no where on any paper work then she asked me several question did ii use my bank card yes did I sign anything, she said if that is the case they either have to put my name on the contract, o refund all my money none mind you my fianc* has no income this car is on his credit and not mine, I have been going thur it, I need some help from somebody because I am not getting any satisfactory ANs of any of this, please somebody help me. thank you Ms. Robyn M Jones
