On my Twitter account I have a person who appears to be posing as an officer in the Army in Afghanistan. He says he’s not supposed to be on social media so that he wants to talk on hang out or WhatsApp. He’s been in my contacts for about a month is now asked me to send $**** so that he can come home. I think this man might be a fraud with a ring that is trying to extort money. I have no intentions of sending him money but I did allow him to send me the information to where he wanted these funds transferred. I am curious and how I should deal with this particular situation I reported it to Twitter but everything he does is either on Twitter messaging which I’ve saved our last conversation or through *WhatsApp or hang out which I am not on now
