The issue in GetHuman-deggogdd's own words
I received a phone call and was informed I had been granted an amount of *,***$ and was given two access codes for two installments that could be picked up at the nearest western union to my location*And was given a description of an activation card and they would inturn give the attendant the transfer information using ***$ to activate*The card they had me use was a Google play card in the amount of ** to *** so it was my checking debit card was in default for unexpected reasons but had substantial funds but could not be retrieved and I ask if the transfer had to made by something other than a pay card and us informed that the transfer had to be made buy a third party and this confuses me into not perusing the process further. Was o being scammed or not. Thanks
