Good Morning, I wish to bring to your attention that Klaxontech Inc. applied for my H1 Visa for the 2[redacted] period. It was selected and we received a Request for Evidence (RFE). The deadline to submit the RFE was August 31st, [redacted], and all required documents were sent via FedEx to the USCIS Vermont Service Center before the deadline. The FedEx tracking number for the shipment is [redacted]80, showing that the documents reached the USCIS office on Friday, 8/30/[redacted] at 11:44 am. However, despite the timely submission, we received denial notices from USCIS stating that the documents were not received before the deadline, which contradicts the FedEx tracking information. I kindly request a review of my case and necessary action to be taken. I have aspirations to work in the USA and have been actively involved in innovative projects, having filed three patents in Mechanical Engineering. With over 3 years of experience as a Design Engineer in the USA, I am eager for the opportunity. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Veerachari J. M.

After being deported, my sister applied for a return visa to obtain a green card. The petition has been approved, and all necessary fees, forms, and documents have been submitted to the National Visa Center for an immigrant visa interview at the Embassy/Consulate General in Casablanca, Morocco. I was scheduled for an interview on September 10th, [redacted], at 7:30 am. However, during the interview at the consulate, I was asked to provide documents of the Police Record and Court disposition from the USA, which were not previously mentioned. I kindly request assistance on how to obtain these additional documents to complete my visa application.

Good afternoon, I wanted to share my unfortunate experience when trying to leave the United States. I had purchased two tickets to depart the USA before my tourist visa expired on October 15, [redacted]. The first ticket was with XL Airways, but I discovered a week before the flight that the company had gone bankrupt. I then bought another ticket with Wamos Air for the same date, but the flight was delayed due to a plane issue. After hours of waiting without a resolution, I had to book a new ticket with Delta Airlines for October 17 as I did not want to fly with Wamos Air after the poor experience. Despite explaining my visa situation to Wamos Air, they were unhelpful and dismissive during the ordeal. I tried to seek assistance from airport staff and immigration officials, but found no help late at night. Unfortunately, I was forced to overstay my visa due to this unexpected situation. Thank you for your understanding,

Good evening. I'm Monjur Murshed. I am seeking political asylum, and my case is pending. I am married to a U.S. green card holder. About a year ago, my wife submitted Form I-[redacted], and USCIS approved it six months ago. I entered through a border crossing with inspection. Can I apply for a green card now, or do I need to return to my home country first? Your response would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Happy New Year! 🙂

I am a legal American citizen who fears for my safety if my boyfriend is deported. I once traveled to Mexico without a passport and encountered no issues crossing the border. Now, I feel safe only with my boyfriend who has provided for me financially, physically, emotionally, and mentally. Despite concerns about dangerous illegal immigrants re-entering the U.S., I believe my boyfriend, while undocumented, poses no threat. I am law-abiding, with no criminal record, and my only wish is to keep us both safe and together. I'm willing to exchange information on dangerous immigrants for my boyfriend's right to stay. Please consider the value of your own citizens and offer him a chance. I ask for empathy and equal rights in this situation. My boyfriend is not a danger, and I implore you to understand our circumstances before making any decisions that could affect us.

I would appreciate it if law enforcement could come to investigate the situation with the Mexican Cartel here on our street. Unauthorized immigrants are being sent to our houses by force, causing disturbances and harm. They do not pay rent and have resorted to violence when confronted. I have evidence of damage to my property due to their intimidating behavior at night. As a homeowner paying taxes, I am seeking help urgently. The individual involved, Daniel C., has even added his telephone service to mine without consent. This situation is alarming as they wait for homeowners to pass away, taking over their assets without consequences. Immediate intervention is necessary to address this ongoing issue.

I need to obtain a copy of my birth certificate. I was born in Colombia and have misplaced my birth certificate. I became a U.S. citizen in [redacted] and am hopeful that your office could possibly have a copy on file. Despite my attempts to retrieve it from the registrars in Bogota, Colombia, where I was born, they do not have records dating back to [redacted]. Your assistance in obtaining a copy would be greatly appreciated, as I needed to present my birth certificate during my naturalization process in [redacted]. I possess an American passport as well. Thank you for your time and assistance. Sincerely, G.P. Kozlin.

I'm seeking advice on whether I can petition my Nigerian fiancé, who has asylum in Italy and works there, if we were to get married. He is a Nigerian citizen with no criminal record. We have set a wedding date for October 10, and I'm concerned that marrying him might jeopardize his ability to come to the US afterwards. Sending him back to Italy could put him in harm's way. This situation is particularly challenging as I have recently been diagnosed with cervical cancer, and being with my fiancé means everything to me after two years of back-and-forth visits. Any guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

My N-[redacted] application was approved, I completed my biometrics, and was prepared for the interview. Today, I arrived for the scheduled interview only to be informed that it could not proceed as I filed too early. This is perplexing given that my application was initially approved, and there is no refund if it were to be denied. It feels like a waste of time and money due to conflicting information provided despite the prior approval.

As a student on an F1 visa currently on OPT with a work permit, I have a 90-day grace period ending on May 2nd. I had a job offer starting on April 6th, but due to traveling to India in early March for my sister's wedding, I got stuck there when India announced a lockdown. I tried to return to the US before the lockdown but was restricted by the US Customs and Border Protection when boarding my flight. Despite contacting USCBP and being informed there were no restrictions, I couldn't find another flight due to the lockdown starting. With all flights banned until May 3rd and my grace period ending on May 2nd, I won't be able to leave India before May 4th. This situation has prevented me from joining the job offer. I seek advice on how to prevent losing my OPT status given the current global pandemic emergency and travel restrictions.

Dear Chief of Staff Kathy Nuebel Kovarik, I hope this message finds you well. My name is W. Scott Loper. I am a Law Enforcement and Firearms Instructor certified by The Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services. My wife, Tammy, is a recently retired Master Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force and currently serves as an Intelligence Analyst at The Pentagon. I am reaching out to share background information for credibility purposes only. I am writing to bring attention to my step-son, Tylor Clere, a Federal Armed Protective Officer in Washington, D.C., and his fiancee, Sofiya Timofeeva, a highly educated individual fluent in multiple languages. Their K-1 Visa application, with case number MOS[redacted], has been approved since September 13, [redacted], but there have been delays since March 19, [redacted], which have caused concern for the couple. Tylor and Sofiya have patiently awaited the visa issuance, facing uncertainties due to the extended processing time. I kindly ask for 3-5 minutes of your time to review this case and, if appropriate, facilitate the issuance of the already approved K-1 Visa. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Respectfully, W. Scotty Loper [redacted] [redacted]

My father, who is 60 years old, renewed his green card on June 7, [redacted]. Due to COVID-19, he is currently stuck in Pakistan, unable to return to renew his green card because of flight cancellations. I reached out to the US embassy, but they mentioned they couldn't address this over the phone and provided an email address that seems to be not functional as my emails did not go through to them. Is it possible to extend the renewal deadline to allow him to come back and renew his green card now?

Due to Covid-19, I lost my job. When applying for Unemployment, I specified that I am a green card holder, even though my card had expired. I was denied without the chance to explain that I applied for a replacement. I have filed an Appeal. I have been a permanent resident in the USA since [redacted]. Immigration informed me that obtaining a replacement card could take up to a year. Is there any alternative document I can provide to the Unemployment Department to receive my benefits? I'm unsure of the next steps and seeking guidance.

Alexjandro Manuel Bonnet [redacted] Darient St Reading PA [redacted] U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Potomac Service Center [redacted] Potomac Center Drive, Stop [redacted] Arlington, VA 20[redacted] RE: YSX[redacted] Alexjandro Manuel Bonnet Dear Sir or Madam, I submitted a petition for my stepdaughter on February 22, [redacted], which was approved on December 18, [redacted]. In my Form I-[redacted] petition, I clearly stated on page 8 Part 4 item 62.a that my daughter has never been in the US and will apply for adjustment of status in the United States but will apply for an immigrant visa abroad at the US embassy in Rio de Janeiro. However, the officer mistakenly issued an I-[redacted] Notice of Action, Approval Notice, assuming my daughter is inside the US. Consequently, USCIS did not transfer the case to NVC. (Please see the attached copy of my Form I-[redacted] and the approval notice). We have contacted NVC, and they advised us to request USCIS to transfer the case to NVC for scheduling a consulate interview for my daughter. Despite our efforts to communicate this, contacting the office by phone did not resolve the issue as promised, and online inquiries went unanswered. My daughter is in Brazil, ready to apply for her visa. The deadline to contact NVC is December 17, [redacted]. We fear missing this deadline because USCIS has not transferred the case, which is vital for obtaining a case number to proceed. We kindly request USCIS to promptly transfer my daughter's case to NVC. Yours sincerely, Alexjandro Manuel Bonnet

I am unsure where to submit the K1 application, who the cashier's check should be made out to, or the total cost. How should we proceed with the virus and the new visa ban? Could we face denial due to the pandemic? I need guidance on the affidavit for travel and support. Where should I send this and how much is the total cost? Whom should the cashier's check be written out to? Additionally, with Trump's new income requirement for immigrants, is spousal support information necessary? Is military service considered employment? Will having surgery and being unable to work affect the immigrant application? Can you provide a contact phone number and address for assistance? Does the visa ban affect application time frames? I am requesting an appointment and can be reached at [redacted]. Thank you, K.H. from Maryland, USA.
