I am requesting a review of two immigration cases involving individuals Flavia Blair-Rosenthal, Flavia Pinto, Cory Blair-Rosenthal, Celeni Apericida Acevedo, and her husband. There are allegations of false information provided and a false accusation of sexual assault by Flavia. Flavia took our child to Texas without my consent, and false accusations emerged when I pursued custody. I can be reached at [redacted]. It is concerning how individuals use deceit to gain advantages in immigration cases. The situation has revealed information about Flavia's previous activities and false addresses used. Your attention to this matter is appreciated.

Hello, I am Sai Koneti, a student at Wilmington University in Delaware. I am an F-1 OPT student currently looking to apply for my STEM OPT extension. My initial OPT period was from February 22nd, [redacted] to February 10th, [redacted], which was not a full 12-month OPT period. I recently visited my university on February 14th to apply for the extension, and my DSO informed me that my OPT had expired on February 10th and she could not issue me a STEM OPT i20. After speaking with a USCIS official, I was advised to request my DSO to issue the STEM OPT i20 and submit a letter explaining my situation along with my application. My DSO requested this information in writing, and I am currently preparing my application packet to be sent by Wednesday, February 20th. Thank you for your assistance. Best, Sai Koneti

I have been trying to adjust my status for a year based on marriage. My first interview was on 2/21/[redacted], and my wife and I have not received any updates since then. I have attempted to contact USCIS numerous times via phone and online, but have not had any luck. My EAC renewal application from July 19, [redacted], also remains pending. This has been frustrating as my wife and I would like to travel abroad. I missed out on a job opportunity due to my pending EAC, and despite forwarding an Offer Letter to Adriano E.'s office, I have not received a response. I recently got hired for two jobs, but fear losing them due to the pending status of my EAC. I kindly request an expedited resolution for my case and EAC renewal to avoid further job loss. Thank you.

Hello, I am Roland Daige, and my wife is Arlene Hernandez Daige. We recently went through the process of removing my wife's conditional status. Although we submitted all the requested documents for her green card, my stepson's status did not get updated despite providing all his information with my wife's application. Strangely, my wife's card was approved, but my stepson's was denied due to supposed lack of evidence. However, we had included all his necessary documents with my wife's application under receipt number EAC[redacted]. The receipt number for my stepson is EAC[redacted]. This issue is causing us a lot of stress after dealing with it for almost three years. Please advise on how to address this discrepancy promptly. Thank you.

My husband and I submitted all required paperwork last December, following the directives for our two-year marriage. He completed his second biometric, and we paid additional "processing fees." In early last year, we received an NOA extending the process for another 18 months due to workload. Now, a year later, we've been asked for the same information again. Are our documents lost? It feels like the government is inefficiently handling people's lives. We are frustrated. We love each other and are genuinely married. Do you need to check our Facebook or join us for bowling on Thursday? Why are we being asked for character references again? I'm incredibly annoyed that this process hasn't progressed as promised. Despite the government cashing several checks, why are we facing delays? Who can I reach out to for verification of our genuine marriage (4 years in September)? I still have copies of all documents, and my sister and my husband's coworker, who were both in our wedding party, provided notarized statements on our relationship. April Dryden, American Citizen.

My spouse is unwell, and I need guidance on applying for Social Security benefits by obtaining his misplaced Green Card number. He is an Indian national who worked in the US for 11 years but had to return to India and could not return. Following the expiration of his Green Card, he applied for a visa and had to surrender his Green Card, which was damaged in a flood. Is it possible for him to request a copy of the Green Card number from India? I require details on the office's name, address, contact information (email or fax), any associated fees, and payment methods. I have a US address and a relative who can assist with this process if needed. I have only 2 more days in the US. Can I retrieve the Green Card number by presenting his SS number, a copy of his passport, and our marriage certificate? Is it possible for the US consulate in Chennai to assist us with any of these inquiries? Thank you.

I am a UK citizen with a UK passport looking to visit the US. I applied for a B1/B2 visa and was directed to apply for a B2 instead due to concerns I might overstay. During my second interview, the officer seemed disinterested and ultimately denied me a visa despite my job's approval for a holiday. Reapplying was suggested, but when I tried for an ESTA, it was denied. I am distraught as I've always been law-abiding but now feel labeled unfairly. I have encountered unhelpful treatment from embassy staff and am baffled by the process. My upcoming flight and British Airways policy have left me in a difficult spot. This experience has left me feeling anxious and unwelcome.

Hello, I have a question: I already sent my I-[redacted] application, and it was received on July 27, [redacted]. I am unsure about how much proof they will need regarding the "bona fide marriage." I've heard that insufficient proof may lead to denial, so I am a bit worried. I now have additional proof that I would like to submit but I'm unsure if they will accept it or if it will complicate things. Should I wait for them to request it, or can I submit it at any time during the process? When would be the best time to submit more proof if I feel I didn't provide enough initially? My receipt number is LIN[redacted], with a priority date of July 27, [redacted]. I have been waiting for 7 months now. Could you please provide information on the status of my case? Thank you for your help.

Hello, I'm Jesiebel Stickney. I attempted to contact you by phone, but experienced delays in reaching a call agent. On March 25, I reached out about my undelivered receipt notice, which the post office returned to USCIS due to the absence of the regular mail carrier. Requesting a reissue, I confirmed my address matches the application: [redacted] Second St. Manistee Michigan, [redacted]. I want to verify the address hasn't changed and request my mail tracking number for online tracking via USPS. Please confirm if the receipt numbers MSC[redacted], MSC[redacted], MSC[redacted] have been resent. Thank you for your assistance. Jesiebel Stickney

I tried calling your number, but there was a delay in reaching a call agent. I emailed on March 25 about not receiving my receipt notice, which was returned to USCIS by the post office due to mail delivery issues. The post office mentioned that the postman was absent, resulting in the return of the mail. I requested the re-sending of my receipt notice to my address at [redacted] Second St., Manistee, Michigan, [redacted]. I want to verify that my address is correct and hasn't changed. Can you provide me with the mail tracking number for the items MSC[redacted], MSC[redacted], MSC[redacted], so I can track them online with USPS? Thank you.

On February 4, [redacted], I received my social security number, but I am still waiting for my work ID. After waiting for over three weeks, I submitted an application. The timeline for acknowledgment was March 24, [redacted]. However, on March 26th, I received a mail stating that they had produced and sent a card to me on January 29, [redacted]. Since I did not notify them of not receiving it and the post office did not return it, they advised me to file Form I-[redacted] for Employment Authorization to replace the lost document. Today, on April 1, [redacted], I visited the post office on Springfield Ave with proof of my address and the letter they mailed to me. The customer service representative asked for a tracking number, which I did not have. I have consistently checked but have not found any letter from USCIS addressed to me. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I was reading the USCIS website, and it seems that you can submit form I-[redacted] from any location worldwide to apply for a visa. However, the issue arises when it comes to payment, as they only accept payments from a US bank account. This situation seems illogical since I, as a non-US citizen who doesn't work in the US, cannot easily obtain a US bank account. It would be helpful if someone could clarify the reasoning behind this requirement.

I came to the United States on a student visa and will be graduating in May. I have filed for the I-[redacted] and it has been approved, and I have also applied for adjustment of status. I completed my biometrics on December 21st, [redacted]. I am waiting for my Employment Authorization card, but I am unsure when it will arrive as my driving and nursing licenses are expiring soon. How can I apply for an interim EAD? Are there expedited services available? Any suggestions on the steps I should take would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and assistance.

As a proud U.S. citizen graduating soon with a Bachelor's in Chemistry, I was devastated when my dad, who played a crucial role in shaping my career, was denied a non-immigrant visa in Ukraine. The reasons cited seemed unjust as my dad's sole purpose was to attend my graduation ceremony. I firmly believe he was treated unfairly during the interview process, without considering that I am a U.S. citizen. The denial letter mentioned that his visit for the graduation ceremony was not aligned with the visa type he had applied for. As per USCIS guidelines, parents of U.S. citizens are typically granted visitor visas. I am disheartened by the misunderstanding and the treatment my father received during the visa application process. Having my dad present at my graduation means the world to me, and I hope this situation can be resolved appropriately.

I am seeking advice regarding my marriage situation. My wife, Janelle G. Custodio, and I have been married for over 5 years. However, after obtaining her green card, she has become distant and does not want to share a room with me. She insists that our marriage is only on paper and has asked for a separate phone account, denying me access to her phone. She spends time with a male friend from work and does not want me to accompany her. She is now pursuing citizenship independently. I am concerned about her behavior and would like assistance in investigating this matter. Thank you for your help.

Hello, I have a **-year Resident Alien Card that expired in February of last year, and I have traveled twice to visit my sons in NY since then. Currently, I am abroad due to work commitments and have been unable to renew my card. I was initially told by USCIS London to file form I-***, but when I was in NY, I was advised to file form I-***A*. Could you please clarify which form I should submit? Also, I was informed that I can travel with my expired card; can you confirm if this is accurate? Additionally, I need to file form I-90 to renew my residence card. Can I fly to the US to complete the photo and fingerprint process before scheduling an appointment? I have travel plans at the end of May and would appreciate your guidance. Thank you.

I recently got married to an Au Pair and now we are tackling the paperwork for her immigration process. We are facing an issue where there was a mix-up with her name on the visa due to confusion over name order conventions. Her First and Middle names are swapped. This error has caused issues with her tax return, as the IRS could not process the payment and sent a letter regarding the name mismatch. The mistake on the visa has also affected her social security card, I-94, DS-[redacted], and Massachusetts Driver’s License. I'm wondering if we should proceed with filling out all the USCIS forms with the incorrect name to speed up the process, or if there is a way to address this issue by including additional forms or explanations in the submission.

I have resided in the United States for 37 years with the intention of obtaining permanent residency through family connections. Unfortunately, due to the passing of my mother, who was the linchpin for this process, my plans were derailed. Coping with the loss of my mother led me to seek solace in Trinidad at the suggestion of my aunt in Canada. While residing in Trinidad, I have encountered troubling circumstances that have left me feeling unsafe. I suspect I am being targeted, as I have observed individuals tailing me, and my electronic devices have been compromised. Despite seeking assistance from local authorities, they have expressed limitations in aiding me proactively. The current situation has compelled me to seek guidance on a viable path to return to the U.S. to reunite with my American brother. Any further details can be provided upon request.

Current Situation: H4 Seeking an H1B with cap exemption due to prior H1B status in [redacted]. After working for 5 months on H1B, I encountered a 221g slip while in India on vacation and unfortunately do not have it anymore. Unable to return to the US during a 7-month administrative processing period, I changed my status to H4, returning to the US and working for different companies. In order to proceed with my H1B application with cap exemption, my employer requires the 221g slip, which I no longer possess. Could you please advise on how I can obtain this information from USCIS?
