I spoke to U.S. Bank Reliacard, customer service agent* In regard to suddenly not being able to access my funds from atm. at which time, i was informed by the agent that. "my account is locked, and made inactive per the request of the financial institution issuing authority". Thereafter, i contacted the financial institution issuing authority in regard to the above mentioned concern. Who stated that the bank customer service agent given information. were not the reflection of there views, and Infact* I should be able to access my funds from the above mentioned u.s.bank reliacard account. However,I've contacted this bank *** times all to no available resolution. Therefore, it's my request to have my account access granted and restrictions removed.
