I run a VPN on all of my devices for security*privacy- called last night after making * purchases on Klever App. -Reliacard Agent said my location wasn't my home state-turned OFF VPN while in call-still UNABLE TO COMPLETE TRANSACTION. Was told to wait * he. Due to it now being at the merchant's discretion not to complete... waited several hours and had other purchases to make- CANNOT USE MY CARD AT ALL!! HELP!!
