My us ReliaCard has been blocked I have been waiting for * days for it to be unlocked after sending my driver's license and ID with a picture of the card I faxed it * days ago been on the phone everyday all day can't get an explanation or an answer as to when it will be unlocked I was told * hours then ** hours now it's been * days please unlock my card I have bills to pay rent is already due and I cannot get into my account
