In the past month I have been trying to get answers from the bank branch about my issue and do not get them . Recently I found out that a branch banker did not in fact take my name off my child’s account as she was suppose to this has been * years ago. I was ill and my account went into default I was not notified of this activity in writing until after ****.** was taken out of my daughters account . My account was also closed without my knowledge and no longer active. My daughter then texts me this morning more charges from my old account have been taken from her account again. My name should not be associated with her account at all especially since I filed the complaint at the branch with a bank manager herself . I was told there is also no way for me to contact collections myself from the banker .
