I have contacted many US Bank employees who have support for my situation but are unable to help me due to the decision making level they work. I will have to take warm clothes, shoes back from a disabled vet. Doing so and getting a refund would then allow US Bank to remove over ***$ of fines on my account. I am ** and US Bank customer for ** years. I purchased, as a kind deed, warm clothing and shoes for disabled, ** year old vet. When they were received I accepted the transaction and vender is paid. *It was my error, however, given the scenario it seems to be that US Bank can reverse * fee depending on situation, but not often. US Bank prides itself on community relations and a humanist approach with all customers. My story would not look well for US Bank. Even though I made an error, there are a couple of compelling things that I want to share. I had a problem on Christmas Eve with * dollars over on US Bank . That caused me problems and caused a safety reaction. I signed up for protect.ion and thought any overcharge would go to my US Bank credit card. But, no, I had a coverage plan or whatever and lost close to *** in overdraft fees because I have wrong plan. I would never not used the switch to card use. So I didn’t do that. *I paid for all of the clothes at two times. I was accumulating fees one every ** seconds. *All employee I spoke with were supportive of me and wished they could reverse fees but someone higher up could. I met this very nice vet in CA in Senior Living. *UScBank says it can’t make any concessions as it was my fault. Agreed with fault. *Can Mr. Cecere make an adjustment due to my error. My teachers retirement check went in later than I thought . I am asking US Bank to picture me taking back his coat to send in for a refund. Once US Bank sees I have a refund it will reverse my fee. So goodbye clothes from ** Disabled Vet. Then I will rebuy them. And send. That will cost us a great deal for s h.*My question is asking someone higher up than a bank manager to look at the situation , consider the right thing to do, They may think poorly of ** year old taking back gift. This is not good optics. If a person higher up in the chain of employees can make such a decision please help. If you look at my account you will see the string of charges. The bank has been paid for everything. It costs the bank nothing to make an adjustment for a good cause . It requires thinking outside of the box,(not much), and showing a human side when looking at a unique case of one individual. I hope someone will do this. *I doubt I will get anything passed on. I am aware that if I were a wealthy person well acquainted with my branch manager I wouldn’t be writing this. I lived in Davis CA for ** years and taught school there. Our branch manager was always there to assist with any issues and was helpful in a couple of home sale money exchange issues. NO PROBLEM. I hope that isn’t necessary to ever get individual treatment. *This request is long and will pass through your bureaucracy. I will keep a copy to continue to get a response. That response reflects on the bank and it’s world view. An error was made by me.
