I started with USB last Thursday and have not had any luck logging in remotely (using Pulse * Entrust). I've verified I am entering the information correctly with our IT contact. I am thinking my *-digit VPN * that I created is the issue. Either I jotted it down incorrectly or I entered something differently than I thought when I was getting everything set up. Is there a way to reset my *-digit VPN * so I can log in remotely? Thanks - Jessica Swanum
