Hello, I hope you're having a good day. Recently, my boyfriend opened a joint account with your bank, and we received temporary debit cards. Unfortunately, I misplaced mine and am awaiting the original card delivery. While they were delivered to the Kentucky house, he had to ship mine to me in Knoxville. I'm unable to link the account to my cash app because I don't have the physical card with me to access the necessary details. My boyfriend sent a photo of the card, but I can't clearly see all the numbers. I'm reaching out for assistance as I'm near a branch in Sevierville, TN, and hope to resolve this before Monday when the mail arrives. Thank you.

I am trying to reach someone in the ReliaCard customer service department but have been struggling to get through. I have been on hold for long hours, and most of the time, my call gets disconnected. I was informed that my card was sent to the wrong address, so it was canceled, and I faxed over a copy of my driver's license as instructed. However, it has been over a week, and the issue remains unresolved despite contacting customer service multiple times. The funds in my account have been inaccessible for a month, and I urgently need assistance. My ReliaCard from U.S. Bank has been locked since September 29th. I completed all verifications except for a DNA test. I visited a bank to open a checking account, but they couldn't help. I was told it would take a few more days, but now it's uncertain. I tried contacting supervisors, but no one returned my calls. I even have an attorney involved now. I'm frustrated as this has caused financial difficulties. I hope this gets resolved soon. Thank you.

I have been trying to resolve this issue for two months. They keep asking me to email the information they need. After faxing it, they now want me to email the documents again. The person giving me the email address was unclear, and I ended up getting it wrong. They are refusing to provide it to me, making it impossible for me to send the papers. My husband passed away the day before we received the card, and I wasn't listed on the account. I submitted the death certificate and then they requested an affidavit, which my lawyer helped me draft. I faxed the affidavit but now they are asking for it to be emailed. I feel like they are giving me the runaround, and some of the representatives were unhelpful. I need this resolved as my husband passed away on December 30, [redacted]. My name is Dortha L., and my husband's name is Jim S. If they are not going to grant me access to the account, then the funds should be returned to the rightful source as per my husband's wishes. I have faxed another copy of the death certificate and ask for assistance in resolving this matter promptly.
