I purchased a laptop from Best Buy that was shipped by UPS with a 2-day delivery time frame. Due to rain, UPS delayed the delivery to Monday after initially estimating Friday. I was informed on Saturday that the delivery would be made between 1:15 pm and 5:15 pm but the package arrived at 11 am when I was out with my dog. The notice left by UPS did not provide details so I had to check online for tracking information. The tracking was updated to show delivery to a UPS Access Point at [redacted] Flatbush. Even though the tracking indicated it was delivered yesterday at 11:45 am, the UPS Access Point mentioned that the package was not there. They advised me to return between 2-4 pm for further assistance as sometimes UPS marks packages delivered before they arrive. I inquired about notification for actual delivery but did not receive a clear answer.

I relocated to Florida in February. Towards the end of the month, a package was sent to me from my mother in Riverton, CT [redacted]. Despite being shipped, I did not receive the package. The tracking number indicates that someone signed for it, possibly with the initials RCL [redacted]. My local UPS driver mentioned that tracking through GPS could help locate the package. Unfortunately, I have misplaced the tracking number and my mother no longer has it either. Is it possible to track the package using her original address when it was sent or my current address in Florida to trace its transit? I need to file a UPS claim for an undelivered item that Amazon is charging me for, even though it was delivered. The package, a Multi-Device Bluetooth Keyboard for Mac OS, was sent on February 22 and delivered on the 24th. I printed the label, followed the return instructions, and dropped it off at The UPS Store at Courthouse in Arlington, VA. A UPS representative named Shanice confirmed that the package was delivered on time. I would like guidance on how to proceed with filing a claim.

I missed a package delivery on April 12, [redacted], and the driver left a note. After being directed to an access point at [redacted] Murray Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA [redacted], I was told on two separate occasions that they did not have my package - on April 13, between 1-6pm. The UPS tracking showed an unsuccessful attempt at delivery on April 13, at around 10:20 am. Following a call with a UPS representative around 6 pm, I was informed I could pay to have my package picked up at the UPS facility on Beaver Avenue in Pittsburgh, with a promised return call within an hour that never came, leading to my second call at 6:30 pm. The uncertainty of package location and retrieval time has left me frustrated, especially since I won't be home the following day and have been advised to pick up the package at a UPS facility across town on Saturday. The entire UPS customer service experience has left me furious, and I am refusing to use their services moving forward.

I bought some items from Ralph Lauren for a relative in Northern Ireland, but they didn't fit. I tried to return the items, but Ralph Lauren is now saying that the parcel couldn't have left Northern Ireland without being custom-declared. My relative returned the items on my behalf, and now they are in England. Ralph Lauren is saying they need to be sent back to Northern Ireland before they can be returned to me in Scotland. I'm confused and need help sorting this out as I'm out of pocket and without the clothing. Can you advise me on what to do next?

I am Eric S. from Beaver Valley Supply in Atwood, KS, and have been the shipping manager for fifteen years. Our regular UPS driver from Colby, KS, is excellent and has been servicing us for a long time. However, the fill-in drivers tend to neglect picking up next day airs and do not sign the Driver Summary Slip correctly, causing disruptions. To address this, I have placed clear signs indicating where next day packages should be located, but issues persist, like a recent incident on 4-19-22 when a next day air was left behind, forcing our salesperson to drive it to Colby. Despite contacting the Colby UPS hub without success in resolving this ongoing problem, I seek a contact number for reaching a UPS representative for assistance.

I was informed by UPS that they would contact me today at 2pm regarding my missing package. The driver mistakenly left my new Verizon iPhone 12 in front of the wrong apartment without obtaining the required signature. Verizon can't assist until UPS confirms the package was stolen. I was promised a call last night by Val from UPS, and later Kiana assured me of a detailed email and follow-up call by 2pm EST today, but no communication has been received. UPS once again left a package on my front porch instead of inside the storm door as requested, without ringing the doorbell for notification. I will ask Amazon.com to avoid using UPS for my orders due to their irresponsible behavior. Additionally, when trying to log into My UPS with a new password, I encountered multiple issues and error messages that are not typical with other carriers. When attempting to reply to UPS emails, the messages bounce back. This lack of consideration and inefficiency is frustrating.

I purchased a warranty for my phone, paying $50, and they sent the replacement to my old address. I contacted corporate to update the address, but it was out for delivery already. They said it would be sent to the nearest UPS location at CVS on West Ave in Jackson, Michigan. When I went to pick it up, they claimed someone had already collected it, pretending to be me, a black man according to their description. I filed a police report with number [redacted]1-22 and informed Boost, who requested I contact UPS for their investigation. The tracking number for the package is 18976V82919-[redacted]-[redacted]. I received an email that appears to be from UPS, but I am unsure if it is legitimate. The email mentions an undelivered parcel and asks me to verify the correct address. I am hesitant to open it. The email I received is as follows: "We have a package at our office with the wrong address on file. Kindly confirm the correct address for delivery. Contact us for assistance. I am writing to clarify that I was the sender of a package that was scheduled for pickup yesterday (04/24) at 2 PM EST. I handed a 31 x 6 x 51 - 17 lb. box to the driver with the planned delivery date by the end of the day today (04/25). Typically, after 7 PM, the package is scanned as "accepted" and is routed to the Greensboro NC hub, then to Virginia for delivery. However, the tracking only shows the label being generated so far. Customer service advised waiting until the package arrives, which doesn't address the issue. I suggest contacting the local Hickory hub supervisor to trace the driver who had the package last. This proactive approach would prevent potential problems and excessive insurance claims. UPS customer service should prioritize resolution over waiting for issues to escalate.

On April 22, I brought two packages to the UPS store in Panama City, FL. The agent scanned my Verizon QR code and mentioned the shipping label was already created. Although I didn't have the label printed, the agent kindly offered to print it for me. I handed over both packages, including one for Amazon. However, my receipt only showed one item, prompting me to ask the agent who reassured me that both were accounted for. Upon checking the tracking number later, only one package was recorded as received, leading me to fear the agent may have taken the missing package. I utilized the UPS website to create a shipping order. Unfortunately, when attempting to print the label from home, my printer malfunctioned. I visited the UPS Customer Service Center on Hammond Rd in Traverse City, MI, hoping to have the label printed and drop off my package as I had already paid for the shipment. However, I was informed by an employee named Tom, who was working on April 27, [redacted], around noon, that they were unable to assist with printing labels or accepting my prepared package despite the presence of computers and label printers in the location. I found it puzzling that the UPS website indicated they provide these services at that branch while Tom claimed otherwise. I expressed my frustration to Tom, who declined to share his last name, as I felt his lack of assistance was unhelpful and lazy. Despite my initial attempt to resolve the issue independently on the UPS website, I found the in-person customer service lacking in this situation. Thank you.

Yesterday, a UPS delivery driver left a package outside my gate. Unfortunately, due to my negligence in checking my email, I discovered the wet box today. Thankfully, the contents were undamaged this time. This has been a recurring issue with deliveries being left exposed near the street gate rather than at our front door. Living in an area prone to package theft, it is concerning. I have updated my preferences on the UPS website to request deliveries to be left at the front door. What steps can I take to ensure future deliveries are made to the door rather than being left outside where they are vulnerable to theft and weather damage?

I received a notification from MyUPS<[redacted]> stating they were unable to deliver my order from Weather Tech due to an address issue. The street address was correct, but I mistakenly entered the billing city (Clarkston, MI [redacted]) instead of the shipping city (Hesperia, MI [redacted]). I updated the address on the website and tried to pay the $2 address change fee using my credit card. Unfortunately, the system took too long to process, so I requested a new code. When I received a new code, it turned out to be the expired first code. Subsequently, my Citibank card was compromised, and I had to cancel it. Now, I need to use a different card to pay the $2 fee, but I am unable to access the website mentioned in the email to update the payment information. Can someone help me with this issue?

One of your UPS drivers allowed someone to sign and take my birth certificate from my residence. This person does not live with me, nor do I know this person at all. The signature on the delivery was not even close to spelling my name correctly; it was signed as "KAYES". Your driver was extremely unprofessional in handling such important personal information. I am considering taking legal action due to the careless act of your driver.

I have noticed that UPS often leaves packages in our mailbox, causing potential issues with theft and mail delivery. When a package is placed in the mailbox, there is no space for our regular mail, resulting in delays. To avoid these problems, I kindly request that all UPS deliveries be left on our porch going forward. Your assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

The package, containing $50 worth of supplements, was marked as delivered to our front door, even though someone is always there to receive packages. I believe the driver has falsely claimed the delivery. Despite the delivery status showing as completed, I am unable to move forward with resolving this issue. I do not have details on the driver, but I request that someone track his whereabouts to determine if the package was left at the wrong house or carelessly tossed aside, possibly due to the condition of our driveway. Our other regular UPS drivers understand to leave packages at the gate without navigating the rough driveway. We have thoroughly searched the surrounding areas but have found no sign of the package.

I am preparing to ship over [redacted] packages in one day and require assistance coordinating with UPS for a smooth pickup process. The packages consist of varying sizes, from #5 Envelopes to 12" x 9" x 4" boxes and 12" x 9" x 9" boxes. Last year, we shipped 2 pallets of boxes along with numerous envelopes. I am aware of palletizing the boxes, but I am seeking guidance on obtaining bins from UPS to consolidate the envelopes for transport.
