I ordered a package and requested a signature for security. Despite specifying my delivery instructions, the package was not only left at my door but it was also not delivered to my upstairs neighbor. My wife found a package for apartment #3 unsecured in front of the apartments, while mine was missing. This has happened three times due to lazy delivery drivers.

I've had several packages marked as "attempted" for delivery, but no one actually tried to deliver them. Despite being home all week and not hearing any doorbell or knocking, I keep getting these missed delivery notices. It's frustrating dealing with lost packages and false delivery attempts in such a short period. I would appreciate the chance to talk to a representative about this ongoing issue with the service.

The company was supposed to send me a credit card in the mail. They said it was delivered to my address at [redacted] Flora Tech Road, SLORATEC H Rd., #23, Hurricane, UT [redacted]. They mentioned it was left at my front door on the 16th between 2:30 and 3 o’clock in the afternoon. The delivery person supposedly signed for it, but I never received the package. I am unsure of its whereabouts and would appreciate any assistance in locating it.

I am frustrated with the delivery service I received recently. Instead of placing the package on my covered porch, the drivers keep leaving them by the garage door. Due to my routine, I only open the garage door when I am getting into my car, which means I am unable to see the delivery in time and almost run over the package. It is disappointing to find packages soaked from being left outside, especially considering it rained last night. I believe delivery services should be more careful, similar to how Amazon always places items on the porch. This specific incident occurred on 12/29/21 with tracking number 1Z W26 7F4 13 0[redacted]. The current level of service is unacceptable and needs to improve.

About 20 minutes ago, a UPS truck was improperly parked in a traffic lane at [redacted] Lottsford Road, (The Mosaic at Largo Station Apartments), in Largo, MD, [redacted]. The incident occurred near H.S. Truman Drive. The truck, bearing number [redacted] and Maryland license tag 49T-[redacted], was parked without emergency flashers, causing a dangerous situation. As a result, I had to rapidly change lanes to avoid a collision. This careless parking behavior is unacceptable and could have led to a serious accident. If this driver repeats this action, UPS should seriously consider finding a replacement driver for the safety of everyone on the road.

Subject: Issue with Undelivered Package from UPS I am writing to report a problem with a package that was supposed to be delivered on 12/13 but was never received by me, the intended recipient. According to the tracking information, the package was supposedly left at the front desk, which is incorrect. After verifying with the front desk staff, I was informed that they do not accept packages from couriers, including UPS. Upon speaking with a UPS driver in the building, he mentioned that due to several drivers serving the area, he was unsure about the whereabouts of the package. He confirmed that he did not deliver it and suggested that another driver might have mistakenly left it somewhere, although he couldn't provide any specific information. I am disappointed by the lack of responsibility shown by UPS employees regarding customer property. I'd like to share my experience with The UPS Store #[redacted] at Murray Crossing in Beaverton, OR. Unfortunately, the service was subpar. I faced challenges while trying to make an Amazon return due to difficulties accessing the internet in the store to retrieve the QR code. The staff struggled to explain the process clearly, which was compounded by language barriers and mask wearing. The previous franchise owners were much more competent and friendly. My sister encountered issues with a tracking number provided for her return, and the staff could not assist her in locating it. Past incidents, like UPS losing my tax documents sent to Newport Beach, CA, also contribute to my dissatisfaction. I hope for a resolution but have found it challenging to reach a human representative via phone. Thank you.

My father passed away in October, and we had a valuable antique Dunbar Bar Cart shipped from his home in Chicago to mine in Phoenix. Unfortunately, the cart was significantly damaged during the shipping process, as documented in the UPS shipment log. We had purchased additional insurance to protect this item during transit. I submitted a claim for the damage within the required 60-day timeframe, and the claim number is 1ZW2183W[redacted]. The online status indicates that the claim was investigated, but we have not received any further communication or updates. We have since obtained an official repair estimate and are eager to finalize the claim to proceed with the repairs. However, we are unable to find a way on the website to upload the estimate and request the necessary funds.

I recently had an unfortunate encounter with a driver from the Chattanooga distribution center. While driving the wrong way on a one-way street, I politely tried to alert him to the mistake. However, I was met with a barrage of offensive language and disrespect. Despite attempting to explain the situation, the driver was dismissive and rude. As someone who also works as an essential worker in a carrier distribution center, I understand the challenges they face but believe this behavior is unacceptable. The driver of truck [redacted] on the evening of 1/6/22 during the second shift should be held accountable for their actions. I received two large, heavy boxes of unassembled dining chairs from Amazon, but they arrived damaged due to being delayed over the holidays. The boxes appeared to have been repackaged with duct tape. After facing issues with the return pickup from UPS, including the driver not being able to take the boxes due to their size, I am frustrated with the lack of assistance and follow-through. I have already filed complaints with Amazon. How can I effectively reach out to UPS to ensure proper handling of the situation and also file a complaint regarding the driver's behavior? Yesterday, I visited the UPS store on [redacted] Boston Post Rd., Mamaroneck, NY [redacted] after 5 PM. I brought a painting for my stepdaughter in Castle Rock, Colorado, containing sentimental value. The UPS Worker, Jose, flagged that the zip code ([redacted]) I provided was incorrect and manually adjusted it to [redacted]. Upon contacting my stepdaughter, I discovered the correct zip code was [redacted]. Following Jose's instructions, I called back the next day, but the store manager, Mohammed, handled it. He ended up charging my credit card $[redacted].50 twice, and when questioned, he explained it was necessary. I feel frustrated by these billing discrepancies and lack of transparency. Mohammed refused to provide his last name. I seek assistance in resolving this issue and obtaining a refund for the duplicate charge.

I recently received a notification stating that my package could not be delivered due to the absence of a signature. Despite being home all day, I understand that the delivery might have been hindered by road conditions, prioritizing the driver's safety. My concern arose when I tried to reschedule the delivery and encountered a $1.20 fee, which seems unnecessary. The online information indicates that the package is located at the Big Rock Business Park, but I am unable to find contact details for this location. Unfortunately, the automated customer service line is not able to connect me with a representative for further assistance. I would appreciate a prompt response as the package is at risk of being returned to the sender within two days.

I need help with a package that has been delayed in Romania since 12/15/[redacted] at Otopeni Airport in Bucharest. My husband, the recipient, and I, the sender, have not received any notifications by phone or SMS. When my husband called Otopeni, he was given a link and forms to fill out by [redacted]/Romania in the last two days of the first week of January. The forms required questioning an ID number (confidential government ID) and stating that he will not sell the contents of the gift package for less than 45.00 euros. We were never informed that the gift package has been at the UPS Otopeni office since December 15, [redacted], and only after my husband called did he receive these forms. Please release the gift package without further delay. Thank you.

I had a package sent to my father-in-law's house for Christmas, which was delayed and arrived after we had left. He is unable to sign for it due to working outside the house all week. Although he left his signature on the door, the package was taken to a UPS Access Point (unknown). I'm concerned about him going to pick it up due to Covid19 risks. Is there a way for the package to be left on his doorstep with his signature or my permission since it is addressed to me? We are willing to take the risk of leaving it outside. I sent a package through 2-day air on December 23rd. It was out for delivery twice but didn't make it due to road conditions. The roads have been clear for ten days now, yet my package hasn't been delivered. I visited the UPS location in Port Angeles, but they closed early. When I finally gained access, I found packages stored in containers and was overwhelmed by the smell of marijuana. I support the use of marijuana but not at work. I just want my package to be delivered, and the situation at the Port Angeles location is unacceptable. Please assist me. Thank you.

I have been experiencing post-operative issues following back surgery, affecting my ability to walk and maintain balance. This has caused discomfort and difficulty in using canes and crutches. Due to these difficulties, I have not been able to collect my mail regularly for the past two months. When I spoke to the main postal worker about this, the interaction was challenging as they were defensive and demanding. The postal worker insisted I check my mailbox daily, which I tried to explain my situation. I apologized for any inconvenience caused but highlighted that I was not given the necessary forms or notifications outlining my responsibilities and the consequences of non-compliance. They returned mail without providing me with the chance to address the issue promptly after receiving such notifications.

I've been trying to reach out to UPS to locate the address where a package was shipped from. My 3.5-year-old mistook a delivery for his father and opened the door, letting out our dogs and startling the delivery person. Despite quickly managing the situation, I feel the need to apologize. I'd like my son to send a letter of apology to the UPS distribution center but have been unable to find the specific address or contact a representative. Any assistance with providing the distribution center's address and the Manager's name would be greatly appreciated.

I contacted the store at [redacted] 26-Mile Road, Washington Township, MI [redacted] to inquire about my mailbox status. The representative who answered was quite impatient from the beginning. Despite asking about paying online for the mailbox, their rudeness persisted throughout the call. When I mentioned I wanted to keep the mailbox and asked how to reactivate it, the attitude worsened. The representative began condescendingly speaking to me, assuming I was associated with UPS and even tried to argue, which I avoided. I expressed my concern about paying for a mailbox that expired in October, but the person on the phone kept repeating, "What don't you understand?" It seems this location is a franchise, and although UPS is a large company, their lack of customer service is disappointing. Regardless of the representative's age, I'm a paying customer and expect better treatment. I refuse to be spoken to disrespectfully in this manner.

Hello, I have encountered some issues with a recent order I made on Mercari. The seller opted for UPS SurePost to ship the package from Illinois to Bedford, VA. Unfortunately, the tracking information stopped updating on 1/12/22 in Roanoke, VA, and now it claims that the package was refused by me, the recipient. However, I did not interact with any UPS or USPS delivery person regarding this matter. The return tracking number provided is 1Z6A[redacted][redacted]. I kindly request the package to be rerouted back to my correct address at [redacted] Moneta Rd, Bedford, VA [redacted]. Additionally, there has been a history of UPS using the "Delivery Refused" excuse in the past, which I believe to be inaccurate. I reside on a main highway in the county, making it unlikely for me to have missed a delivery attempt. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in rerouting and ensuring successful delivery.
