Help needed! On December 10, we dropped off 5 packages at the Albert Lea, MN Auto Zone. We only received tracking confirmation via email for 2 of them. Unfortunately, my husband handled the online submission, and I don't have the tracking numbers. The missing tracking information is for Carl U. in Juneau, Alaska, Lauren H. in Chicago, IL, and Carol H. in Plantation, FL. Please assist in tracking these crucial Christmas gifts.

I recently acquired a vintage toy tractor, the [redacted]'s Tomy Case 580CK loader backhoe, in impeccable condition. However, upon receiving the package, I noticed that the box had been torn and taped back together. Regrettably, upon inspection, I discovered that the item, a prized addition to my collection, had been damaged in transit by UPS. The front axle and right front tire were broken off during delivery. I am seeking a resolution from UPS to either locate a replacement with similar qualities or compensate me with the item's current market value. It's a rare piece from the [redacted]'s, making it challenging to find a suitable replacement.

I had two packages for UPS pickup ten to fourteen days ago. One was taken, labeled "ground delivery," but the driver refused the other one with the same label today. Despite showing proof and a witness, he denied taking the first package and was rude when confronted after I spoke to a supervisor named Catherine. The driver, with a Hawaiian name, eventually agreed to pick up the package but threatened it would be returned. This experience has been frustrating as I've had trouble communicating with UPS customer service and tracking the packages accurately. The situation has yet to be resolved, and I am deeply dissatisfied with the service. I hope UPS addresses this issue promptly. Tracking numbers: 1Z3V713R[redacted] and 1Z3V713R[redacted]. There was a bizarre incident where a UPS rep claimed the package was delivered to Tennessee and rejected by Dell, only to later discover it was still at the mail room. The inconsistency in UPS services and the behavior of the delivery personnel have been disappointing.

Today, I had an unpleasant experience with a delivery driver from UPS. I kindly requested for assistance with heavy packages to be put into the garage, but he was dismissive and refused, which left me frustrated. Despite mentioning a previous positive experience, the driver remained unhelpful and even made discouraging remarks. The situation escalated into unpleasant interactions with mutual name-calling and threats. When I asked for his name, he declined to provide it. The incident occurred with truck number [redacted]-[redacted] in Georgetown, TX [redacted]. This encounter was unexpected as I have never encountered such behavior in all my years of receiving packages from UPS.

I made an order with an online store, but unfortunately, I mistakenly provided the wrong numeric part of the address. The correct address should be [redacted] Wick Rd instead of [redacted] Wick Rd. Everything else in the address is accurate. I am feeling upset as I was sending a gift to my 96-year-old aunt. Being on a fixed income, I cannot afford to place another order. My package is scheduled for delivery between 4:45 p.m. and around 7 p.m. If the delivery arrives after office hours, like it did yesterday, I hope they can deliver it directly to me rather than to the office. My apartment number is already listed on the package.

I have a package that was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address at [redacted] Kamehameha Highway, Apt 4207B, Pearl City, HI [redacted]. Despite my efforts to redirect it, my parcel remains at a UPS depot since December 3rd. UK UPS has suggested it can be delivered to a local collection point near the correct address: Genevieve Macias 21 East Neapolitan Lane Long Beach, CA [redacted] United States Tracking number: 1Z37RE0TD[redacted]16 I am feeling stressed as it has been two weeks of unsuccessful attempts to resolve this issue. I incurred a cost of £16.50 when contacting UPS in the US to change the address, only for everything to go wrong two days later.

The delivery driver spent more than an hour and a half parked near the Safeway and nearby stores close to my residence. I was anticipating my package between 11 AM and 2 PM today. Upon investigating, I discovered he was parked in the alley adjacent to Three Brothers Pizza. I took a photo of him in his vehicle. Currently, he is proceeding with deliveries in areas further from mine, pushing back my new estimated delivery time to 9 PM. This unexpected delay has made my day more challenging, as I waited at home until after 2 PM. I am puzzled by the behavior of your drivers.

We missed receiving our first package as it required a signature. After signing the note the driver left for us and placing it on the door, the package was missing upon my return home at 4:30PM. Even though my boyfriend was at home during that time, there was no sign of the package and he didn't hear any knocks or doorbell rings. According to the text message updates, it was marked as delivered at 4:01PM on the same day. However, when I arrived later, there was no trace of the package on our doorstep, in the mailbox, or anywhere visible.

In the condo complex where I live, UPS drivers sometimes leave packages in front of garage doors instead of delivering to the correct door. Today, I had an issue with a UPS driver who claimed to attempt delivery when I was home. I attached yesterday's UPS sticker with my signature to the door and left a note, but no driver arrived during the time I was there. I received an email saying I was missed at 10 am, which is impossible since I was present. I urgently need this package as I have a holiday flight. Please address these delivery issues and ensure prompt delivery. I am willing to escalate this matter if necessary. - J.G.

The JCPenney package I ordered was meant to be delivered by UPS. However, UPS did not notify me that they would transfer it to a different carrier. I expected UPS to handle the delivery. Now, it seems it will take an additional three to four days to receive my package, which is frustrating. I want this situation sorted out promptly. I paid for UPS delivery, not United States Postal Service. Regardless of any holiday arrangements, I expect the service I paid for. Please, someone needs to address this issue and ensure my package reaches me as soon as possible.

This is my second time addressing the issue of my packages being delivered to the wrong address. Despite my mailbox clearly displaying my house number in large letters, the packages consistently end up at my neighbor's house down the road. Unfortunately, my neighbor's property is home to some hazardous dogs, and the packages left there are at risk of being damaged. UPS delivered four packages to the wrong address this week, including one from Dish Network on 12/17/21, which was destroyed by the neighbor's dogs. I urgently need the delivery driver to ensure my packages are delivered to the correct address. Can someone assist me with this matter, please?

I am disappointed that UPS did not deliver my package and failed to notify me about it. I would like to have a UPS driver deliver my package today. I expect a resolution with a prompt delivery service. If this is not done, I will pursue legal action by filing a small claims court case on Monday morning.

Today is Sunday, December 19, [redacted], at 12:42 PM EST. At 12:03 PM EST earlier today, I heard a loud noise at the front of my house, which startled and upset me as I thought something had fallen. When I checked, I saw a dark grey SUV with a rack parked in front of my house and someone near the driver's door loading a big box into the vehicle, which then quickly drove away. Upon inspection, I found the same box leaning against my front door, blocking my way out. Despite the inconvenience, I managed to open the door and the box stood on its side. Upon checking the time (12:03 PM) on my phone, I felt frustrated by this mishandling. This incident involving delivery by a female driver, who I had previously instructed to place packages on a wooden crate to the right of the front door, was not handled as promised, and I did not receive any prior delivery notification. I am disappointed by this careless behavior and intend to file a complaint if there are further issues with deliveries to my address.

My package has been at the facility in OH for a week now. If I wanted this gift to arrive late for Christmas, I wouldn't have ordered it over 10 days ago! I'm really disappointed with the company right now. I anticipate the typical excuse about COVID or workload, but I've had enough of these excuses. I want my package without any more delays. Please expedite the shipping or provide compensation for the delay. Driving there myself would surely be faster than this slow mail service.

Ten days ago, UPS mistakenly delivered 35 out of 36 packages to the wrong address. After setting up a case with UPS, they discovered the packages were delivered to an Amazon warehouse just a mile away. Despite efforts to have UPS retrieve the packages and send them to the correct address, no progress has been made. Visiting the Amazon warehouse proved unfruitful as they insisted UPS was responsible for the retrieval. It is crucial for me to receive these packages promptly as they need to reach my customer by the end of the week.

I was informed that a package I paid for with express shipping was delivered on Monday, December 20th at 12:24 pm along with other packages. Although my daughter received the other packages directly from the driver, she did not receive the express shipping package I am inquiring about. I am curious to know if the driver may still have my package on the truck and inadvertently missed giving it to my daughter. If that is not the case, I am wondering where the package could be since it was not left at the side door as my daughter received the other packages from the driver. Hello, I need to report that my package was delivered to the incorrect address. The tracking number is 1Z9V[redacted][redacted]. According to the tracking information, it was delivered on the 20th of December at 11:40 AM in Uxbridge, GB. However, it was supposed to be delivered to 2 Chestnut Rd., Boston PE21 0BU. Today, I dropped off three packages at The UPS Store [redacted] in Manahawkin, NJ. Unfortunately, the customer service I received was below par. The employee at the counter was rude and unfriendly, insisting that I place each package on the scale one at a time. This abrupt behavior was off-putting, especially since I have been a customer at this store for years. Despite the holiday rush, I believe that being courteous to customers is essential for business. The only saving grace was the friendly man who assisted me. I hope the store addresses these issues to provide better service in the future. Catherine.
