I reside at [redacted] Harrison Rd., Spartansburg, PA [redacted], and I own a non-residential shop nearby. Recently, three separate packages addressed to different individuals have been left outside my shop by an unknown driver. The packages are being placed on my tractor seat although my shop is not a residential location. I have gone out of my way to deliver the packages to their rightful owners in the past, but I would prefer not to continue doing so. I am unsure why the driver is consistently leaving packages at my shop up in the woods, and I am seeking assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you.

On November 25th, I received an email from the store saying that my package had been shipped. Since the package was delayed, I checked the order status today and it shows that three delivery attempts were made. However, as the delivery was unsuccessful, the package was returned to the sender. I am unsure why I did not receive any emails about the delivery attempts. I kindly ask for guidance on how to retrieve my package. Thank you.

I recently received a package from UPS but unfortunately, the box arrived severely damaged. I promptly returned it to the UPS location in Vista, CA on the same day. The package was intended for Dynamite Manufacturing in Mesa, AZ, but somehow was redirected to Kent, Washington and signed for by a person named "Schultz" on November 15th. The UPS store in Vista, CA made an error in the shipment process. I tried contacting UPS customer service with no success to track down the package. The seller and I both need assistance in locating it to secure a refund of $[redacted].00. If anyone can help me find Mr. Schultz in Kent, Washington and ensure the package is returned to the correct company, it would be greatly appreciated. You can reach me at [redacted]. I am disappointed that the UPS driver did not pick up the box on my porch. The box, with a note for UPS pickup, was left with only a shipping label. I need assistance in ensuring prompt pickup today, as leaving it unattended all weekend is not an option. Please coordinate a specific pickup time or escalate this matter for resolution. My Urban Outfitters order was shipped on December 1st with tracking number 1Z60037RYW[redacted]4 through UPS Surepost. The tracking details show that UPS was handling the delivery instead of USPS, and it was marked as delivered on December 3rd. Despite this, I have not received the package. I have checked with USPS and the front office, but they have no information. It seems like my package is lost. Unfortunately, I am unable to file a claim online because it was a Surepost package that should have been delivered by USPS.

I am disappointed that my package wasn't delivered today as expected. I was home all day with the lights on, and no delivery attempt was made. I won't tolerate dishonesty and will consider switching to FED-EX or the postal service. Hopefully, a genuine delivery attempt will be made on Monday. I am upset by the false claim of delivery, as I was vigilant all day. I anticipate delays in shipping during this busy season, but I value transparency over deceit. I am concerned about a recent package delivery issue. Two months ago, an important international shipment containing crucial documents was redirected to a local UPS center from my wife's temporary address. Despite expecting a straightforward pickup process, my wife encountered unexpected fees ranging from $75 to $[redacted] charged by the employees at the UPS center. This inconsistency in the quoted price raises suspicion. I suspect she was taken advantage of due to her lack of experience in such matters. I request an investigation into the UPS center's handling of redirected packages for potential fraudulent practices. As the sender who already paid for the international UPS service, I find it unacceptable to be subjected to additional charges for collection. The involvement of a non-UPS broker further complicates the situation, as the package transfer was not smoothly executed. I am disappointed that no communication was initiated to address this issue promptly.

I purchased a dress from NY & Company in November. After contacting them about not receiving the package, they assured me a replacement would be sent promptly. Today, December 11, [redacted], I followed up, only to be informed that the package was supposedly delivered on December 8th. Despite this, I have yet to receive the dress that UPS confirms was delivered.

I am inquiring about a missing item that was supposed to be delivered by UPS. The tracking number for the package in question is 1Z845V4RYW[redacted]1. The first package with this number was successfully delivered, but the second package with the same tracking number appears to be missing. When I tracked the number, it indicates that both packages were delivered. Could someone please investigate this matter further and provide information on the status of the second package? I was very disappointed that a package we were expecting from Amazon was not delivered by UPS. Our apartment gate has a buzzer to open, but the driver couldn't get through. They won't redeliver until tomorrow, and we needed it today for a Santa gift exchange. This situation is a big letdown, especially since UPS has delivered before. It's frustrating that the driver won't attempt redelivery. When I called customer service, they hung up on me. I hope delivery services can be more efficient during the holidays to avoid such disappointments.

My address was updated on Dec. 15, [redacted]. The old address is closing, and I have switched to a new one. I made an order with express shipping to my old address assuming it would arrive quickly as previous orders did. However, the current delivery times seem delayed, and I am worried it won't reach the old address in time.

I recently sent my paycheck advice #[redacted] on Dec 7th to Lufkin, Texas. It seems like it might have been sent as a check since it wasn't directly deposited. Unfortunately, the hub doesn't know where it is. This was for my vacation pay, and I left the company two weeks ago. I need assistance in locating my check. I request a new check to be issued and directly deposited into my designated account. This would have been more convenient initially and avoided this issue altogether.

I'm trying to reach someone in the corporate department at UPS. My friend is starting her first day on the job, but there's confusion about where she should go for orientation. The employees at the UPS location haven't been able to provide clear directions. It's frustrating and disorganized. I'm hoping to speak with a live representative to get more information and ensure she knows where to be for her first day.

I have been eagerly waiting for the delivery of my service dog's ashes for several days now. Unfortunately, I have missed two days of work waiting at home, only to find delivery attempt stickers on my door without any prior knock or ring of the bell. Just because my driveway is empty doesn't mean there isn't anyone home. My tracking number for the delivery is 1z54303ea[redacted]07. I made a purchase on Etsy that was sent to me through UPS. The tracking information shows that the package was delivered on December 6th, but it never arrived. The tracking number for the shipment is 1Z9135VYYN[redacted]3. When I contacted UPS for assistance, I was informed that the package was actually delivered by USPS, so I reached out to them next. However, USPS is asking for a valid USPS tracking number, which I don't have. They directed me back to UPS. This is not the first time we have had issues with packages being delivered to the wrong address by UPS or USPS, even though our house numbers are clearly displayed. What steps should I take next to track down my missing package?

I recently received a delivery at my residence at 22 Scott Lane, Cortlandt Manor, NY, around 3:45 pm. The delivery person was not our usual carrier. Upon seeing him approach the door, I stood up to collect the packages. Although my dogs were barking, they were safely confined by a gate on the porch. When I opened the door, he questioned my decision to come outside. I explained that I have the right to do so as it's my property and that the gate prevents the dogs from escaping. He made a comment about not returning and identified himself as "UPS" when I asked for his name. His dismissive attitude and comment about being in the union made me uncomfortable and I am hesitant to have him return. Could someone please reach out to me regarding this matter? Today, a package was left at our mailbox, which is located 1/4 mile away from our house. This time, we did not receive a delivery notification. Last Saturday, another package was said to be left at the mailbox, and we did get a notification, but nothing was there when we checked. We would like to request that if there are any issues with accessing our road, the delivery could be postponed to the following day. Today, the road conditions were good as it had been properly sanded.

I believe a package was mistakenly delivered to my address. I found it at my front door, which I rarely use, after it had been there for a few days. Without my reading glasses, I opened it without checking the address first. Once I saw the error, I resealed the package. Since I am not home during the day, I am leaving it at my front door for pickup. Please retrieve the package from 19 Thomas Farm Lane. Thank you.

A package from UPS was mistakenly delivered to our address instead of [redacted] Girard Ave SOUTH, Minneapolis, MN, Apt 9. We contacted UPS on Friday, Dec.10, and were instructed to leave the package on the front porch. Despite following these instructions, the package remains uncollected and is starting to show signs of weathering. The package is in an Amazon box with a UPS label. Our correct address is [redacted] Girard Ave NORTH, Minneapolis, MN.

Dear UPS, I'm reaching out because I missed a delivery of my prescription due to the broken buzzers in my building. I've left a note on the buzzer panel to indicate the issue. To ensure I receive the package promptly, I've also posted a $20 cash offer on the lobby door for the driver to call me for immediate access. If another delivery attempt can be made today, or even tomorrow, I am available within a minute's notice from a call or text.
