I am trying to reach a live person for assistance as your website indicates, but the phone system is not connecting me. Today, I had a package delivery requiring a signature, and rearranged my work schedule accordingly. However, it seems the driver did not make adequate efforts to alert me, possibly not ringing the doorbell. I am frustrated that I may have missed the delivery. I need the package as it contains temperature-sensitive items. If the contents are compromised, UPS will be held responsible. I am hoping for successful delivery tomorrow. Please address the issues with reaching a live person as advertised on your website.

I am seeking information regarding my package that was scheduled to arrive by 9 pm but has not arrived. The tracking information shows it reaching Savannah, GA, my destination, originally but now seemingly shows Lihue, HI. This is confusing as it was marked out for delivery. I need clarity to either reorder or address the issue promptly. Seeking a simple and timely resolution as the lack of direct information is costing me money. I ordered shoes for my son from the website named Goat a few weeks ago. The package was supposed to arrive on 11/9/[redacted], but today is 11/20/[redacted], and I still haven't received it. Despite paying extra to have it sent to the UPS Access Point at Michaels on North 5th Street in Las Vegas, I faced issues picking it up. The email notification stated it was delivered on 11/17/[redacted] at 1:27 p.m., but when I went to collect it around 2 p.m., the store couldn't locate it. After visiting multiple times, the package was nowhere to be found, causing frustration. The workers advised me to return the next day, then again at 5 p.m., but it remained missing. Despite their attempts and taking my number to follow up with UPS, no resolution was found. I am deeply disappointed in the process, and now, I simply want a refund for the Access Point fees and the item as it has been too long without any clarity on where my package is, and I am exhausted by this ordeal.

I received a package on Saturday, November 20, [redacted], around 9:30 AM. I noticed the UPS driver placing it in the mailbox at the end of our driveway. As a retired USPS worker, I understand this is not allowed and if not retrieved promptly, it would not have fit the mailbox. The large package could have been at risk of being taken if left on the ground. I hope you can address this with the drivers to ensure packages are brought to the door. Thank you. Today, a UPS delivery person placed a package in front of my wife's garage door, and unfortunately, she ran over it upon leaving the house. The item inside, a gift from a valued customer, got damaged. I am surprised by the poor placement of the delivery. Even though the proof of delivery states it was left at the front door, the package clearly shows tire marks, having been crushed as it was only 26 feet away from the door. This is not the first time such a placement error has happened. I had a similar incident earlier this month. The tracking number for today's package is 1Z19X[redacted][redacted]. I am requesting that the UPS individual take greater care in their delivery process and compensate the sender for the damaged item and the delivery fees. Unfortunately, I do not know the specific cost of the item as it was a gift.

I had requested to reroute my package to the nearest UPS Access Point at [redacted] S Winchester Blvd in San Jose, California. The package was supposed to be available for pickup on Tuesday, Nov 23, but it has not arrived at the Access Point as of today, Nov 24. I contacted the UPS store at the designated location, and they confirmed that the delivery truck had been there but my package was not delivered. I am still waiting for confirmation on when my package will be available for pickup. The tracking number is 1ZA828Y[redacted]5. I find it frustrating that the customer service number, 1-[redacted], does not connect me with a live person. I paid $15 on 11/23 to update the delivery address as it was my previous one. The change was confirmed the same day with the new delivery date set for 11/26. However, I received a notification yesterday that a delivery was tried on 11/26, which I missed as it was sent to the old address. Black Friday was wasted waiting for a package that never came. After contacting customer service, I was informed there was a system issue but it was corrected, and the delivery was rescheduled for Monday. Despite requesting to speak to a manager, the callback took over 20 minutes, with no follow-up from the local office as promised. Today, I saw online that the package was scheduled for delivery but to the old address again. When I called, I was told there are no ground deliveries on Saturdays and that I would receive the package on Monday. I demand a full refund of the $15 paid for the address change due to the delays caused by the system glitch. Case number: 1-[redacted]01.

I ordered a laptop from Amazon and it was scheduled for delivery last Friday, Nov 26 via UPS. The package encountered an address issue, but after confirming the details twice, it was supposed to be delivered today. However, I just received a notification that an attempted delivery was made at 2:58 pm today, even though there was no sign of a UPS truck.

On November 23rd, UPS claims they delivered my package, but I was home all day and didn't see the driver approach my house. The tracking website shows it was delivered at 5:12 pm, but I was outside helping my daughter with my granddaughters at that time, and we would have noticed the delivery. I've lived here for 4 years and never had issues. It's possible the driver mistakenly delivered to the wrong townhouse nearby. This has never happened with this vendor or UPS before. Yesterday evening, one of your delivery drivers arrived at my residence at 7:30 p.m. in search of a package meant for an individual who does not reside here. The driver asserted that the package had been delivered to my address, despite my denial. Additionally, he claimed to have seen me before, which is not true as I have no recollection of him. This situation left me feeling uneasy and I question the propriety of a driver coming to a customer's home hunting for a misdelivered package. I urgently request to speak with a customer service representative immediately.

I am inquiring about a package that was scheduled for delivery. According to UPS tracking information, delivery attempts were said to happen on various days, including a day when my shop was closed as per the holiday schedule we provided to the driver. The latest update shows the package is in Omaha, which is confusing as everything else arrived as planned over the holiday weekend. Today, UPS picked up the wrong package from Amazon instead of the rug I was expecting from Overstock.com. Unfortunately, living in a 4th-floor walk-up, I couldn't get the rug downstairs. The delivery man mistakenly took a flat, rectangular Amazon package labeled with my name, weighing 27 pounds. Please ensure that my correct package is redelivered. I recently purchased items from Samsung, but unfortunately, they used an outdated address for shipping. Even after speaking with Samsung customer support, they informed me they are unable to modify the shipping address or cancel the order. They advised me to refuse the delivery once the tracking number is available. Since I no longer reside at the old address, refusing it in person is not possible. I am trying to find a way to change the delivery to return to the sender, which appears to be the closest option to refusing the delivery on the website. Can you please cancel the delivery of tracking number 1Z10F[redacted][redacted] and arrange for it to be returned to the sender?

I was hired for my first day. I received an email stating my background check had cleared and instructed me to come in with proper ID and workbooks at the specified time and date. When I arrived, they took copies of my IDs and informed me that my background check was still pending. They asked me to wait for an email update. This occurred on Monday the 29th. I have not received any email yet. I applied on the 15th of November. Could someone provide me with a follow-up email regarding the status of my application? Thank you. - J.T.

I placed an order, and although I received an email confirming the delivery, I couldn't find my package anywhere around my property. I even checked my mailbox. The UPS truck had already left when I opened my door, so I'm sure they made the delivery. I'm hoping to locate my package or discuss a refund for the missing item.

I have had two failed delivery attempts from UPS in the past 48 hours for an item with signature requirement. Tracking number: 1Z1E2F[redacted]07. The address is [redacted] Duke Street, Granite Falls, NC [redacted]. Someone over 18 has been home all day during these attempts. No gold tag with missed delivery information was left on our door as claimed. None of our neighbors have received such a tag either. Our correct address is listed on UPS's website and clearly marked on the house and mailbox. Other packages requiring signatures were successfully delivered by UPS in the last 5 business days. Deliveries from USPS, FedEx, and other couriers have been received without issues. We are uncertain why there's a problem and where the driver is attempting delivery. Urgently need this resolved since the final attempt is tomorrow. Trying to contact UPS by phone has been unsuccessful; automated assistant is not helpful. Frustration level is extremely high.

On December 2nd, [redacted], around 4:00-4:30 pm, the UPS driver falsely marked my Macy's order as delivered on my front porch. Reviewing security camera footage revealed the driver entering my yard through the side gate empty-handed, exiting promptly without delivering any package, and then leaving with his partner in their truck.

I clearly requested that my Pure Encapsulations order, number #[redacted]1, be left on my porch. However, the package was left outside my carport gate, where it was vulnerable to theft. This has happened to me before, and I am frustrated that the driver did not follow my instructions. The tracking number for this delivery is 1ZY[redacted][redacted]. Additionally, I am disappointed that UPS does not offer the option to speak with a live person over the phone for assistance with these types of issues.
