On Monday, November 29, [redacted], a package was said to have been delivered by UPS from Macy's (Tracking # 1z9r8050yw[redacted]7). I did not receive the package nor did I sign for it. This situation is concerning as I have been a manager here for over 25 years, and am familiar with many UPS drivers. Reviewing our lobby cameras, no UPS driver was seen between 2:00 PM and 4:30 PM, the reported delivery time being 3:17 PM. Macy's indicated they are unable to replace the item, a Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade Snow Globe. I urge you to investigate the delivery on 11/29/[redacted] and identify who accepted the package and its whereabouts. Kindly reach out to me at [redacted] before 12/15/[redacted], as I am relocating. I spoke with a representative yesterday regarding my package not being properly tracked and delivered on the correct date. She assured me it would be delivered before 7 pm yesterday. I am very frustrated with the customer service I have received. I just want to know if my package is coming or not so I can seek a refund from the company I ordered from. I am experiencing difficulty with UPS and the slow automated system. I need accurate information about my package, not misleading details. Additionally, I prefer to speak with someone who has a clear English accent to avoid any communication issues.

I placed an order on Zalando (order number [redacted][redacted]) and the tracking number on UPS is 1ZW23Y[redacted]36. The package has been shipped, but I wasn't home for delivery. When I tracked the package, it said, "Final delivery attempt made." I wanted to see if I could pick up the package myself, but to change the delivery, I need the infonotice located beneath the barcode on a form the courier should have filled out and placed in the mailbox. However, it's not there. Now, I'm unsure if the package will arrive and how I can pick it up.

I had a concerning experience with a delivery driver today. He arrived with an empty box meant for an iPhone and claimed my wife no longer wanted the product when she refused to sign for it. Despite his behavior, he did not attempt to locate the missing item. This occurred at [redacted] Balsom Road, Pfafftown, NC [redacted]. I need to return a shopping cart purchased from Amazon, but I no longer have the original box. The UPS staff at the Memphis, Highland location informed me that boxing the cart would cost $60, which seems excessive for a return. Amazon advised me to wrap it in thick plastic and take it to UPS, but when I called, the UPS representative mentioned it can only be accepted at UPS Corporate, not at UPS stores. My boyfriend informed me that my package was marked as delivered today. Despite checking thoroughly, I could not locate it at my home. Upon checking the UPS website with the tracking number, it indicated that the package was delivered on 12/4/[redacted] at 1:04 pm, stating it was left on the front porch. However, UPS customer service was unhelpful, informing me it was delivered to Catawissa Avenue instead of my correct address. The seller had the right information on the shipment. I am requesting UPS to locate and deliver my package to my address promptly or compensate me for the loss. This is the second occurrence with UPS, and I find this level of service unacceptable and incompetent.

I am experiencing difficulty contacting a person at UPS regarding my lost packages. I have one package with tracking #1Z8WOOF[redacted]0 that I wish to have delivered to an access point, but despite a delivery notice being sent to the shipper, the tracking system does not provide me with any information to retrieve it. Additionally, I have an unresolved claim for a previous shipment with tracking #1ZA[redacted][redacted], and I am unable to file a claim for the current missing package. The emails I received insist that I have received my packages, but I have not received the last two deliveries. One package is seemingly stuck at UPS. I urge for improved communication and assistance from UPS, especially in situations like this where there are multiple issues. The shippers are aware of the problems I am facing with UPS.

Three packages arrived at Seaview Elementary School on December 4. Our school is closed on Saturdays. Please note, our school operates Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Unfortunately, all packages were left outside the main doors and got wet from the rain over the weekend. I have an issue with my recent UPS delivery. I was at home waiting for the package, checked outside multiple times for the UPS truck, and went out again at 1:55 pm only to find a note on my door stating the package would be sent to the UPS Access Point location at [redacted] Valley Mills CVS. I never heard the doorbell or any knocking. This delivery seems highly questionable to me.

I need assistance as the UPS delivery driver is not bringing packages to my door, instead leaving them by the mailbox in the road. Being 73 years old, I struggled to carry a heavy box to my house. A $[redacted] delivery stayed on the road all day until I discovered it. The delivery person reports items are left on the deck, which doesn't exist. This is the second time in less than a week that UPS has delivered my package to the wrong address. Last week, I had to locate my package in person. The rising gas prices make it costly to search all over town for a package I've already paid to ship. I now comprehend why getting UPS on the phone is challenging; it seems they prioritize revenue over resolving issues. I expect a prompt reply to this matter.

I received a notification from UPS that my package would arrive on December 4th at 3:00 pm. Despite being home all day and keeping an eye out, the UPS truck never passed by our street. Surprisingly, I received a message from UPS stating that the package was delivered to my front door at 1:34 pm on the same day. I checked multiple times and the delivery person was nowhere to be seen. Frustrated by the automated responses when trying to track the package, I longed for human interaction to address the issue promptly. It seems like the package, which is in a frozen box, was delivered to the wrong address. I attempted to contact UPS several times, but the tracking tool keeps insisting that it was delivered to my door. I reached out to the shipper, but they directed me back to UPS. It's been over three days, and I am still without my delivery. UPS should improve their information handling process to prevent such errors.

I received an empty package that was delivered to my porch. After opening it, I found it was empty. We were promised someone would come to investigate, but no one has followed up. From C. Linda Cobb at [redacted] State Rte 28, North River, NY [redacted]: On 12/4/[redacted], the UPS driver delivered my package while I was not home. The delivery note stated that the package was left at the back door; however, my back door is located through a fenced dog yard where there were no dogs present at the time. Despite thorough searching and shoveling around my house, I have been unable to locate the package, which contained a folding, wooden clothes drying rack. As there are no nearby neighbors who could have seen the delivery and taken the package, I kindly request clearer instructions on where the driver left the package. It is not in the vicinity of my back door or anywhere close to my mobile home.

A package was delivered to a location exposed to wet conditions despite clear instructions left at the front door to deliver to a protected area. The delivery person saw the note, left the packages, and quickly drove off. Even vendors are supposed to mark packages for delivery to the dry location. Please only contact me via the provided email about this delivery issue. The delivery was made around 3:15 pm CST. It's disappointing that I cannot speak to a live person regarding this matter. UPS should train their delivery staff to follow customer instructions.

I am inquiring about a recent package delivery that was marked as delivered to my back door on December 4th, [redacted], at 1:04 pm. Unfortunately, when I looked for the package around 3 pm that day, it was nowhere to be found. I thoroughly searched the area around my home, which is not visible from the road due to trees. There were no distractions present, and I even checked with my neighbors over the next couple of days in case the UPS driver mistakenly delivered it elsewhere. I have submitted a claim to UPS asking for clearer instructions on where the package was left, but have not received a response yet. I made an order but accidentally used outdated information, resulting in it being sent to my previous Florida address instead of my current one in North Carolina. I’ve attempted multiple times to redirect the package through the MyUPS tool to a local UPS location in North Carolina, but I keep encountering a technical error message prompting me to refresh or try again later. Not being able to re-route this package promptly will lead to significant complications for all parties concerned.

I serve on the condo board for Oak Brook Towers in Oak Brook, IL, overseeing [redacted] units across 2 buildings. There have been ongoing issues with the package delivery service in our complex. Parcels are consistently misplaced in the mail room instead of being delivered to residents. After contacting customer service earlier, I was promised a callback that has yet to come. There is an ongoing issue with the delivery service on 2nd Street, between Girard and Spring Garden Street in Philadelphia, PA [redacted]. This area is part of a business district. The delivery person consistently provides a delivery time, causing me to wait, only to witness them pass by and then change the time abruptly. Yesterday, I visited the mailbox store and discovered three drivers loitering inside. One driver mentioned completing their final delivery at 2:45, coincidentally the time my package was due, yet my package was not delivered. Despite seeing me arrive at 5:00, suddenly the delivery time was adjusted to 7:00 pm with no success. This pattern is recurring. The drivers linger in stores, claiming overtime without fulfilling their delivery duties. It is unacceptable behavior. They appear to be aware of the lack of consequences for their actions. I am exhausted from such poor treatment. As a store owner, I rely on these shipments. Assistance is greatly needed to address this issue promptly.

I am troubled by UPS indicating a failed delivery attempt yesterday when no UPS representative visited my residence. The automated response mentioned a re-delivery for today and following instructions from yesterday, which weren't provided as no UPS personnel showed up yesterday. Our package contains essential medications. I am now confined to my residence awaiting a possible delivery today, though apprehensive due to the absence of any UPS presence yesterday. It is distressing to believe they are being untruthful. The urgency of this matter cannot be overstated - I desperately require my medication! I urge UPS to arrange for an investigation and direct communication with the delivery driver promptly so we can retrieve our crucial medicines.
