Our address is [redacted] Doyle Drive in Dry Branch, Georgia. We receive UPS deliveries every week. Today, Thursday, April 29, [redacted], while at home, I heard a UPS truck backing up outside. To my surprise, I saw the truck driving down the driveway. A package was left on the steps of our double-wide mobile home, which lacks curtains. We faced a similar issue last week when a package was left until Tuesday and got rained on. It seems like the driver may be new or may need to pay more attention.

Today, on April 29, [redacted], a package was delivered to me with tracking number 1Z18703V[redacted]. The delivery driver left the package on my porch steps under the rain, although the package was in a plastic bag. As a 74-year-old with mobility issues using a rolling walker, I couldn't manage to open the screen door and pick up the package. I have a laminated sign on the screen door requesting all deliveries to be placed inside, visible to the delivery person. I appreciate FedEx, as on a later delivery, their driver followed my instructions and placed the package inside the door for easy access. It would be beneficial for all delivery personnel to pay attention to details like this to avoid accidents or inconveniences. When attempting to contact UPS by phone, I faced challenges navigating through automated options, unable to reach a live customer service representative for assistance.

Location: Milwaukee, WI Issue: Delivery Concern Event: We received our package today, but it was left on our trash can in the alley, which is frustrating considering the ongoing construction on our street. While FedEx drivers deliver to our front porch, UPS drivers do not. Please inform all delivery drivers that: 1) The construction crew will allow access for deliveries. 2) It is safe to walk and deliver packages on the open sidewalks regularly used by residents during construction. 3) Walking is beneficial for health. I recently received an email stating that a package was delivered and signed for on 5/10/[redacted] at 6:02 p.m. However, we did not find any package upon checking. After contacting Motorola and UPS, I was informed that the package was delivered and signed for by Henderson. Despite initially reporting the package as missing, I later found it addressed to my residence near the garage, even though it was supposed to be delivered to PO Box [redacted]. Regrettably, I discovered the package before heading out to investigate further. It seems the delivery took place while we were home, but no one approached the door for a signature. The package was simply left at the garage. I apologize for any confusion and for any abruptness I exhibited during communication with the customer service agent.

The package shows as delivered on Thursday, May 13 at 12:12 P.M. to the front porch, but I did not receive it. I searched my property thoroughly shortly after the listed delivery time. My brother bought me a scooter online, set for delivery today. I traced the driver all day and spotted the truck at my building. The driver showed up with only a small package, claiming nothing else was on the truck. I asked him about my order, but he seemed uninterested in talking to me. I gave clear instructions to use a three-number code to access the building, but the driver didn't follow them. Instead, he left a note with just the number "2," making me miss the delivery unknowingly. I've been waiting at home all day for this delivery. Recently, UPS informed the sender that our package was delivered to a different address due to our supposed move. We confirmed with the local post office that no change of address was recorded. Despite our insistence that we have not relocated, UPS maintains the item was delivered to the address on file. I am a My Choice member, and every time I try to navigate through the website menus, I am prompted to re-enter my already prefilled information even though I am already signed in. When I proceed to the next step, a red notice states that I need to input the information again, and even when I do, it asks for a different address. I simply need to have a package held at my local UPS office because I will be attending jury duty, and no one will be home before 6:00 pm. I can pick up the package from the office instead. I was expecting a delivery of 6 bottles of white wine from World of Wine, Ltd. The package arrived a day late without my signature, and the wine was hot. I received an email at 12:19 pm yesterday stating that delivery couldn't be made, but I was home all day waiting for it. Today, the delivery person left the hot wine at my doorstep without notifying me or asking for a signature. If contacted, I would have refused the delivery since the wine was ruined. UPS failed to inform me of an expected delivery, which has caused my package to be returned to the sender. This is unacceptable! I have never experienced issues with UPS drivers before. The item weighs 68 pounds, but it seems like the driver did not want to deliver it. I demand my package immediately. I paid for a service and I expect it to be fulfilled. I need to be contacted today regarding the status of my package. I will be escalating this matter. UPS's service has drastically declined, and I will avoid any company using them for shipping in the future.

I am disappointed with the careless delivery of my package. Yesterday, I found it left in front of the doors of my double garage, easily visible from the sidewalk and street, with no attempt to place it near a more discreet location like a door or a doorbell. Had the carrier taken a few extra steps to my front door, it would have been more secure and out of sight. Discovering the package only happened by chance when I went to take out the garbage. In an area prone to theft, a little more thoughtfulness from the delivery person would go a long way. Despite everyone being busy, it is important for the delivery service to ensure parcels are safely delivered. I paid for delivery with the expectation of receiving my package securely. - J. B. I purchased an item from Amazon, but it arrived damaged. Amazon arranged for UPS to pick it up. I requested the pickup, but the UPS driver picked up the wrong package. I have been tracking my package all day since yesterday. I noticed that the tracking status showed the package was delivered at 1:22 pm, but when I checked my porch at 1:24 pm, it wasn't there. The UPS driver marked my package as delivered, but I was at home and did not receive it. Our office submitted a claim for a package in January. In March, a check was sent to us as the shipper but was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address and then returned to UPS by the post office. Despite contacting UPS four times regarding the replacement check and updating the address twice, there has been no resolution. Initially, we were informed the check was mailed on May 29th, then on June 14th, but upon further inquiry, a representative could not confirm any additional check being sent other than the original one in March. When providing the claim number but lacking the original tracking number, we were unable to receive further assistance. We seek guidance on the appropriate steps to resolve this issue, as every call made is directed to an outsourced location, adding to the complexity of the situation.
