I left a UPS letter containing a human specimen sample at the UPS box for pickup at 1st & Colorado St. in La Junta, CO on March 2, [redacted] in the morning. After dropping it off, I noticed it hadn't been picked up by 4 p.m. I wasn't able to retrieve the letter at that time, and even when I checked again this morning, it still hadn't been picked up. I'm concerned if the UPS box is no longer being serviced. How can I retrieve my letter from the box? Who should I contact about this? This is extremely important to me. Thank you. Our address is located on a busy street, making our front porch inaccessible and unsafe. Despite clear instructions on the UPS website to deliver packages to our rear door due to this issue, only about half of the drivers comply. Instead, packages are often thrown onto the front porch or over the front fence, causing frustration and difficulty retrieving them, especially in snowy conditions. In one instance in January [redacted], a perishable medication shipment was left inside the front fence, nearly freezing before discovery. The USPS and FedEx consistently deliver to our back door without issue. I reside in Brookings, SD. My spouse and I both contracted COVID and opted for delivery to Dollar General in Volga, SD. Unfortunately, our conditions did not improve. When a delivery arrived at my home, I requested it to be marked as "Not Accepted." Regrettably, the company ELOQUII is refusing to accept the package. I am inquiring about tracking number 1Z6E918F[redacted]. The shipping record indicates my parcel, meant for me (J.L. at 15 Saddle Ridge Trail, Alexandria, KY), was delivered to a different individual at a different location. The driver's note mentions leaving it with a woman, but there is no such person at my residence to accept the package. Your representative mentioned discrepancies between the shipping record (displaying my details) and the label's information, and declined to disclose the actual recipient's identity and delivery address, advising me to contact the sender. The shipper believes UPS delivered the item to me, which is incorrect. Kindly address this situation promptly. Though I understand if you cannot share the delivery details, I request documentation confirming the misdelivery, including a case number for my records. Today, a delivery was attempted without any prior notification regarding the timing. Unfortunately, nobody was available to receive the package, and a notification was left without any contact information. Despite trying to reach out via phone and email to the Malta contact, there has been no response so far. I am eager to reschedule the delivery or at least obtain information about the next delivery attempt. Online tracking does not provide any details at the moment. Shipment is from the UK to Malta with tracking number 1Z9W[redacted][redacted].

I received an email stating my package was delivered, but I haven't received it. As a legally blind individual, I can't search for it myself. I've had multiple interactions with foreign agents promising delivery, yet the package never arrives. I've tried to speak with a route supervisor to ensure the driver locates my house correctly, as it's clearly marked with a nearby street sign. Four packages in a row have gone missing, and the lack of response from customer service is frustrating. Your service has been disappointing, unlike FedEx who always delivers accurately.

I reside on a dead-end street, making it necessary for the driver to turn around at the cul-de-sac to reach my house. Working from home, I was present and the driver did not leave a delivery notice as per your protocol. Despite paying extra for expedited delivery, the driver's dishonesty has caused frustration. I request immediate delivery of my package today, along with an inquiry and disciplinary action against the driver for any potential fraudulent behavior. Additionally, there was a lack of communication from your company regarding a scheduled pickup at [redacted] Country Lane, Opelousas, LA [redacted], between 4:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. I anticipate a prompt resolution and will escalate this matter to Amazon if necessary.

I reside in a rural area at [redacted] Remuda Trail, Magdalena, NM, [redacted]. Occasionally, we face the inconvenience of UPS drivers asking us to meet them on the highway, 15 miles away, to collect our packages. I find this request unreasonable. I have paid for delivery, and it is not my responsibility to travel 30 miles round trip to meet the driver. Some UPS drivers seem reluctant to navigate our dirt road for delivery, which is frustrating. The package at hand contains expensive frozen buffalo meat, and I am concerned about the other undelivered perishable packages. If UPS finds it challenging to deliver to rural addresses, they should inform the senders rather than inconveniencing customers. I urge UPS to address this issue and ensure prompt delivery of perishable items like the buffalo meat in my case. I recently realized that the UPS agent did not complete the entire address on the label, potentially causing a delivery issue. The tracking number for the package is 1ZX0756W[redacted]. The package is addressed to Mrs. Jianhua Connolly at [redacted] S Torrey Pines Drive, Unit [redacted], Las Vegas, NV 89[redacted]. The label only reads Jianhua Connolly instead of Mrs. Jianhua Connolly. Additionally, the address mistakenly reads Unit 10 instead of Unit [redacted], which could lead to delivery problems. I provided the agent with a printed copy of the complete address. I was also taken aback by the fact that neither the agent nor the person next to him was wearing a mask during my visit, which unsettled me as it was my first time in a store since last March.

We are currently experiencing issues with the delivery person who is supposed to bring our package since the 25th. Despite waiting in the living room for hours on both the 25th and 26th, the delivery individuals did not show up as expected. On the 26th, we witnessed the delivery personnel going elsewhere without delivering our package. Afterwards, we received a notification claiming they attempted delivery when they did not even leave a notice. We are eagerly awaiting a TV stand from Fingerhut and are frustrated by the lack of proper delivery service. After speaking with a UPS customer service representative, they mentioned they would try to arrange delivery for today. We hope for a smooth delivery this time and for better experiences in the future as this situation has left us quite dissatisfied.

Dear forum members, I recently had a concerning experience at my local UPS store. I provided the agent with a detailed print copy of the recipient's address, but the agent failed to include the unit number and misspelled the recipient's name. The tracking number is 1ZX0756W[redacted], and the correct address should be [redacted] S Torrey Pines Dr, UNIT [redacted], not UNIT 10. Additionally, the recipient's name should have been MRS Jianhua CONNOLLY instead of Jianhua CONNOLY. Moreover, the agent inaccurately described the package as a "doll" when it is actually a porcelain statue of a Chinese goddess important to the recipient. I was also disappointed with the lack of safety measures at the store, with employees not wearing masks properly. As a cancer survivor and 83 years old, this experience left me feeling uncomfortable and unsafe. I hope UPS can address these issues and ensure the safe delivery of my package. I appreciate the effort the UPS customer service representative put into looking up my tracking number and verifying that the package was not delivered to my address. This led me to request a refund from PayPal and eBay. However, I now require written verification from UPS that the tracking information does not align with my delivery details. I am experiencing difficulties accessing UPS My Choice and UPS.com. I had logged in previously but am now unable to change my password or update my profile. I have had issues with two deliveries from the same company, Leisure Mod/Overstock.com, arriving damaged. The first damaged shipment was instructed to be discarded, and the second was rejected and returned immediately. I am now awaiting a promised third delivery with a better packaging. I am attempting to collect two packages with tracking numbers IZ804E[redacted]60 and IZY39A[redacted]5 originally addressed to me at [redacted] E County HWY 30A, Inlet Beach, FL [redacted]. I was informed by Amazon that the delivery was unsuccessful and directed to contact UPS. I am inquiring if you are employed by UPS Delivery Services. An order I placed was scheduled for delivery on Friday the 16th, but we did not receive it even though it shows as delivered on the website. I searched my usual delivery spots like the patio porch, kitchen deck, and living room deck without success. I even searched around the property and in the open garage, but the package was nowhere to be found. This isn't the first time this has happened, and I regret not having the previous driver's contact saved since I believed I would have a new delivery person. I have a package that has been at a UPS processing hub in Chula Vista, CA since March 12, [redacted]. They claim the shipping label was illegible even though I provided the correct information. The package contains a repaired blue Nintendo Switch Lite and AC adapter valued at $[redacted].99. I filed a lost package claim but was told there wasn't enough information, which I find puzzling as I provided a detailed description. They also stated they tried to contact me, which is untrue. I scheduled a UPS pickup from my home to return a package to Amazon, but the driver never showed up. I am puzzled as to why my packages are intermittently left at the post office. 1) I did not make that request. 2) I provided my home address. 3) USPS does not conduct home deliveries, contradicting the message indicating they attempted home delivery but left no note. 4) Retrieving parcels is only possible during office hours. 5) Despite multiple drive-bys near my house, the driver consistently opts to leave items at the post office. This mode of delivery was not what I requested, as your records suggest. I understand the current challenges, but I prefer strategizing with a person, not an automated system, to avoid this issue in the future. Many opt for postal service to safeguard their well-being; personally, I would wait an additional day for a proper delivery than face this dilemma.
