Receive a $*** to $**** phone without risking it being stolen ... Proof of Delivery said ID verified. That did not happen. I do not recall even hearing a doorbell. Also says left at front desk. There is no front desk: I live in a row house and there is no foyer or office. Item is a --new phone-- and was left on the porch. Immensely dissatisfied. Am reconsidering my UPS business mailbox that I am about to renew.
The delivery slip proof of delivery says ID verified and left at front desk. I live in a row house with no office and I did not verify an ID to anyone.
A serious discount in my business mailbox subscription at UPS that I am now seriously reconsidering.
Because I exchanged legal tender currency for a good or service. I expect the delivery form to accurately record what actually happened.
Not sure what else I could do.
