Find my package ... I've been tracking a package since July **th. Customer service continues to tell me it is in transit. In addition, the automated response is to track it online. I have, multiple times and I want to report it lost and actually speak to someone who will help.
The automated response isn't helping. I know the package is In Transit and the last known place is Jacksonville, FL on September *, ****. Where is the package now????
